Install the ioteo Cam
in just a few minutes
1 Choose a location for your ioteo Cam.
Make sure it is within range of your Wi network.
2 Plug your camera into an electrical outlet.
The camera will start to quickly ash red after a few
seconds.
3 Download the free ioteo Cam app from the App Store
or Google Play and follow the instructions.

Installation et Démarrage
Clignotement rapide rouge → Vous avez appuyé sur le bouton
reset et la caméra attend de scanner le QR Code (quiapparait
dansl’application mobile téléchargée sur votre Smartphone).
Clignotement rapide rouge et vert → La caméra a scanné
leQRCode et tente de se connecter au réseau Wi .
Clignotement lent rouge et vert → La caméra s’est
correctement connectée au réseau Wi et tente deseconnecter
au cloud ioteo.
Voyant fi xe rouge → La caméra est en cours de démarrage
ouinstalle une mise à jour.
Fonctionnement
Voyant fi xe vert → La caméra est connectée et enregistre
surlecloud ioteo.
Clignotement lent vert → La caméra est connectée
maisn’enregistre pas sur le cloud ioteo.
Mode erreur
Clignotement lent rouge → La caméra n’arrive pas
àseconnecter auréseau Wi ou au cloud ioteo.
Plusieurs raisons sont possibles :
• Vous avez entré un mot de passe erroné
lorsdelaconnexion à votre réseau Wi .
• Vous avez changé le mot de passe ou le nom (SSID)
devotre point d’accès Wi .
• Votre caméra est trop éloignée du réseau Wi .
• Assurez-vous que votre caméra n’est pas installée sur un
autre compte

Véri ez que vous pouvez toujours naviguer sur Internet quand
vous êtes connecté à votre réseau Wi avec votre mobile.

Recommencez l’installation en suivant le guide.
Il faudra au préalable appuyer sur le bouton Reset.

Meanings of the lights
Installation and start-up
Quickly fl ashing red → You have pressed the Reset button and
the camera is waiting to scan the QR code (which appears in the
mobile app downloaded on your smartphone).
Quickly fl ashing red and green → The camera has scanned the
QR code and is attempting to connect to the Wi network.
Slowly fl ashing red and green → The camera is connected to
the Wi network and is attempting to connect to ioteoCloud.
Continuous red light → The camera is starting up or is installing
an update.
Operation
Continuous green light → The camera is connected and is
saving to ioteoCloud.
Slowly fl ashing green → The camera is connected but is not
saving to ioteoCloud.
Error mode
Slowly fl ashing red → The camera is unable to connect to the
Wi network or ioteoCloud. There are several possible reasons:
• You have entered an incorrect password when
connecting to your Wi network.
• You have changed the password or the name (SSID) of
your Wi access point.
• Your camera is located too far away from the Wi
network
• Make sure your camera is not installed on another
account

Check that you are still able to browse the Internet on your
mobile phone when connected to your Wi network.
2 Start the installation process again following the guide. You
will need to press the Reset button before you start.

Permanent rote Kontrollleuchte → Die Kamera be ndet sich
imStartvorgang oder es wird ein Update installiert.
Funktionsweise
Permanent grüne Kontrollleuchte → Die Kamera ist online
undspeichert die Daten in der ioteo Cloud.
Grünes Blinken in langsamer Folge → Die Kamera ist online,
ohneDaten in der ioteo Cloud zu speichern.
Fehlermeldung
Rotes Blinken in langsamer Folge → Die Kamera kann aus
verschiedenen Gründen keine Verbindung mit dem WLAN-Netz
oder der ioteo Cloud herstellen:
• Sie haben bei der Herstellung der Verbindung mit Ihrem
WLAN-Netz ein falsches Passwort eingegeben.
• Sie haben das Passwort oder den Namen (SSID)
Ihres WLAN-Zugriffspunkts geändert.
• Ihre Kamera ist zu weit vom WLAN-Netz entfernt
• Installieren Sie Ihre Kamera nicht auf einem anderen Konto.

Vergewissern Sie sich mit Ihrem Mobiltelefon, dass Sie über
IhrWLAN-Netz auf das Internet zugreifen können.

Führen Sie die Installation erneut durch und folgen
SiederAnleitung: Drücken Sie zuerst die Reset-Taste.

Avant l’installation, assurez-
vous que l’emplacement choisi
est situé suffi samment près
d’une prise électrique. Le câble
d’origine fait 3m de long.
1 Fixez le socle en véri ant que
l’un des quatre ergots est bien
orienté vers le bas. Utilisez
leschevilles fournies si besoin.
2 Accrochez votre ioteo Cam sur
le socle mural. La lentille de la
caméra doit être alignée avec
l’ergot du bas pour se clipper
correctement.

Before installation, make sure
the selected location
is suffi ciently close to an
electrical socket.
1Attach the base, ensuring that
one of the four lugs is facing
downwards. Use the plugs
supplied if necessary.
2Hang your ioteo Cam on the
wall base. The camera’s lens
should be aligned with the
bottom lug to allow it to be
clipped in correctly.

Vergewissern Sie sich vor der
Installation, dass sich der gewählte
Ort in ausreichender Nähe zu einer
Steckdose befi ndet.
1Befestigen Sie die Wandhalterung
und beachten Sie dabei, dass einer
der vier Fixierpunkte nach unten
zeigt. Benutzen Sie gegebenenfalls
die mitgelieferten Dübel.
2Befestigen Sie Ihre ioteo Cam an
der Wandhalterung. Sie müssen
die Kameralinse am unteren
Fixierpunkt ausrichten, damit sie
ordnungsgemäß einrastet.
