1Product description
IQTB-TC840 IQTRONIC IP SMART BOARD is double IP LAN
thermometer/thermost t or hygrometer / hygrost t. It is device for
utom tic monitoring function of the temper ture / humidity / pressure, with
the possibility of w tching their limits, including the d t stor ge in the intern l
memory up to one ye r, including visu liz tion using gr ph nd its setting.
All v lues c n be re d vi SNMP protocol v.1.0. It Displ ys nd rchives lso
the extreme v lues with time st mp of cre tion / registr tion.
The product is equipped with one Ethernet interf ce with the m n gement vi
HTTP nd:
1. Two output rel ys with ch ngeover cont cts of 1A / 30VDC - resistive
lo d. It lso includes controller for inductive lo d.
2. Two univers l inputs for connecting temper ture nd humidity-pressure
sensors with possibility of st nd rd DS18B20 with r nge of -55 to 125
degrees C.
3. Integr ted temper ture sensor on bo rd of the device
4. LED indic tors for displ ying output st tes.
5. Passive POE RJ45 with wide-range power supply rom 6 to 36V
DC +- 20%.
6. Very low power consumption o 1W
7. Possibility of inst l tion on DIN r il using DIN d pter.
The v lues visu lis tion is re l-time, thus it is possible to monitor the current
v lues in re l time.
1.1 Possible use of the device IQTB-TC840
•Any monitoring of temper ture, humidity both rel tive nd bsolute, lso the
dew point nd pressure - depending on the extern l sensor, i.e. s IP LAN
thermost t, hygrost t.
•Monitoring sensor v lues nd storing them. And lso displ ying to / from the
d t logger with the possibility of d t re ding using SNMP.
•M nu l control of two outputs.
•Autom tic control of the outputs - by progr mm ble scheduler with up to 30
v ri ble records, by exceeding / dropping below the limits , by their
difference - differenti l control or equitherm l t ble - equitherm l control.
•M nu l control of outputs directly from the m in menu, by pressing I using
SNMP.

Set control by di erence - An input control b sed on differences in the v lues
of two sensors. Oper ted is only output 2. Suit ble for ex mple for sol r sets.
From the description it is cle r th t, if the difference T1-T2 is higher th n 8
degrees, then the output 2 turns on. When the temper ture difference f lls
by 4 degrees, then turns off. The output rel y cont cts re switch ble so it
is possible n inverse connection.
Set control by terms - Oper tion using user-defined conditions. Hysteresis
re here given by the difference between m ximum nd minimum v lue. For
e ch output you c n set its own condition.
Programable OUTPUT 1, An utom tic control of output 1 by the scheduler,
or equitherm l t ble / curve.
With every type it is possible to insert up to 30 lines reg rdless of the choice
of Scheduler / Ekvitherm. You c n only choose one of them. The entries
for both will not be overwritten nd rem in s ved. They re lw ys displ yed
fter option selection nd confirming by the Save button.
Scheduler
It works only fter obt ining v lid time from the NTP server.
E ch inserted row indic tes ch nge to the set temper ture for given time.
Example:
Keep temper ture of 25°C every d y fter 14:35 , nd 10.5°C fter 22:00.
Insert line:
Mo,Tu,We,Th,Fr,S ,Su,14:35,25.0 press the Save button
Mo,Tu,We,Th,Fr,S ,Su,22:00,10.5 press the Save button
If the lines re entered correctly they will be displ yed in the m in window.

Me ning of bbrevi tions: Mo – Mond y, Tu – Tuesd y,
We – Wednesd y, Th – Thuersd y , Fr – Frid y,
Sa – S turd y, Su – Sund y.
Hysteresis is used from the Network menu.
Equitherm / heating curve.
Equitherm curve describes the dependence of one temper ture to nother.
Respectively, the intern l temper tures to the extern l temper ture . You c n
insert up to 30 points.
Equitherm l dependence we insert line by line nd for e ch insertion of line,
