IPONG ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Remove contents from the box.
2. Line up the holes from the core engine to the bottom assembly, then twist to lock.
3. Line up the holes from the core engine to the top assembly, then twist to lock.
4. Line up the hole from the Agitator to the plastic rod on the top of the core engine and push to lock.
5. Plug A/C Adapter into rear of Core Engine and plug into wall.
OPERATIONAL INSTRUCTIONS
NOTE: When starting up iPong®, make sure that there are no balls inside the core engine. Turn the
agitator so that the notch in the agitator does not line up to the ball entry hole. This will reduce the
possibility of jamming.
1. Rotate agitator so that the ball entry hole is not lined up to the notch in the agitator.
2. Place balls into top assembly.
3. Place iPong® at the opposite end of the table on top of the table
4. Place the remote control box on your end of the table. A green light will indicate that the iPong is
ready for use. The frequency adjuster turns the iPong® on and also regulates the frequency of balls
that shoot out.
5. Adjust the dials to your liking. Review instructions on how to create the right spin for you below.
REMOTE CONTROL
The iPong comes with a wired remote control that helps you maximize your iPong experience! With
the new remote control reaching to your side of the table, it is even easier to make adjustments that
customize your iPong’s performance to serve your needs. The remote control allows you to turn it on,
adjust frequency, alter spin, and vary projection distance. Moreover, on the new iPong 2, there is a
knob that allows you to adjust the oscillation function.
SPIN ADJUSTMENT
iPong 1 and 2 are both very versatile when it comes to adjusting the amount and type of spin you’d like
on the balls that it feeds. The two dials on the remote control marked ‘Topspin’ and ‘Underspin’ control
how fast the top and bottom projection wheels spin. To create a topspin ball, minimize the amount of
underspin and increase the topspin position on the dial. To create a nospin or knuckle ball, place both
dials around the same speed setting. To create an underspin ball, increase the underspin on the dial
and decrease the topspin.
PROJECTION DISTANCE
Projection distance of the balls on the table can be adjusted as well. As explained in the spin
adjustment section, this feature is also dependent on the spin settings. To increase the distance of the
ball projected, increase the underspin dial. To decrease the distance the of the ball projected, lower
the spin of the underspin dial. Adjust the topspin dial as necessary to obtain the spin that you want.
TABLE POSITION
Place the iPong anywhere you’d like on the opposite side of the table. You can place it near the corner
to maximize the angles or you can place the ipong at the end of the table and maximize the speed to
get a fast and strong shot to return.iPong is fully customizable for each person, so they can decide
exactly how he or she would like to practice.
OSCILLATION (IPONG 2 ONLY)
iPong 2 comes with the ability for the core to oscillate so that the ball can be projected to different
points on the table without having to move the iPong. Users can adjust the speed of oscillation and
frequency of the ball to their liking. Once players have mastered the iPong in the xed position, they
can simply turn on the oscillation feature and get even more fun out of their iPong!
