WARNING:

1. DO NOT store or use gasoline or any other flammable vapors and liquids within 25 feet (8m)
of this or any other appliance.
2. When cooking with oil/grease, do not allow the oil/grease to exceed 350°F (177°C). Do not
store of use extra cooking oil in the vicinity of this or any other appliance.
3. An LP Cylinder not connected for use should be stored a minimum of 10 feet (3m) away from
this or any other appliance. Never fill the cylinder beyond 80 percent full. If the above
information not followed exactly, a fire causing death or serious injury may occur.
NOTE:
Minimum distance from sides and back of unit to walls or railings is 36 inches (914mm).
Do not use under overhead construction. This appliance not intended for commercial use.
Do not locate this outdoor cooking appliance under overhead unprotected combustible surface.

CAUTION
1. This grill is intended to be used with Charcoal Briquettes, Lump wood Charcoal or natural woods
2. Never attempt to attach this grill to the self-contained propane system of a camper trailer, motor
home or house.
3. This grill is not intended to be used in or installed on recreation vehicles and/or boats..
4. Do not attempt to move the grill while it is lit.
5. Do not use the grill unless it is completely assembled and all parts are securely fastened and
tightened.
6. Keep grill area clear and free from combustible materials, gasoline and other flammable vapors
and liquids.
7. Do not touch metal parts of grill until it has completely cooled (about 45 minutes) to avoid
burns, unless you are wearing protective gear (BBQ mittens, pot holders, etc.)
8. Do not alter this grill in any manner.
WARNING
1. This grill is for outside use only, and should not be used inside any building, garage or any other
enclosed area.
2. The use of alcohol, prescription or non-prescription drugs may impair the operator’s ability to
properly assemble or safely operate the grill.
3. Always open grill lid slowly and carefully as heat and steam trapped within the grill can burn you
severely.
4. Always place your grill on a hard, level surface far away from combustibles. An asphalt or
blacktop surface may not be acceptable for this purpose.
5. Do not leave a lit grill unattended. Keep children and pets away from the grill at all times.
6. Do not place this grill on any type of tabletop surface.
7. Do not use the grill in high winds.

NOTE:Do Not tightenany bolts unless instructedto do so. Tighteningtoo soon may prohibit parts from fitting together. All Hex
Nuts shouldbe on the inside of the grill unlessstated otherwise. Unpack all contentsin a well cleared and paddedarea.

Step 1
ENG: Open Cardboard Box and IDENTIFY the UP side.
SP: Abrir empaque de cartón e identificar el lado que va para arriba.
FR: Ouvrez la boîte en carton et REPÉREZ le côté UP.

ENG: FLIP Box UP to vertical position.
SP: Levantar caja a su posición vertical.

ENG: Slide Barrel out of the box.

ENG: Open barrel and take assembly parts out.

SUPPORT LEGS (as shown below).

Step 2
ENG: SCREW the caster rollers to
CASTER LEGS.

ENG: Attach BOTTOM STORAGE SHELF to LEGS (as shown below).

ENG: Install the LEG BRACES to the LEGS using 8 LONG BOLTS. Remember NOT to tighten
bolts until step # 5.

Step 5
ENG:Attach LEG ASSEMBLY to GRILL BODY using 4 LONG BOLTS + WASHERS and NUTTS
then FLIP unit UP to a vertical position.
SP: Unir las piernas al cuerpo del asador utilizando 4 TORNILLOS LARGOS con sus
ARANDELAS y TUERCAS, después levantar unidad a su posición vertical.
FR: Unissez les pieds au corps du gril à l'aide de 4 longues vis avec rondelles et écrous, puis
mettez l’unité en position verticale.
ENG: Use long bolt on one end and a washer and nut on the other end.
SP: Usar tornillo largo por un lado y las arandela y tuerca del otro lado.

Step 7
ENG: Install the THERMOMETER.

4 small bolts and their screws.

ENG: Detach BUTTERFLY DAMPER from
inside of grill, flip it and then re-attach outside.

shown.

and their screws.

nut and bolt provided.

Cleaning and Care
Caution:
All cleaningand maintenanceshould be done when grill is cool.DO NOT clean any grill part in a self cleaningoven .
Recommended cleaning materials:
- Mild dishwashingliquiddetergent - Hot water
- Nylon cleaning pad - Wirebrush
DO NOT use cleaners that contain acid, mineralspirits or xylene.
Outside surfaces –Use a milddishwashingdetergent and hot water solution to clean, then rinse withwater.
If the inside surface of the grill lid has the appearance of peeling paint, baked on grease buildup has turned to carbon and is flakingoff.
Clean thoroughly withstrong solution of detergent and hot water.
Rinse with water and allow to completelydry.
Interior of grill bottom –Remove residue using brush, scraper and/or cleaning pad, then washwithdishwashingdetergent and hot
water solution. Rinse with water and let thoroughly dry.
Cooking Grids –Use milddishwashingdetergent or baking soda and hot water solution. Non abrasive scouringpowder can be used
on stubborn stains,then rinse with water.
Lighting up The Beast™
Danger: Excessive use of lighter fluid or any other flammable agent could result in a fireball causing severe injuries
and possibly death.
USING LIGHTER FLUID:
1. Open lid during lighting.
2. Pile up a small amount of charcoal of wood.
3. Spray lighter fluid directly into the pile while it is NOT on fire.
4. Allow for fluid to soak for 2 minutes
5. Lightup pile
6. Wait for 10 minutes before adding or rearranging pile
7. Fire should be well establish by this time
USING IMPREGNATEDPAPER TOWEL:
1. Open lid during lighting.
2. Take approximately 24”of paper towel and crumple it into a paper ball.
3. Impregnate50% with any type of cooking oil.
4. Place impregnatedpaper ball 12”from butterfly damper.
5. Build up a small charcoal pile around and above the paper ball leaving some paper exposed.
6. Lightup dry portion of paper towel
7. Wait for 10 minutes before addingor rearranging pile
8. Fire should be well establish by this time
NEVERUSE GASOLINE OR ANY OTHER HIGHLY FLAMABLE AGENT TO START A FIRE FOR IT COULD
CAUSE SEVEREINJURIES AND POSSIBLY DEATH
