Description
The ATS1821 is an interface between ATS control panels and
stand-alone diallers/transmitters using open collector outputs.
The ATS1821 uses outputs 4 to 11 (outputs 1 to 3 on control
panels are hard-wired to sirens/relays).
Note: For the outputs to become operational, set the number
of output controllers in the ATS control panel (menu System
Options) to two (2).
Mounting the unit
The ATS1821 must be mounted in the same enclosure as the
control panel and are connected with the cable supplied.
Wiring
To connect the ATS1821 to the ATS control panel, plug the 10-
wire flat cable in J1 of the control panel and CON1 of the
ATS1821.
Outputs
The ATS1821 provides for eight 50 mA open collector outputs
with internal pull-up resistors of 4.7 kΩ. Cards can be fitted to
the ATS control panels or DGP but can not be daisy-chained to
provide multiple outputs
Output wiring
All ATS1821 outputs have a 4.7 kΩresistor pulled up to the
supply voltage. The outputs have been designed such that
they can be connected directly to stand-alone
diallers/transmitters like the TD84/88, Redcare unit or
TDI2801. Connect the 0 V to the 0 V of the dialler/transmitter.
Note: If the dialler/transmitter is not fitted in the same
enclosure, use relay cards like the ATS1810 or ATS1811.

Beschreibung
Die ATS1821 Platine bildet eine Schnittstelle zwischen der
ATS-Einbruchmeldezentralen und einem Standalone-
Wählgerät, welches mit Open Collector-Ausgänge angesteuert
werden kann. Die ATS1821 Platine verwendet die Ausgänge 4
bis 11 (Die Ausgänge 1 bis 3 der Einbruchmeldezentrale sind
fest mit den Sirenen/Relais verdrahtet).
Hinweis: Damit die Ausgänge genutzt werden können,
müssen Sie die Anzahl der Ausgangserweiterungen in der
ATS-Einbruchmeldezentrale (Menü „Systemoptionen“) auf
2 einstellen.
Montage des Geräts
Die ATS1821 Platine muss in dasselbe Gehäuse wie die
Einbruchmeldezentrale montiert und mit dem mitgelieferten
Kabel angeschlossen werden.
Verkabelung
Um die ATS1821 Platine an die ATS-Einbruchmeldezentrale
anzuschließen, verbinden Sie das 10-adrige (Flachband-)
Kabel mit der Steckerleiste J1 der Einbruchmeldezentrale und
CON1 der ATS1821.
Ausgänge
Die ATS1821 Platine bietet 8 Open Collector-Ausgänge mit
einer max. Schaltleistung von 50 mA und internen Pull-Up-
Widerständen von 4.7 kΩ. Die Platinen passen in die ATS-
Einbruchmeldezentralen oder AMEs, können aber nicht für
mehrere Ausgänge in Reihe geschaltet werden.
Ausgangsverkabelung
Alle ATS1821 Platinen verfügen über interne 4.7 kΩPull-up
Widerstände, welche gegen die Spannungsversorgung
geschaltet sind. Die Ausgänge sind so ausgelegt, dass sie
direkt mit Standalone-Wählgeräten, wie das TD84/88, der
Redcare-Einheit oder dem TDI2801, verwendet werden
können. Verbinden Sie 0 V mit 0 V des Wählgeräts.
Hinweis: Wenn sich das Wählgerät nicht in dem
Zentralen/AME-Gehäuse befindet, verwenden Sie die
Relaismodule ATS1810 oder ATS1811.
