TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem Easy solution
If the light is not present or
there’s no wind or fog
• Check that the power plug is securely inserted into the socket.
• Plug into another socket.
• If necessary reset the circuit breaker.
If the light is present but there’s
no wind or fog • Check whether the base level is too high.
• Pour some water inside the base and tighten the lid.
• Check whether there’s too much nebulizer or eventual water impurities.
• Clean the nebulization film, replace with clean water.
Spray less
The water can not reach the
base • Check whether the water tank cover is eventually unclean or the water tank is
not placed properly.
• Clean the water tank cover and make sure that the tank is set properly.
• Check if the water tank isn’t filled with too much water or that the surface
of water is unstable.
• In case that the surface is unstable, add water in the tank and make sure
the humidifier is placed on a smooth surface.
Abnormal noise
Place the humidifier at least 2 meters away from any furniture or electrical appliances to avoid damp contact.
• Check whether the machine is correctly leveled.
• Check whether the water tank and the base are completely corresponding.
• During the process of carrying the water tank, please do not touch the water

tank cover in order to avoid water leakage.
CARE & CLEANING
Humidifier's External Cleaning: Wipe the exterior surface
with a clean soft cloth with a temperature belo ；Do
not use hard objects when cleaning in order to avoid
damaging the components；Do not use chemical
detergents to clean.
It is recommended to clean the machine regularly, please
make sure to turn off the machine power and unplug it
before cleaning.
It is advised to change the water weekly in order to keep
the tank clean. Do not store with used filter.
Make sure unit is dry.
Pack unit in original carton.
Clean and install new filter before next use.

The humidifier uses ultrasonic atomizing sheet vibration to break up the liquid water into water
mist. The water tank is only a transitional water storage tool. All the humidifier base sinks will
have water accumulation. Please feel free to use it.
