Grilling CareReminders
Care and safe use guidelines
Thank you for choosing the Tabletop pizza oven. This Tabletop pizza oven is great for restaurant use, patio and garden
parties. To help you make the most of your purchase, please take a few moments to read these instructions before using
the Mini Grill for the first time, and keep them in a safe place for future reference.
Use enough charcoal to fill the grill basket. Do not overfill the basket with charcoal as the fire will become too hot. Please note,
you do not have to use the grill basket if you prefer to use wood. Dried hardwood s, such as red Gum or Tassie Oak are good
options but the best option would be Il Faggetto wood, a super compressed 100% pure compressed beechwood, as sold by
Jalando Pizza ovens. Il Faggetto burns longer, hotter and cleaner than other wood.
Use natural firelighters to light the charcoal. When the charcoal is clearly lit (red and glowing) spread out the lit charcoal to cover
the bottom of the grillevenly. Or for wood - place this in the front section of the oven and with the help of natural firelighters,
ignite this. Once the wood is oven has reached the desired cooking temperature, move the fire to the back.
Place your pizza into the oven and cook for about 5minutes or until ready at a minimum of 300 degrees Celsius.
1.
When you are finished using the Oven, wait for the coals to burn out completely before discarding or remove them into a
fireproof container and extinguish with sand.
2.
When the oven has cooled, wipe the inside andoutsideof the oven with a moist rag or paper towel toclean. 3. MAKE SURE
GRILL HAS COOLED COMPLETELY BEFORESTORING.
1.
Do not pour water directly into or on the Oven. If the oven accidentally gets wet, dry completely before storing and before
youuseit next.
2.
As the bottom of the oven will get very hot during cooking, do not use the oven on top of flammable materials such as a
carpet, tarp or mat and do not allow the bottom of the grill to in direct contact with such materials. To prevent charring,
scorching or warping of surfaces such as glass or granite or reconstituted stone, use a fire-resistant base or board under the
oven.
