IMPORTANTI NORME DI SICUREZZA
Il baby monitor non sostituisce la supervisione degli adulti sui bambini.
ATTENZIONE: il prodotto non è un giocattolo.Al fine di evitare qualsiasi incidente e danni ai
bambini, posizionare sempre il prodotto lontano dalla loro portata. Assicurarsi che l’unità
bimbo e il cavo dell’adattatore si trovino sempre fuori della portata del bambino, ad almeno 1
metro di distanza. Non posizionare mai l’unità bimbo nel letto o nel box .
Non utilizzare il prodotto per utilizzi diversi da quelli descritti nel presente manuale d’istruzione.
Ogni altro utilizzo è da considerarsi improprio e quindi pericoloso. Prima di procedere all’utilizzo del
prodotto, accertarsi che il voltaggio
della vostra presa elettrica corrisponda a quello indicato negli alimentatori in dotazione. Prima
dell’utilizzo assicurarsi che il prodotto si presenti integro senza visibili danneggiamenti. In caso di
dubbio rivolgersi ad un centro
d’assistenza autorizzato. Se il prodotto è alimentato a corrente, staccare sempre la spina quando
non è in funzione e ogni qualvolta si noti un’anomalia al funzionamento. Prima di staccare la spina,
spegnere sempre l’interruttore.
Controllare regolarmente lo stato del prodotto e degli alimentatori; in caso di danneggiamento non
utilizzare l’apparecchio. Non inserire nessun tipo di oggetto nelle fessure delle due unità. Nel caso
in cui il prodotto non dovesse essere utilizzato per un lungo periodo di tempo rimuovere le batterie.
Non sedersi mai o appoggiarsi pesantemente sopra il prodotto. Non utilizzare il prodotto in bagno e
in altri ambienti molto umidi. Non posizionare mai il prodotto in luoghi da dove potrebbe facilmente
cadere nel lavandino o nella vasca da bagno. Nel caso in cui il prodotto, collegato a rete, dovesse
cadere accidentalmente in acqua, NON TENTARE MAI DI RECUPERARLO. Non si deve MAI utilizzare
l’apparecchio, collegato alla corrente, se si è a contatto con l’acqua, quando si è nella vasca da
bagno, con l’acqua che scorre nel lavabo, con mani bagnate o umide. Posizionare il prodotto e
conservarlo sempre lontano da fonti di calore, dai raggi del sole, dall’umidità, da oggetti taglienti
e simili. Quando si ripone l’apparecchio, evitare di avvolgere il cavo dell’alimentatore intorno al
prodotto. Prima di staccare la spina dell’alimentatore, bisogna sempre spegnere l’interruttore.Tirare
sempre per la spina e mai per il cavo. In caso di malfunzionamento o guasti al prodotto,interrompere
immediatamente l’utilizzo e rivolgersi ad un centro d’assistenza autorizzato. Non manomettere il
prodotto nel tentativo di ripararlo o sostituire le parti danneggiate; questo farebbe decadere la
garanzia. Non utilizzare o posizionare il prodotto acceso sotto coperte o cuscini, poiché, potrebbe
surriscaldarsi e causare incendi e/o scosse elettriche. Questo prodotto è destinato al solo utilizzo
domestico.

