operation of the Rushmore Street Glide Mount or
its compliance with highway regulatory and safety
standards. Please use common sense and do not
operate either device while riding your motorcycle.

IMPORTANT!!
To obtain optimum adhesion, the
bonding surfaces must be clean, dry and
applied at room temperature.
After application, the bond strength
will increase as the adhesive flows
onto the surface. At room temperature,
approximately 50% of the ultimate
strength will be achieved after 20
minutes, 90% after 24 hours and 100%
after 72 hours.
Step 2
Remove the VHB protective film on base and loosely align
the Rushmore Street Glide mounting base to the inner
fairing. Take extra time for proper center alignment.
****HELPFUL TIP****
The base of the mount is profiled to match the profile of
the inner fairing. Loosely attached the mounting plate
and use the center hole in the Iron Aces logo for proper
centering. The base has a small amount of flex, therefore
the fitment will be affected if base it tightened snuggly.
Step 1
Using the supplied alcohol prep pad, thoroughly clean
the inner fairing surface where the Rushmore Street Glide
Mount will be installed.
****IMPORTANT****
Allow this surface to thoroughly dry before mounting the
Rushmore Street Glide Mount.
Step 3
Once proper alignment is achieved, press firmly on the
base of the Rushmore Street Glide Mount for 30 seconds.
****IMPORTANT****
Bond strength is dependent upon the amount of adhesive-
to-surface contact developed. Firm application pressure
develops better adhesive contact and helps improve bond
strength.

Step 5
Using a 2mm allen wrench, assemble the Rushmore Street
Glide Mount to the cam using the supplied Cam-to-
Mount screws. Tighten snuggly.
You are now ready to attach your device cradle.
****IMPORTANT****
Use Blue Loctite on Cam-to-Mount screw threads prior to
installation to prevent loosening.
Step 4
If you will be using the AMPS 4-hole pattern (Zumo Users),
place two nylon lock nuts (nylon end facing out) into
mounting boss channel, prior to attaching the Rushmore
Street Glide Mount to the cam.

Step 6
Using a 3mm allen wrench, assemble the Rushmore Street
Glide Mount and cam assembly using the supplied Base-
to-Cam screws. Apply Blue Loctite to screw threads to
prevent loosening then tighten snuggly.
Enjoy your new Rushmore Street Glide Mount!
Appendix
Base-to-Cam Screws - Use the supplied button-head
socket machine screws to connect the rotating cam to the
base. During Step 6, adjust to desired angle and tighten
snuggly. Please be sure to use Blue Loctite on screw
threads to prevent loosening.
Cam-to-Mount Screws - Use the supplied flat-head
socket machine screws to connect the Iron Aces Street
Glide Mount to the cam. Please be sure to use Blue
Loctite on screw threads prior to installation to prevent
loosening.
Zumo 6xx Hardware - Use the supplied 40mm pan
head machine screws and 15mm standoffs to connect
your cradle.
Zumo 5xx Hardware - Use the supplied 30mm flat
head machine screws and 5mm standoffs to connect your
cradle.
Zumo 390LM Hardware - Use the supplied 20mm flat
head machine screws and 5mm standoffs to connect your
cradle.

X-Grip Installation
Use of the large standoff will allow the X-Grip to rotate 360-degrees.
This is useful if you use your phone in both landscape and portrait
orientations.
If you do not want the X-Grip to rotate, simply remove the large
standoff and fasten to the Iron Aces Mount with the remaining
hardware. (shown below)
