1.1 Introduction & Features
We thank you for your purchase of this Heater. We think you will nd
it quite simple to install and performance efciently. We would like
to stress the importance of reading this manual carefully in order
to acquaint your self thoroughly with the instructions and rules step
by step. To maximize the benets of the pool heater, it’s absolutely
necessary to filter and clean pool water properly to maintain high
hygiene standards.

1.2 Safety Instructions
Before you install this heater, the following important points and
precautions should followed:
1.CAUTION - This Heater must operate with EC certied lter pumps
designed for above ground pools only. Please consult a qualified
technician if in doubt.
2.CAUTION - WARNING: Do not switch on if there is a possibility that
the water in the heater is frozen.Only use the Heater when the Filter
Pump is operating and water is owing through the Heater.
3.WARNING - Check all parts and system accessories before starting.
4.WARNING - The filter pump is to be supplied by an isolating
transformer or supplied through a residual current device (RCD) with
a rated residual operating current not exceeding 30mA. In case of
doubt, please contact a qualied technician.
5.WARNING - Do not bury electrical cord. Locate cord where its
will not be damaged by lawn mowers, hedge trimmers, and other
appliance.
6.WARNING - Please use only extensions cords suitable for outdoor
use. In case of doubt, please contact a qualied technician.
7.WARNING - Prevent children from using this Heater without any
adult’s supervision.
8.WARNING - The outlet of Heater must not be connected to any tap
or tting other than those specied.
9.WARNING - If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by
the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in
order to avoid a hazard.
10.WARNING - Connect to an Above Ground Swimming Pool only.
11.WARNING - Don’t use this heater for vacuum pool. This heater is
designed only for storable pool, not for permanently installed pool.
Improper use would cause overheating and damager the heater.
12.WARNING - Before using the appliance, the appliance base must
be fixed and fastened with enclosed 2 screws on a safe and dry
location.
13.WARNING - Place and protect the appliance against ooding. Do
not place the appliance in a dip/axial depression.
14.WARNING - Do not direct the water outlet of the pool during
emptying it towards the water heater.

15.WARNING - Do only connect to a well grounded socket outlet.
16.WARNING - This appliance can be used by children aged from 8
years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been
given supervision or in struction concerning use of the appliance in a
safe way and understand the hazards involved.Children shall not play
with the appliance.
17.WARNING - Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by
children without supervision.

Before installing the heater, make sure that the pool frame is
assembled and filled with water then follow the instructions step by
step.
1.Use the hose provided to connect inlet port of the Heater to outlet
port of the Filter Pump, and then screw them tightly. (See the Fig. 1)
2.Connect inlet port of the Filter Pump to the lower outlet port of the
pool, and then screw them tightly. (See the Fig. 2)

3.Connect outlet port of Heater to the upper inlet port of the pool
then screw them tightly. (See the Fig. 3)

4.Lift the stopper from the inlet & outlet port of the pool inside. Then
remove away strainers in the inlet & outlet port of the pool inside. (See
the Fig. 4)
5. Plug the Heater into the electricity outlet.
- The pump will start working while you insert the plug of the pump to
an electriable receptacle.
- Press the On/Off switch to set the power off, and press again to set
it on, and go on in this order.
6. Press the “ADJUST” button on the control panel of Heater to set
the heating temperature to a maximum of 40℃.
NOTE: The increased Heat Rate are relevant for a covered pool
with water at 25 . The actual heating time may vary according
to the pool’s water volume, environmental temperatures, desired
temperatures and other conditions.

1.7 General Maintenance
1.To avoid dangerous or fatal electrical shock hazard, disconnect
power before any maintenances.
2.Depending on the parts usage, keep some spares if available.
Please consult with local agent for factory authorized parts for
maintenance.
3.Wash the housing of the Heater with a mild detergent and water only,
rinsing off thoroughly.
4.Do not use solvents to clean the Heater; solvents may damage the
plastic components in system.
5.Maintain the pool water pH level at 7.2 to 7.6.
6.After pool water is completely dried out, remove all hoses from pool
and Heater.
7.Exhaust water from housing of the Heater.
8.Store the Heater in a dry storage location and with ventilation. Before
storage, make sure all parts are dry.
9.You can store the Heater in a dry location and take advantage of the
original packing carton for storage for next season.