CARATTERISTICHE
Questo apparecchio di alta tecnologia vi tiene costantemente in contatto con il vostro bambino in
ogni momento del giorno e della notte. Di seguito le principali funzioni:
L’unità ricevente cattura i suoni via onde radio FM
L’unità trasmittente invia i suoni in via onde radio FM
Controllo regolabile del volume sull’unità ricevente
Controllo regolabile della sensibilità sull’unità trasmittente
Interruttore acceso/spento su ambedue le unità
Foro di attacco per installazione a muro su tutte e due le unità
Gancio per cintura sul retro di ogni apparecchio
FUNZIONAMENTO A BATTERIA
Ogni apparecchio necessità di 4 pile alcaline tipo AAA per il funzionamento
Per inserire le batterie, l’alloggiamento è situato sul retro di ogni apparecchio
Premere leggermente sul fermo del coperchio vano batterie
Togliere il coperchio
Inserire le 4 batterie tipo AAA assicurandosi che vengano rispettate le polarità indicate nel vano
batterie stesso
Richiudere il vano batterie posizionando il coperchio nella sua sede e facendo scattare, con una
lieve pressione, il fermo.
ATTENZIONE : assicurarsi che le batterie siano posizionate correttamente ; le batterie esaurite devono
essere immediatamente tolte dall’apparecchio ; togliere le batterie se non si usa l’apparecchio per
un certo periodo ; non mischiare mai batterie nuove con quelle esaurite.
FUNZIONAMENTO A CORRENTE
Si usa l’alimentatore a basso voltaggio che viene fornito insieme agli apparecchi (da usare solo per
il trasmettitore).
Collegare lo spinotto dell’alimentatore alla presa indicata dalla scritta “DC 9V” che si trova sulla
parte bassa del trasmettitore
Inserire l’alimentatore in una presa di corrente. Il collegamento dell’alimentatore all’apparecchio
trasmittente escluderà automaticamente le pile.
IMPORTANTE : Caratteristiche dell’alimentatore : DC 9 Volt, 150 mA o più (centro negativo)
Fare attenzione a non posizionare l’alimentatore troppo in basso poiché potrebbe essere calpestato
dai bambini. Fate inoltre attenzione a non mettere pesi sopra l’alimentatore mentre è inserito nella
presa poiché ciò potrebbe danneggiare sia l’alimentatore che l’apparecchio trasmittente.
COME SI USA
Selezionare un canale
Il baby monitor portatile può funzionare su due distinte frequenze prestabilite. Tutti e due gli
apparecchi devono essere impostati sul canale 1 (CH1). Non vi è necessità di cambiare questa

impostazione a meno che non vi sia qualche interferenza dovuta al funzionamento di apparecchi
similari nelle vicinanze. In tal caso, impostate tutti e due gli apparecchi sul canale 2 (CH2).
L’interruttore selezione canali è situato lateralmente agli apparecchi, sul lato destro.
IMPORTANTE : Tutti e due gli apparecchi devono essere impostati sullo stesso canale, per il
funzionamento.
COME POSIZIONARE GLI APPERECCHI
A seconda delle esigenze gli apparecchi possono essere posizionati in modo diverso:
1- Possono essere semplicemente appoggiati su di una superficie piana
2- Possono essere appesi al muro, usando gli appositi fori presenti sull’apparecchio
3- Possono essere usati infilati nella cintura, utilizzando l’apposito gancio stampato sul retro
dell’apparecchio.
IMPORTANTE : Piazzare il trasmettitore a non più di 3 metri dal bambino, ma non alla sua portata
o nel lettino
Non mettere gli apparecchi vicino a fonti di calore, umidità o esposti alla pioggia
FUNZIONAMENTO DELL’APPARECCHIO TRAMITE ACCENSIONE
Sia che funzioni a corrente od a batterie, mettere l’apparecchio su di una superficie piatta (a meno
che non vogliate appenderlo al muro)
Accendere l’apparecchio facendo ruotare il controllo della sensibilità ed una luce verde vi indicherà
che l’apparecchio è acceso.
CONTROLLO DELLA SENSIBILITA’
Regolare il controllo della sensibilità per impostare il livello della “soglia di trasmissione” in modo
che quando il livello del suono supera quello impostato, l’apparecchio trasmittente si attiverà
automaticamente. Una spia rossa si accenderà non appena l’apparecchio trasmittente inizierà a
funzionare.
FUNZIONAMENTO DELL’APPARECCHIO RICEVENTE
ACCENSIONE
1-Sia che funzioni a corrente o a batterie, mettere l’apparecchio su di una superficie piana (a meno
che vogliate appenderlo al muro)
2-Accendere l’apparecchio facendo ruotare la regolazione volume ed una luce verde vi indicherà
che l’apparecchio è acceso: regolate quindi il livello del suono in modo adatto a ricevere i rumori
provenienti dal bambino
SEGNALATORE VISIVO DEL SUONO
Il display luminoso formato da 5 led (luci) rosse e situato sul lato sinistro dell’apparecchio ricevente
vi aiuterà a controllare l’attività del vostro bambino quando vi trovate in luoghi un po’ rumorosi ed è
quindi possibile che non sentiate tramite il segnale audio.
PORTATA DI TRASMISSIONE
La portata ottimale è di 30-50 metri ed è condizionata dalla carica delle batterie, da ostacoli di
tipo costruttivo, etc….Quando si è al massimo di portata, potrebbe esservi un aumento di disturbi
elettrici: se ciò accade o se il segnale è debole, avvicinatevi un po’ alla trasmittente (andare al
paragrafo “soluzione dei problemi”). Poiché il vostro apparecchio trasmette utilizzando frequenze
pubbliche, potrebbe essere disturbato da altri apparecchi radio che lavorano sulla stessa frequenza.
E’ consigliabile, se ciò accade, posizionare sia la ricevente che la trasmittente sull’altro canale.

