Maia Desk Lamp Operating Instructions
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
READ CAREFULLY FOR YOUR PROTECTION AND SAVE ALL INSTRUCTIONS
To avoid a hazard to children, account for all parts and destroy all packaging materials.
The power supply must be installed according to the National Electrical Code and local building codes.
If you are unsure about the installation or use of the power supply, consult a qualied electrician.
To reduce the risk of re and electrical shock, only use the power supply provided.
The lamp should not be installed in areas with excessive heat near the power supply. Consult a qualied lighting professional if uncertain
about specic applications.
Do not use in a wet location
Use wire management to ensure that any excess cords are tucked away and will not pose a tripping hazard.
Handling
When carrying the lamp, one hand should support the base and the other hand should support the vertical arm. The lamp should never be
carried by the horizontal or vertical arm alone.
Cleaning Instructions
Use a soft, dry cloth to clean or dust the lamp. Do not use alcohol, abrasives or harsh solvents.
WARRANTY
ITC warrants the light to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 5 years from the date of service on the light xture, including
the light source and 3 years on the power supply.
To the extent allowed by law, ITC makes no other warranty, either expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or tness
for a particular purpose. ITC will not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages. This warranty applies only to products sold
within the United States of America and the Commonwealth of Canada.
There are no user-serviceable parts inside the lamp. Opening lamp will void warranty.
