How to reset
and
setup

Which Omni version do you have?
The reset and setup are different based on the version of Omni you have, so please follow instructions for your version.

Reset your Omni devices
Why do I need to a reset? In case you have some problems with your Omni system or some of the Omni nodes refuse to
connect to the Omni system we recommend to try a full reset and new setup.
1. Connect Omni device to power and wait 1 minute.
2. Omni v1 (Blue LED): Press the RESET button for 20 seconds (LED = white color)
Omni v2 (Green LED): Press the RESET button until LED flashes green.
Omni lite/Omni DUO: Press the RESET button until LED flashes green.
3. Wait 20 seconds until you disconnect power from the Omni device.
4. Repeat step 1 to 3 for all your Omni devices.
A. Connect the first Omni device to your internet connection (modem), connect power and wait one minute.
B. Important!! Your other Omni devices must not be connected to power at this stage.

Connect and setup the first Omni
A. Connect your smartphone to the Omni WiFi network.
WiFi name and password is located under the Omni device.
B. Open the Omni WiFi app

Follow the on-screen instructions in the Omni WiFi app to complete the setup of the first Omni device.

Add the remaining Omni device(s)
A. Connect the remaining Omni devices to power.
B. Open the Omni WiFi app and keep the app open (not close it).
C. After 1-2 minutes you should get a message that a new Omni device is found.
D. Click Yes to add the new Omni.
Repeat this step until all Omni devices are added.
A. Connect the remaining Omni devices to power.
B. Open the Omni WiFi app, Click Settings > Add Omni
C. Scan the QR code of the Omni device you want to add and wait for the device to be added.
Repeat this step until all Omni devices are added.