IMPORTANTE : E’ necessario accertarsi che il vostro apparecchio funzioni bene.
PER PROVARE IL FUNZIONAMENTO
Fate in modo che un adulto parli adagio nella trasmittente dalla posizione dove c’è il bambino da
monitorare.
Un altro adulto deve ascoltare dalla posizione dove si dovrebbe mettere la ricevente per accertarsi
che non si superi la distanza consentita.
Si consiglia di tenere sempre in funzione un orologio che produca un rumore soffice vicino al posto
dove c’è il bambino da controllare, così da accertarsi che la trasmittente funzioni bene.
ATTENZIONE : Se la trasmittente funziona con l’alimentatore, la portata di trasmissione raggiunge
i 100mt.
NOTIZIE UTILI SUL FUNZIONAMENTO
In alcune case, con il funzionamento a batterie, un eventuale rinforzo in acciaio nelle pareti, può
causare una diminuzione della portata dell’apparecchio. Si consiglia quindi di usare sempre
l’alimentatore per uso in casa.
I due apparecchi hanno una portata inferiore quando funzionano da interno - casa ed esterno di
quanta ne abbiano con funzionamento casa – casa: pertanto si consiglia di regolare il volume sulla
ricevente ad un livello che consenta una ricezione chiara.
Se avete interferenze sul canale 1, spostate il selettore canale di ambedue le unità sul canale 2.
IMPORTANTE : Anche se i due apparecchi sono sintonizzati su canali diversi ma la distanza tra essi è
inferiore a 10mt, è possibile che si senta ugualmente e siate portati a pensare che tutto sia regolare.
Accertarsi sempre che i due apparecchi siano sintonizzati sullo stesso canale.

supervisionate o istruite riguardo all’uso dell’apparecchio da una persona responsabile della
loro sicurezza. I bambini dovrebbero essere supervisionati per assicurarsi che non giochino con
l’apparecchio.
Questo dispositivo è conforme a tutte le direttive europee applicabili.
SMALTIMENTO
L’apparecchio, incluse le sue parti removibili e accessori, al termine della vita utile non deve essere
smaltito insieme ai rifiuti urbani ma in conformità alla direttiva europea 2002/96/EC. Dovendo

IMPORTANT SAFETY REGULATIONS
The baby monitor is no substitute for adult supervision of children.
WARNING: This product is not a toy. In order to avoid accidents and harming children, always
place the product out of their reach. Make sure the baby unit and the adapter cable are
always placed out the child’s reach and at least 1 meter away. Never place the baby unit in
the bed or playpen.
Do not use the product for uses other than those described in this instructions manual. Any other
use is considered improper and therefore dangerous. Before using the product, make sure that the
voltage of your electrical outlet is as shown in the power adapter provided. Before use, make sure
the product is intact and without any visible damage. Should you have any doubts, please call an
authorized service centre. Should the product be connected to power, please unplug when not in
use and whenever an operation anomaly is observed. Before you unplug, place the switch in the
“off” position.
Regularly check the condition of the product and power adapter. Do not use the equipment in case of
damage. Never insert objects of any kind into the slots of the two units. Remove the batteries should
the product be inactive for a long period. Do not ever sit down or lean heavily on the product. Do
not use the product in the bathroom and other wet environments. Never place the product in places
where it could easily fall into the sink or bathtub. Should the product connected to power accidentally
fall into the water, DO NOT EVER ATTEMPT TO RECOVER IT. Never use the equipment connected to
the power supply if you are in contact with water, in the bathtub, with running water in the sink,
with wet hands. Place the product and always keep it away from heat, sunlight, moisture, and sharp
objects or similar. Do not wrap the power cord around the product for storage. Always place the
switch in the “off” position before disconnecting the power supply. Always pull the plug, not the
cord. In the event of product malfunction or failure, discontinue its use immediately and contact
an authorized service centre. Do not tamper with the product in an attempt to repair or replace
damaged parts, as this would void the warranty. Do not use or place the product under blankets
or pillows as it could overheat and cause fire and / or electric shock. This product is intended for
domestic use only.

