1.Introduction:
Thank you for choosing the “spark” machine We recommend that you carefully read these
operating instructions before commissioning the unit. Please follow the instructions in this
manual. This is the only way to ensure safe operation, proper use and long service life.
Feature:

Support wireless control and DMX, operate is more easy and convenient. Maintenance:
Please clean the machine regularly. It will reduce the replacement and repair cost of spare
parts.
Do not use for a long time, to clean the machine and make extra powder out.

2:Safety instructions
Keep away from humidity, water and dust! Avoid placing the device in a location with
high humidity or excessive dust.
Place the device on a firm ground!
To avoid vibrations always place the device on a firm ground.
Do not use chemicals for cleaning! Use a clean and dry cleaning rag to remove dust.
Metal parts can be
cleaned with a damped cleaning rag. Before cleaning always unplug the device from the
power supply.
If the device is not workingproperly! If problems occur unplug the device from the
power supply. The user
should not try to service the device independently. All repairs and service must be performed
by a qualified technician.
Eye Protection The eye protection warning icon is Shown to indicate that you must be
protect your eyes when close to the machine during machine operation.
The safety distance to the audience must be 2meter Never aim the nozzle on people and
keep a distance from 1 meter to the nozzle.Don't spray on the food.
ATTENTION! Damages caused by the disregard of this user manual are not subject to
warranty. The dealer will not accept liability for any consequent secondary failures. Only
skilled workers are allowed to carry out the electrical connections. All electrical and
mechanical connections have to be carried out according to the European safety standards.
Outdoor powder cannot be used indoors!When using outdoor powder, there should be no
carpet around the spark machine, and other inflammable articles! The powder should not be
exposed to the air. If a bag of powder is not used up, it should be kept in a sealed condition
and not exposed to open fire.
NOTE: Machine must be vertical if has powder in the tank. Must take out all powder when
machine shipped.

W-12 Wireless Controllers-----Instructions: There is a receiver and a transmitter
with 12 buttons When the heating is complete, the green indicator on receiver will
light on ; when the heating is not finished, the red indicator lights on. Only when
the machine finished the warming up and ready ,the device can work .

5.Operation
Before using:
Never stand directly below the device when it is being mounted, removed or serviced.Have
a qualifiedtechnician check the device annually and additionally before placing into service if
stored for an extended period of time.
Install the device in a secure location that is inaccessible to unauthorized persons.This
machine can only be used by adults.
Make sure there is no flammable material within a 10ft radius of the device.There can be
no objects blocking the use of the machine.
Be sure that the local power outlet match that or the required voltage for your machine.
Can not join any flammable liquid, such as oil andgas.
Be sure the lid is well covered before use the machine,or the spark will splash out.
Usage method:
Place the unit on a flat,dry surface. The machine CAN NOT be sidelong or upside down,
please pay attention to keep upright only. Otherwise the spark will not be vertical and
probably make the machine damaged.
fill the powder reservoir with our powder only then tighten the cap .
Connect with the correct power supply and switch on the power button
Connect the W-12 receiver
You can see “OFF” at display board .then use W-12 transmitter –press power button on
transmitter to activate the buttons function ,then press ON(Pre-heat)button to have the
device start to preheating ,at that time you can see the display change to different data.
When finished warming up ,it will show “FFF” ,and ready LED(above the display board)
will light on
At that time ,you can use transmitter to have it work .or use DMX to have it work .below
some more description FYI: OFF :Indicates that the machine is powdered but did not start to
warming up FFF: The green light indicates that the machine is ready to Work. DMX:Red
light flashes to indicate a successful DMX FAULT:Red light indicate error alarm.

6.DMX CHANNELS
When using the DMX mode, two channels are occupied.

7.IMPORTANT NOTES
1). This machine can be put upright only!
2). Add powder and TIGHTEN the cap !
3). NEVER POUR SPARK POWDER INTO THE SPARK DISCHARGE OPENING! THIS
CAN BE DANGEROUS! SPARK POWDER MUST ONLY BE ADDED TO THE
STORAGE TANK THAT REQUIRES THE REMOVAL OF THE PROTECTIVE CAP. DO
NOT OVERFILL! AFTER FILLING REPLACE CAP AND TIGHTEN.
4). Please do not test the spark for a long time, which will reduce the use time of the machine
sparking .
5). After each time use before shipped ,please clear granules from storage tank, allow
machine to cool, then remove tank cap and invert machine to shake granules out of tank.
6). The powder should not be exposed to the air. If a bag of powder is not used up, it should
be kept in a sealed condition and not exposed to open fire. Store or dispose of properly!

8.Warranty Instructions
Warranty period: one year(the date of purchase)
IF the buyers do not user the same supplier’s powder,the machine warranty period will be
3 month. The buyer will pay for the expenses if there are any components changes.
In such In the following cases, the product will not be guaranteed:
A: the product has been incorrectly operated and used inadvertently, for example, over
load, over pressure, and firing;
B: the product was broken because of careless handling;
C: due to poor use of environmental factors and sound quality problems, such as: humidity,
voltage instability, etc.;
D: products have been modified by non factory personnel.
products comply with the warranty provisions, the factory will not charge maintenance fees
and accessories costs, for more than the warranty period of the product, only the
corresponding parts, finished goods costs.
the contents of this warranty card, the company has the right to interpret, if the user is
unknown, please contact the local distributors.
not covered by the warranty include: packing box, packaging, product shell and hanger,
remote control transmitter battery.
