Carefully disassemble the dash
of the vehicle. It’s advised that
you use masking tape and a plas-
tic pry-tool to avoid damage to
factory panels. Note: The factory
touchscreen is very sensitive. Be
very careful not to scratch it.
Gain access to the three plugs
on the lower monitor and unplug.
Set monitor assembly aside in
a safe location until it is time for
re-assembly.
Plug the provided Intraphex Pow-
er and LVDS T-harnesses into the
factory harnesses. Note: There
will be one extra factory harness
not used. You will simply re-install
this as factory when re-assem-
bling dash. See wiring diagram.

6
Make all connections to the
Intraphex Navigation interface.
Please see wiring diagram. Note:
Not all ports on interface will be
used.
Find a suitable location to mount
the Intraphex interface and
CAN box. Make sure to run your
antenna to desired location, and
choose how you are going to wire
your audio (see audio options)
Re-assemble the dash in the
reverse order you took it apart.
Note: before re-assembly, see the
“Audio Options,” “Finishing up,”
and “Screen Adjustment” sec-
tions. Be sure to test system fully
before nishing install.

7
AUDIO OPTIONS
Option 1:
Simply plug in the included Intraphex speaker
and install in a suitable location using the pro-
vided double-sided tape.
Option 2:
Cut the plug off of the included Intraphex speak-
er. Choose a speaker in the vehicle you would
like to use (a center channel or door speaker is
ususally most suitable). Looking at the speaker
plug, wire side, the top wires (clip side of plug)
are the inputs (coming from the radio), and the
bottom wires are the speaker outputs (to the
speaker). Speaker in +: RED Speaker in -: Black.
Speaker out +: Yellow Speaker out -: Black

SCREEN CALIBRATION
Before re-assembling the vehicle, you must cali-
brate the screen. To do this, simply turn the ve-
hicle on and allow the interface to start without
the SD card inserted. Press the factory “Menu”
button below the screen for 1 second to switch
into the interface source. It will change to a white
screen with a “crosshair” in the center. Use your
nger to give the crosshair a press. It will then
move to the upper left hand corner. Continue to
press this crosshair until you have completed all
four corners. Once nished, press the “OK” icon
that appears. At this point you can insert the Int-
raphex Navigation SD card into the interface and
press the navigation icon.
NAVIGATION SETUP
Once you have loaded the Intraphex Navigation
software, you will need to go through an initial
setup. The software is defaulted for the United
States, so you may simply hit next through the
entire process. All settings can be changed later
in the software’s settings menu.

9
SCREEN ADJUSTMENT
It is generally not needed, but you may ne tune
the screen to your liking. Located on the bottom
of the interface are the Menu/Up/Down buttons.
These buttons are recessed, so you will need
a pick-tool or small screwdriver to press them.
Once in the menu you can ne tune the pic-
ture, adjust alignment, etc. Note: Each setting is
unique to the source you are in. You can adjust
these settings independently: One setting for nav-
igation, one for Video 1, etc.

10
DEVICE OPERATION
To switch into the navigation source from the
factory screen, simply press the “Home” button
located directly below the factory monitor for 1
second. To switch back to the factory screen, just
give the Home button a short press. If you are
using additional video inputs, you will continue to
give the Home button 1 second presses. The sys-
tem will cycle through whatever inputs you have
turned on (see dipswitch settings).
Note: If you press and hold the Home button for
about 5 seconds, the monitor will turn off. This is
a factory function.