FEATURES
This high technology equipment keeps you constantly in touch with your child, at any time of day and
night. Its main functions are described hereunder:
The receiver unit captures the sounds via FM radio waves
The transmitter unit sends the sounds via FM radio waves
Adjustable volume control on the receiver unit
Adjustable sensitivity control on the transmitter unit
On / off switch on both units
Wall-mounting hole on both units
Belt clip on the back of each unit
BATTERY OPERATION
Each unit requires four AAA alkaline batteries for operation
The battery compartment is located on the back of each unit
Press lightly on the battery compartment cover lock
Remove the cover
Insert 4 AAA batteries making sure the polarities indicated on the batteries are observed
Close the battery compartment by placing the cover into place and snapping the lock into position
with a slight pressure.
CAUTION: Please ensure the batteries are positioned correctly; exhausted batteries must be
immediately removed from the unit, remove the batteries if not using the unit for a certain period,
never mix new batteries with exhausted ones.
POWER SUPPLY OPERATION
The units use a low-voltage power supply that is provided together with the units (to be used only
for the transmitter).
Plug the power supply into the socket indicated by the “DC 9V” sign located at the bottom of the
transmitter
Plug the power supply into a wall socket. The connection of the power supply to the transmitter unit
will automatically interrupt battery utilization.
IMPORTANT: Power supply features: DC 9 V, 150 mA or more (negative centre)
Please ensure the power supply is not placed in such a low position that it could be stepped on by
children. In addition, pay special attention not to place weight on the power supply while plugged in
as this may damage both the power supply and the transmitter unit.
EQUIPMENT OPERATION
Select a channel
The portable baby monitor may operate on two different predetermined frequencies. Both units
must be set to channel 1 (CH1). There is no need to change this setting unless interference from the
operation of similar equipment nearby is observed. Should that be the case, set both units to channel
2 (CH2). The channel selection switch can be found on the right side of each unit.

IMPORTANT: Both units must be set on the same channel for operation.
EQUIPMENT POSITIONING
Depending on your needs, the equipment may be positioned differently:
1 - It may be simply placed on a flat surface
2 - It may be mounted on a wall using the attach holes provided
3 - It may also be carried along, through the belt clip available on the back of the unit.
IMPORTANT: Place the transmitter less than 3 meters away from the child, but out of his reach or
in his bed
Do not place the equipment near sources of heat, moisture or exposed to rain
POWER ON OPERATION
Place the unit on a flat surface (unless you wish to mount it on the wall), regardless of whether you
are connected to the power supply or operating on batteries
Turn on the unit by rotating the sensitivity control and a green light will indicate that the power is
on.
SENSITIVITY CONTROL
Adjust the sensitivity control to set the “transmission threshold” level so that, whenever the sound
level exceeds that threshold, the transmitter will be automatically activated. A red light will come on
upon the transmitter unit activation.
RECEIVING UNIT OPERATION
POWER ON
1-Place the unit on a flat surface (unless you wish to mount it on the wall), regardless of whether you
are connected to the power supply or operating on batteries
2-Turn on the unit by turning the volume control and a green light will indicate that the unit is on. You
may then adjust the sound level as required to receive the noise coming from the child
VISUAL SOUND WARNING
The display consists of five LED lights located on the left side of the receiving unit to help you control
the child activity when you are in noisy environments where the audio signal may not be heard.
TRANSMISSION RANGE
The optimal range is 30-50 meters and is dependent upon by the battery charge, the type of
construction barriers, etc.An increase in electrical noise may occur at maximum range. Should this
happen or should you receive a weak signal, please draw slightly closer to the transmitter unit (see
“Troubleshooting” for further information). As your unit transmits using public frequencies, it may
be disturbed by other devices operating on the same radio frequency. Should that be the case, it is
highly advisable to place the transmitter and the receiver on the other channel.
IMPORTANT: You must ensure your equipment functions properly.
EQUIPMENT OPERATION CHECK
Have an adult slowly speak into the transmitter from the location where your child should be
monitored.
Another adult should listen at the position where you should place the receiver to ensure the
maximum range allowed is not exceeded.
It is highly advisable to always keep a watch emitting a soft noise near the place where the child is
to be monitored, to ensure that the transmitter functions properly.

