Before you start, check you have all the components:
(a) Canopy
(b) Leg bottoms (x2)
(c) Canopy rail ends (x4)
(d) Canopy rails (x2)
(e) Leg extensions (x2)
(f) Leg tops (x2)
(g) Fibreglass poles (x2)
(h) Guy ropes (x2)
(i) Pegs (x4)
(j) Gutter clamps (x3)

1. Firstly lay the canopy on the ground with the
velcro strips facing up. Make up the two black
breglass poles and lay these over the canopy
from corner to corner in the shape of a cross (see
diagram above) then attach these poles to the
canopy using the four velcro strips provided
In the centre of the canopy there is a draw string,
use this to tie the two breglass poles together.

SUN CANOPY

The back rail consists of a pair of canopy end
rails (c) with the sprung three piece canopy rail
(d) inserted between them to make one long rail
(see diagram below). Place this rail along the back
edge of the canopy and placing the rail ends into
the velcro pockets located in each corner of the
canopy.
2. Next make up the two main canopy rails, one
front rail and one back rail.

3. The front rail is identical to the back rail but
before joining (c) and (d) together, add the leg top
(f) between them (see diagram below) and slide
each leg to the end of the rail.

4. The sun canopy should now resemble the picture below

5. Now turn the sun canopy over and attach the
back rail to your van using the gutter clamps
Place the sun canopies back rail into the vehicle
gutter and clamp it in place, making sure the
clamps do not interfear with either the cab door or
sliding door (see below)

6. Once attached to the van, place the ends of the breglass poles (b) over the pins on the main rails, this
will bend the breglass poles to provide the canopies domed shape.

7. Add the leg extensions (b) and adjust to the
desired height. Once the sun canopy is level, lock
the legs using the knob seen below.

8. Place a peg through the foot at the base of each
leg then add the guy ropes placing them at 45O to
the sun canopy. Finally peg each guy rope down
and use the plastic slider to shorten the guy to
provide the correct tension.
NOTE: If you are parked on hard ground and are
unable to peg the legs down you can use the leg
extensions (e) which enables you to place the feet
against the vehicle for improved stability as seen
below.
