batterypackandcharger,readthesafetyinstructions
belowandthenfollowchargingproceduresoutlined.
Donotchargeorusethebatterypackin
explosiveatmospheres,suchasinthepresenceof
flammableliquids,gasesordust. Insertingor
removingthebatterypackfromthechargermay
ignitethedustorfumes.
NEVERforcethebatterypackintothecharger.

Donotincineratethebatterypackevenifitis
severelydamagedoriscompletelywornout. The
batterypackcanexplodeinafire.Toxicfumesand
materialsarecreatedwhenlithiumionbatterypacks

Ifbatterycontentscomeintocontactwiththe
skin,immediatelywashareawithmildsoapand
water. Ifbatteryliquidgetsintotheeye,rinsewater
overtheopeneyefor15minutesoruntilirritation
ceases.Ifmedicalattentionisneeded,thebattery
electrolyteiscomposedofamixtureofliquid
organiccarbonatesandlithiumsalts.
Contentsofopenedbatterycellsmaycause
respiratory irritation. Provide fresh air. If
symptomspersist,seekmedicalattention.

beginningsawing.
·Supporttheworkproperly.
·Refrainfromremovinganycut-offsorotherparts
oftheworkpiecefromthecuttingareawhilstthe
machineisrunningandthesawheadisnotinthe
restpositionorwhilstthemachineisrunningwithan
unguardedsawblade.
·Donotattempttofreeajammedbladebeforefirst
switchingoffthemachine.
·Donotsloworstopabladewithapieceofwood.
Letthebladecometorestnaturally.
·Ifyouareinterruptedwhenoperatingthesaw,
completetheprocessandswitchoffbeforelooking
up.
·Periodicallycheckthatallnuts,boltsandother
fixingsareproperlytightened.
·Donotstorematerialsorequipmentabovea
machineinsuchawaythattheycouldfallintoit.
·Alwaysholdthesawonpartsthatareinsulated.If
youaccidentallycutintohiddenwiringorthesaw s
owncable,themetalpartsofthesawwillbecome
“live”.Switchoffatthemainsandremovetheplug
immediately.
·Neversawnearcombustibleliquidsorgases.
·Notethedirectionofrotationofthemotorandthe
blade.
·Donotlockthemovableguardintheopenposition
andalwaysensurethatitisworkingproperly,freely
rotatingandreturningtofullycovertheteethofthe
blade.
·Connectthesawtoadustcollectiondeviseand
ensurethatitisoperatedproperly.Astheoperatorof
thesaw,pleasemakesurethatyouunderstand
factorsthatinfluenceexposuretodust,includingthe
typeofmaterialtobemachined,theimportanceof
localextractionandtheproperadjustmentof
hoods/baffles/shootsofyourdustextractionsystem.
Werecommendthatyoualwayswearadustmask
whenoperatingthissaw.
·Weargloveswhenhandlingsawbladesand
roughmaterials.
·Sawbladesshallbecarriedinaholderwherever
possible.
·Selectsawbladesinrelationtothematerialbeing
cut.
·Usecorrectlysharpenedsawbladesandobserve
themaximumspeedmarkedontheblade.Ensure
thespeedmarkedonthesawbladeisatleastequal
tothespeedmarkedonthesaw
·Takeadditionalcarewhentrenching(slotting).
·Themitresawcanbesafelycarriedbythe
carryinghandlebutonlyonceithasbeenremoved
fromthemainspowerandsecuredinthelocked
downposition. Warning!Neverusetheguardas
theliftingandtransportationpurpose!
·Ensurethatthearmisproperlysecurewhen
beveling.
·Keepthefloorareaaroundthemachinelevel,well
maintainedandfreeofloosematerials.
·Ensurethatyouaretrainedintheuse,adjustment
andoperationofthemachine.
·Donotremoveanycut-offsfromthecuttingarea
untiltheguardisfullylockedinplacedandtheblade
hascometorest.
·Wherepossibleuseclampsoravicetoholdthe
workpieces.Itissaferthanusingyourhand.
·beforeeachcut,makesurethatthemachineis
stable.
·Whencuttinglongpieceswhichextendwellover
thetablewidth,ensurethattheendsareadequately
supportedatthesameheightasthesawtabletop.
Supportsshouldbepositionedinsuchawayto
ensurethattheworkpiecedoesnotfalltotheground
oncethecuthasbeenmade.Anumberofsupports
atregularintervalsmayberequirediftheworkpiece
isextremelylong.
Duringslidecutting,alwaysensurethatthesaw
bladeispushedawayfromtheoperator.
Alwaysusestandstoprovidesupportforlongwork
piecesthatoverhangtheturntable.
Feedworkintoabladeorcutteragainstthedirection
ofrotationofthebladeorcutteronly.
Beforemakingcompoundmitrecuts,ensurethatthe
workheadissecurelyfixedinthedesiredposition.
Neverreachoverthebladetoremovewasteoroff
cuts.

BENCHMOUNTING
Thesawbasehasholesineachcornertofacilitatebench
mounting.
1. Placethesawonalevel,horizontalbenchorwork
tableusingbolts(notsupplied)andfixthesawtothe
benchusing4bolts.
2. Ifdesired,youcanmountthesawtoapieceof1/2”
(13mm)orthickerplywoodwhichcanthenbeclamped
toyourworksupportormovedtootherjobsitesand
re-clamped.
CAUTION. Makesurethatthemountingsurfaceisnot