CAUTION: If the transmitter is connected to the power adapter, the maximum transmission range
reaches 100 metres.
EQUIPMENT OPERATION TIPS
For some houses featuring steel wall reinforcements, a reduction in range may occur upon battery
operation. It is therefore highly advisable to keep the equipment connected to the power supply for
home use.
Both devices have a lower range when operating in inside - outside scenarios compared to inside -
inside ones. Therefore, it is highly advised to adjust the receiver volume to a level that allows clear
reception.
Should you experience interference on channel 1, please move the channel selector of both units
to channel 2.
IMPORTANT: Even when both units are tuned to different channels,if they happen to be placed within
a distance of 10mt or less of each other the reception may still be clear, providing a false impression
of proper functioning. Always ensure both devices are set to the same channel.

Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
This item is made in conformity with all the applicable European directives
DISPOSAL
The device (including its removable parts and accessories) must not be disposed of together with
municipal waste at the end of its life, but in compliance with European Directive 2002/96/EC. Since
it must be handled separately from household waste, either carry it to a separately collected waste
disposal centre for electrical and electronic appliances or give it back to the retailer on purchasing
a new device with the same purpose. Any infringement will be severely prosecuted. Specifications
and designs are based on the latest information available at the time of printing and subject to

Contrôler régulièrement l’état du produit et des adaptateurs secteur. Ne pas utiliser l’appareil en
cas de dommages. N’insérer aucun type d’objet dans les fentes des deux unités. Enlever les piles
lorsque le produit ne doit pas être utilisé pendant une longue période. Ne jamais s’asseoir ou
s’appuyer lourdement sur le produit. Ne pas utiliser le produit dans la salle de bains ou toute
autre pièce très humide. Ne jamais placer le produit dans des endroits où il pourrait facilement

accidentellement dans l’eau, NE JAMAIS TENTER DE LE RÉCUPÉRER. Il ne faut JAMAIS utiliser
l’appareil lorsqu’il est branché au secteur : en étant en contact avec l’eau, dans la baignoire, avec
l’eau s’écoulant du lavabo, avec des mains mouillées ou humides. Toujours installer et conserver
le produit loin des sources de chaleur, des rayons du soleil, de l’humidité, des objets coupants et
objets similaires. Éviter d’enrouler le cordon autour du produit lorsque ce dernier est rangé.Toujours
éteindre l’interrupteur avant de débrancher la fiche de l’adaptateur secteur. Toujours débrancher en
tirant sur la fiche et non pas sur le cordon. En cas de mauvais fonctionnement ou pannes du produit,
interrompe immédiatement l’utilisation et s’adresser à un service après-vente agréé. Ne pas altérer
le produit en tentant de le réparer ou de remplacer les pièces endommagées. Cela entraînerait
l’annulation de la garantie. Ne pas utiliser ou placer le produit allumé sous les couvertures ou les
coussins car il pourrait surchauffer et provoquer des incendies ou des décharges électriques. Ce
produit est uniquement destiné à une utilisation domestique.

