5. Unscrewthescrews(F)that fixtheaxisgear(G).
6. Changeanewbelt (H)bygoing through all connecting wiresthat fromthearmtobase,
and through thebridgeforcorrect position.
7. Set up thegearaxistothebridgeand screwedit. Note: do not press thebelt.
8. Put thebelt around theaxisgearand motorgear.

Installation
Theunit shouldbemountedviaitsscrewholeson thebracket.Always ensurethattheunit
isfirmlyfixedtoavoidvibration and slipping whileoperating.Always ensurethat the

kgsforeachunit.
6. Troubleshooting
Following areafewcommon problemsthatmayoccurduring operation. Hereare
somesuggestionsforeasytroubleshooting:
A. Theunitdoes notwork, no lightand thefandoes notwork
1.Check theconnection of powerand mainfuse.
2.Measurethemainsvoltageon themainconnector.
3.Check thepoweron LED.
B. Notresponding toDMXcontroller
1.DMXLEDshouldbeon. If not, check DMXconnectors, cablestosee if linkproperly.
2.If theDMXLEDison and no responsetothechannel, check theaddress settingsand
DMXpolarity.
3.If you haveintermittent DMXsignalproblems, check thepinson connectorsoron PCB
of theunit orthepreviousone.
4.TrytouseanotherDMXcontroller.
5.Check if theDMXcablesrun nearorrun alongsidetohigh voltagecablesthat may
causedamageorinterferencetoDMXinterfacecircuit.
C. Someunitsdon trespond totheeasycontroller
1.You mayhaveabreakintheDMXcabling. Check theLEDfortheresponseof the
master/ slavemodesignal.
2.Wrong DMXaddress intheunit. Set theproperaddress.
D. Noresponse tothesound
1.Makesuretheunit doesnot receiveDMXsignal.
2.Check microphonetosee if it isgood bytapping themicrophone
E. Oneofthechannelsisnotworking well
1.Thesteppermotormight bedamagedorthecableconnectedtothePCBisbroken.

1.If you useacontrollerwith5pinsDMXconnector, you needtousea5to3pinadapter.

Openthecoverbyloosening thefastening screwat thesidesof thecover.
If you wishtouseotherformsand patternsasthestandard-gobos, orif thegobosaretobe
exchanged,removethefixation ring withan appropriatetool.Removethegobo and insertthe
newgobo. Press thefixation-ring togetherand insert it inthefront of thegobo.

Oncetheaddress hasbeenselected, press and keep ENTER button pressedup towhenthe

without anychangepress the MENU button again. Pleaserefertothefollowing diagramto
address yourDMX512 channelforthefirst 4units.

3. Lamp
Becauseof itshigh internalpressure, theremight bearisk that theDischargelamp
wouldexplodeduring operation.ThelampemitsintenseUVradiation whichisharmfulto
theeyesand skin.Thehigh luminanceofthearccan causeseveredamagetotheretina
if looks directlyat thelamp.

1.Always switchoff themainsupplyand neverhandlethelamporluminarieswhenis
hot.
2.Donot touchthebulbwithbarehands.If thishappens,clean thelampwithdenatured
alcoholand wipeit withalint free clothbeforeinstallation.
3.ThelampgeneratesUVradiation. Neveroperatethelampwithout appropriateshielding.
4.Whenburning, thelampoperatesat high pressureand thereisaslight risk of arctube
rupture.Therisk increaseswithage, temperatureand improperhandling of thelamp. Do
not usethelampanylongerthan itsspecifiedlife.
5.Make surethelampislocatedinthecenterofthereflectorforthebestspot.Adjust
lampposition byscrewsA, Band C.
Incase ofreplacementofthelampormaintenance, do notopenthe
fixturewithin15 minutes until theunitcoolsdownafterswitching off.

5. How To Control TheUnit
You can operatetheunit inthree ways:
1. Bymaster/slavebuilt-inpreprogramfunction
2. Byeasy controller
3. ByiLead controller(pleaserefertotheuserguideof iLead )orbyuniversalDMX
controller
Noneedtoturntheunit off whenyou changetheDMXaddress,asnewDMXaddress setting
will beeffectedat once. Everytimeyou turntheunit on, it will showIM8S/ IM7Son the
displayand moveall themotorstotheir ‘home position and you mayhearsomenoisesfor
about 20 seconds.Afterthat theunit will bereadytoreceiveDMXsignalorrun thebuilt-in
programs.
5.1Master/Slave Built-In Preprogrammed Function
You can select blackout mode in (yesblackout)or (no blackout)
modewhiletheunit isturnedon. Bylinking theunitsinmaster/slaveconnection,thefirstunit
will controltheotherunitstogivean automatic, sound activated, synchronizedlight show.
Thisfunction isgood whenyou wantan instantshow.You havetoselect (show1)or
(show2)or (show3)or (show4)modebyeasy controller. Its
DMXinputjack will havenothing pluggedintoit, and ItsmasterLEDwill beconstantlyon and
sound LEDwill flashtothemusic.Theotherunitswill havetosetinslavemode and
select (normal)or (2light show)mode,TheirDMXcablespluggedintothe
DMXinput jacks (daisy chain)and theslaveLEDlightswill constantlyon.
2-lightshow
In (slavemode), meanstheunitworks normallyand means2-light
show. Inordertocreateagreat light show, you can set on thesecond unit toget
contrast movement toeachother, evenif you havetwounitsonly.
5.2Easy Controller
Theeasy remotecontrollerisusedonlyinmaster/slavemode. By
connecting tothe1/4”microphonejack ofthefirstunit, you will find that
theremotecontrolon thefirst unit will controlall theotherunitsfor
Stand by, Function and Mode.

DisplayInversion
It isgood foryou toinstall theunit on thefloororunderceiling.Press the MENU button up to
whenthe isblinking on thedisplay. Usethe ENTER button tochangetothemode
(displayinversion), It will automaticallystoreafter8seconds. Orpress the ENTER
button againreturntothemode (displaynormal).Togo back tothefunctionspress
the MENU button.

Displayinversion modeforthefixturefixing underceiling.
FocusAdjust
Press the MENU button up towhenthe isblinking on thedisplay. Pressing ENTER
button,theunitwill focuson tilt90°,and thentheunitwill focuson pan 0°,pan 90°,pan 180°,
pan 270°ineverypressing ENTER button. Use DOWN and UP button toadjust focus.Togo
back tothefunctionspress the MENU button again.
Self-Test
Press the MENU button up towhenthe isblinking on thedisplay. Pressing ENTER
button and theunit will run self-test bybuilt-inprogram.Togo back tothefunctionspress the
MENU button again.
FixtureHours
Press the MENU button up towhenthe isblinking on thedisplay. Pressing ENTER
button and thedisplaywill showthenumberof working hoursof theunit. Togo back tothe
functionspress the MENU button again.
Reset
Press the MENU button up towhenthe isblinking on thedisplay. Pressing ENTER
button and all channelsof theunit will returntotheirstandardposition.Togo back tothe
functionspress the MENU button again.
4.2Main Function
Toselect anyof thepre-set functions, press the MENU button up towhentherequiredoneis
shownon thedisplay. Select thefunction by ENTER button and thedisplaywill blink. Use
DOWN and UP button tochangethemode. Oncetherequiredmodehasbeenselected,
press the ENTER button tosetup orit will automaticallyreturntothemainfunctionswithout