CARACTÉRISTIQUES
Cet appareil de haute technologie permet aux parents d’être en contact permanent avec leur enfant
à tout moment de la journée et de la nuit. Les fonctions principales sont décrites ci-dessous :
L’unité parent capte les sons par ondes radio FM.
L’unité enfant envoie les sons par ondes radio FM.
Réglage du volume sur l’unité parent.
Réglage de la sensibilité sur l’unité enfant.
Interrupteur allumé/éteint sur les deux unités.
Possibilité de fixation murale sur les deux unités.
Clip pour la ceinture au dos de chaque appareil.
FONCTIONNEMENT AVEC PILES
Chaque appareil fonctionne avec 4 piles alcalines type AAA.
Le compartiment des piles est situé à l’arrière de chaque appareil.
Appuyer légèrement sur la butée du couvercle du compartiment des piles.
Enlever le couvercle.
Insérer les 4 piles de type AAA en s’assurant de bien respecter les polarités indiquées dans le
compartiment des piles.
Refermer le compartiment des piles en plaçant le couvercle dans son logement et en exerçant une
légère pression jusqu’au déclic de la butée.
ATTENTION : Contrôler la position correcte des piles. Les piles usées doivent être immédiatement
enlevées de l’appareil. Enlever les piles lorsque l’appareil n’est pas utilisé pendant une certaine
période. Ne jamais utiliser simultanément dans l’appareil des piles neuves et des piles usées.
FONCTIONNEMENT SUR SECTEUR
Utiliser l’adaptateur secteur basse tension fourni avec les appareils (à utiliser uniquement pour
l’unité enfant).
Brancher la fiche de l’adaptateur dans la prise portant l’indication « DC 9V » qui se situe dans la
partie basse de l’unité enfant.
Brancher l’adaptateur secteur dans une prise de courant. Le branchement de l’adaptateur secteur à
l unité enfant exclura automatiquement les piles.
IMPORTANT : Caractéristiques de l’adaptateur secteur : CC 9 Volts, 150 mA ou plus (centre négatif).
Faire attention à ne pas placer l’adaptateur secteur trop bas car il pourrait être piétiné par les
enfants. Faire également attention à ne pas déposer de poids sur l’adaptateur secteur lorsqu’il est
branché au secteur car cela pourrait endommager tant l’adaptateur que l’unité enfant.
MODE D’EMPLOI
Sélectionner un canal.
L’écoute-bébé portable peut fonctionner sur deux fréquences distinctes programmées. Les deux
appareils doivent être configurés sur le canal 1 (CH 1). Il n’est pas nécessaire de modifier cette
configuration sauf en présence d’interférences dues au fonctionnement d’appareils similaires à
proximité. Dans ce cas,configurer les deux appareils sur le canal 2 (CH 2). L’interrupteur de sélection
des canaux est situé sur le côté droit des appareils.
IMPORTANT : les deux appareils doivent être configurés sur le même canal pour pouvoir
fonctionner.
POSITION DES APPAREILS
Selon les besoins, les appareils peuvent être placés de différentes façons :
1 – Ils peuvent être simplement posés sur une surface plane.

2 – Ils peuvent être suspendus au mur en utilisant les trous présents sur les appareils.
3 – Ils peuvent être utilisés en les enfilant sur la ceinture à l’aide du clip prévu à cet effet au dos
de l’appareil.
IMPORTANT : placer l’unité enfant à 3 mètres maximum de l’enfant mais non pas à sa portée ou
dans son lit.
Ne pas placer les appareils près d’une source de chaleur, d’humidité ou sous la pluie.
FONCTIONNEMENT DE L’APPAREIL - ALLUMAGE
En fonction secteur ou piles, poser l’appareil sur une surface plane (sauf s’il est fixé au mur).
Allumer l’appareil en réglant la sensibilité. Un témoin vert indiquera que l’appareil est allumé.
RÉGLAGE DE LA SENSIBILITÉ
Régler la sensibilité afin de déterminer le niveau du « seuil de transmission » afin que lorsque le
niveau sonore dépasse le niveau configuré, l’unité enfant se mettra en marche automatiquement.Un
témoin rouge s’allumera dès que l’unité enfant commencera à fonctionner.
FONCTIONNEMENT DE L’UNITÉ PARENT
ALLUMAGE
1-En fonction secteur ou piles, poser l’appareil sur une surface plane (sauf s’il est fixé au mur).
2-Allumer l’appareil en réglant le volume. Un témoin vert indiquera que l’appareil est allumé. Régler
ensuite le niveau sonore afin de recevoir les bruits provenant de l’enfant.
TÉMOIN VISUEL DU SON
Le témoin lumineux formé de 5 leds (voyants) rouges et situé sur le côté gauche de l’unité parent
aidera à contrôler l’activité de l’enfant en étant dans des lieux bruyants où l’audio peut ne pas être
entendu.
PORTÉE DE LA TRANSMISSION
La portée optimale est de 30-50 mètres et dépend de la charge des piles, des obstacles (murs, etc.).
Lorsque la portée est au maximum, une augmentation des interférences électriques est possible. Si
cela se produit ou lorsque le signal est faible, se rapprocher un peu de l’unité enfant (cf. paragraphe
« solution des problèmes »). Puisque l’appareil transmet en utilisant les fréquences publiques, il
pourrait être dérangé par d’autres appareils radio qui fonctionnement sur la même fréquence. Nous
conseillons, si cela se produit, de configurer l’unité parent et l’unité enfant sur l’autre canal.
IMPORTANT : i faut s’assurer que l’appareil fonctionne bien.
ESSAI DE FONCTIONNEMENT
Un adulte doit parler doucement dans l’unité enfant à l’endroit où se trouve l’enfant à surveiller.
Un autre adulte doit écouter à l’endroit où sera placée l’unité parent pour vérifier que la distance
imposée ne soit pas dépassée.
Nous conseillons de toujours faire fonctionner un réveil qui produit un son faible près de l’endroit où
se situe l’enfant à surveiller, afin de vérifier que l’unité enfant fonctionne correctement.
ATTENTION : si l’unité enfant fonctionne avec l’adaptateur secteur, la portée de transmission atteint
100 mètres.
INFORMATIONS UTILES SUR LE FONCTIONNEMENT
Dans certaines maisons, en utilisant le fonctionnement par piles, un renfort en acier éventuel des
murs peut provoquer la réduction de la portée de l’appareil. Nous conseillons donc de toujours

utiliser l’adaptateur secteur à la maison.
Les deux appareils ont une portée inférieure lorsqu’ils fonctionnement l’un à l’intérieur de la maison
et l’autre à l’extérieur que lorsqu’ils fonctionnent tous les deux à l’intérieur. Nous conseillons donc de
régler le volume sur l’unité parent à un niveau qui permet d’avoir une réception claire.
Si des interférences sont présentes sur le canal 1, déplacer le sélecteur du canal des deux unités
sur le canal 2.
IMPORTANT : même si les deux appareils sont configurés sur des canaux différents et que la
distance est inférieure à 10 mètres, il est possible d’entendre et donc de déduire que tout fonctionne
correctement. Toujours contrôler que les deux appareils sont configurés sur le même canal.

BATTERIEBETRIEB
Jedes Gerät benötigt vier AAA-Alkaline-Batterien für den Betrieb
Das Batteriefach zum Einlegen der Batterien befindet sich auf der Rückseite eines jeden Gerätes
Drücken Sie leicht auf die Verriegelung des Batteriefachs
Entfernen Sie den Deckel
Legen Sie 4 AAA-Batterien ein. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die im Batteriefach angezeigte Polarität
mit der der Batterien übereinstimmt
Schließen Sie das Batteriefach, indem Sie es wieder einsetzen und die Verriegelung mit leichtem
Druck einrasten lassen.
VORSICHT: Achten Sie darauf, dass die Batterien richtig positioniert sind; verbrauchte Batterien
müssen sofort aus dem Gerät entfernt werden; entfernen Sie die Batterien, wenn das Gerät länger
nicht benutzt wird; mischen Sie niemals verbrauchte mit neuen Batterien.
BETRIEB MIT STROM
Hierfür wird ein Niedervolt-Netzteil verwendet, das im Lieferumfang enthalten ist (nur für das
Sendegerät zu verwenden).
Stecken Sie den Stecker des Netzteils in die mit der Aufschrift „DC 9V“ bezeichnete Buchse,die sich
am unteren Teil des Sendegerätes befindet.
Stecken Sie das Netzteil in eine Steckdose. Der Anschluss des Netzteils an das Gerät schaltet
automatisch die Verwendung der Batterien aus.
WICHTIG: Eigenschaften des Netzteils: DC 9 Volt, 150 mA oder höher (negative Polarität)
Achten Sie darauf, das Netzteil nicht zu weit unten aufzustellen,sodass Kinder darauftreten könnten.
Stellen Sie außerdem sicher, das Netzteil nicht mit Gewichten zu belasten, während es an die

GEBRAUCHSANLEITUNG
Kanalauswahl
Das tragbare Babyfon funktioniert auf zwei verschiedenen, vorgegebenen Frequenzen. Beide Geräte
müssen auf Kanal 1 eingestellt werden (CH1). Es ist nicht notwendig,diese Einstellung zu ändern, es
sei denn, dass es durch den Betrieb ähnlicher Geräte in der Nähe zu Störungen kommt. In diesem
Fall stellen Sie beide Geräte auf Kanal 2 (CH2). Der Kanalwahlschalter befindet sich jeweils an der
rechten Seite des Gerätes.
WICHTIG: Beide Geräte müssen für den Betrieb auf den gleichen Kanal eingestellt werden.
AUFSTELLEN DER GERÄTE
Je nach Bedarf können die Geräte unterschiedlich positioniert werden:
1 - Sie können einfach auf einer ebenen Fläche aufgestellt werden
2 - Sie können mithilfe der Montagelöcher am Gerät an die Wand gehängt werden

aufhalten und das Audiosignal daher überhört werden könnte.
ÜBERTRAGUNGSREICHWEITE

Die optimale Reichweite liegt bei 30-50 Metern. Sie ist abhängig von der Ladung der Batterien,
von Hindernissen wie Gebäuden usw. ... Wenn die äußerste Reichweite erreicht ist, kann es zu
einer Zunahme von elektrischen Störungen kommen. Wenn dies geschieht oder wenn das
Signal schwach ist, nähern Sie sich ein bisschen weiter an den Sender an (siehe auch Abschnitt
„Problembehandlung“). Da Ihr Gerät auf einer öffentlichen Frequenz sendet, können Störungen
durch andere Rundfunkgeräte verursacht werden, die auf derselben Frequenz senden. Sollte dies
geschehen, ist es ratsam, Sende- und Empfangsgerät auf den anderen Kanal umzustellen.
WICHTIG: Es ist notwendig, sicherzustellen, dass Ihr Gerät gut funktioniert.
FUNKTIONSÜBERPRÜFUNG
Lassen Sie einen Erwachsenen dort, wo sich das zu überwachende Baby befindet, leise in das
Sendegerät sprechen.
Ein weiterer Erwachsener sollte an der Stelle, wo das Empfangsgerät aufgestellt wird, den Empfang
überprüfen, um sicherzustellen, dass die zulässige Entfernung nicht überschritten wird.
Es ist empfehlenswert, stets eine ein leises Geräusch produzierende Uhr in der Nähe des zu
überwachenden Babys zu haben, um sicher zu sein, dass der Sender gut funktioniert.
ACHTUNG: Wenn der Sender mit dem Netzteil betrieben wird, erreicht die Übertragungsreichweite
100 m.
NÜTZLICHE BETRIEBSINFORMATIONEN
In einigen Häusern kann beim Batteriebetrieb eine eventuelle Stahlverstärkung in den Wänden zu
einer reduzierten Reichweite des Gerätes führen. Es wird daher empfohlen, für den Gebrauch im
Haus stets das Netzteil zu verwenden.
Beide Geräte haben beim Betrieb von einem Haus nach draußen eine geringere Reichweite, als
wenn sie nur innerhalb des Hauses betrieben werden, daher ist es ratsam, die Lautstärke am
Empfangsgerät auf ein Niveau einzustellen, das einen klaren Empfang ermöglicht.
Bei Störungen auf Kanal 1 stellen Sie den Kanalwahlschalter an beiden Einheiten auf Kanal 2 um.
WICHTIG: Auch wenn die Geräte auf verschiedene Kanäle eingestellt sind, der Abstand zwischen
ihnen jedoch weniger als 10 m beträgt, ist es möglich, dass der Empfang trotzdem funktioniert und
Sie daraus auf ordnungsgemäße Einstellungen schließen könnten. Vergewissern Sie sich stets, dass
beide Geräte auf den gleichen Kanal eingestellt sind.
