UNTERHITZE
Es wird nur von der Unterseite Wärme zuge-
führt. Geeignet zum Anwärmen von Tellern,
zum Aufgehen von Teigmassen oder für ähnli-
che Anwendungen.
PI ZZA
Ideal um Pizzas, Torten und aller Art Kuchen zu
backen.
TURBO
Der Lüfter verteilt die von einem an der Rück-
seite des Herds angeordneten Heizwiderstand
erzeugte Wärme. Auf Grund der erzeugten
gleichmäßigen Temperaturverteilung ist ein
Garen in 2 Etagen gleichzeitig möglich.
AUFT AUEN
Dies erfolgt durch ein zweistufiges Heißluftsys-
tem. Stufe LO für Fisch, Gebäck und Brot. Stu-
fe HI (höhere Temperatur im Backofen) für
Fleisch allgemein.
ÖKOCLEAN
REINIGUNGSFUNKTION
Nach Durchführung dieses Reinigungsvor-
gangs können Fett und Schmutzreste, die an
den Backöfenwänden verblieben sind, mühe-
los mit einem feuchten Tuch entfernt werden.
HINWEIS
Die Lampe bleibt während aller Garfunktionen, au-
ßer in der Reinigungsfunktion, eingeschaltet.
AU SSCHALTEN DES HERDS
NORMAL
Verwendung für Kuchen und Tortenböden, bei
denen die Wärmeeinwirkung gleichmäßig sein
muß, damit diese gut aufgehen.
NORMAL MIT UMLUFT
Geeignet zum Braten und für Gebäck. Der Lüf-
ter verteilt die Wärme gleichmäßig im Herd.
GRILL UND UNTERHITZE
Besonders geeignet zum Braten. Kann für Stü-
cke mit beliebiger Größe eingesetzt werden.
M AXIGRILL
Grillen auf größerer Oberfläche und mit größe-
rer Leistung als mit dem Grill, hierdurch erfolgt
ein schnelleres Bräunen der Speisen.
GRILL
Gratinieren und Anbräunen. Gestattet das An-
bräunen der Außenschicht, ohne das Innere
der Nahrungsmittel zu beeinflussen. Geeignet
für flache Stücke wie Beefsteak, Rippchen,
Fisch, Toastbrot.
ACHTUNG
Bei Benutzung der Funktionen Grill oder MaxiGrill
muß die Herdtür geschlossen sein.

In der zu Ihrem Backofen gehörenden Anleitung
zum Garen finden Sie eine Beschreibung der ein-
zelnen Funktionen.

Bedienung des Backofens
ACHTUNG
Ihre elektronische Uhr verfügt über
Touch-Control-Technologie. Zur Bedienung
reicht es aus, die Symbole auf dem Glas mit
dem Finger zu betätigen.
Die Empfindlichkeit der Touch-Control passt
sich fortwährend den Umgebungsbedingun-
gen an. Beim Anschließen des Backofens an
das Stromnetz achten Sie bitte darauf, dass die
Glasoberfläche der Vorderseite der Bedienele-
mente sauber und frei von evtl. Hindernissen ist.
Wenn die Uhr beim Berühren des Glases nicht
richtig reagiert, muss der Backofen vom Strom-
netz getrennt und nach einem kurzen Moment
wieder angeschlossen werden. Dadurch haben
sich die Bedienfelder automatisch justiert und
reagieren wieder auf die Fingerberührung.
BESCHREIBUNG DER ELEKTRONISCHEN
UHR
Symbol : Leuchtet während der Ökoclean
Reinigungsfunktion.
Symbol : Leuchtet bei der Anwahl der Ti-
mer-Funktion der Uhr.
Symbol AUTO: Leuchtet zur Anzeige, dass der
Backofen programmiert ist.
Symbol : Zeigt an, dass der Backofen Wär-
me an die Speisen überträgt.
+ / – Bedienfelder: Sie ermöglichen die Zeitaus-
wahl.
, und Bedienfelder: Sie ermöglichen
die Programmierung der Funktionen der elekt-
ronischen Uhr.
UHRZEIT EINSTELLEN
•Wenn Sie den Backofen anschließen, zeigt
die Uhr blinkend 12:00 an.
•Die Uhrzeit kann durch Betätigen der + oder
– Bedienfelder eingestellt werden. Anschlie-
ßend erklingen zwei aufeinander folgende
Pieptöne zur Bestätigung der gewählten Uhr-
zeit.
•Um die Uhrzeit zu ändern, berühren Sie die
Sensoren + und – gleichzeitig. Nun blinkt die
aktuelle Uhrzeit auf der Anzeige. Berühren Sie
den Sensor + bzw. –, um die Uhrzeit einzu-
stellen. Es ertönen 2 akustische Signale, die
die Änderung bestätigen.
HINWEIS
Ihre Uhr ist mit dem Nachtbeleuchtungsmo-
dus ausgestattet. Das bedeutet, dass die
Displaybeleuchtung zwischen 00:00 und
06:00 Uhr schwächer ist.
MANUELLE FUNKTIONSWEISE
•Nach Einstellung der Uhrzeit ist Ihr Backofen
betriebsbereit. Wählen Sie eine Garfunktion
und eine Temperatur.
•Während des Backvorgangs können Sie fest-
stellen, dass das Symbol leuchtet, um die
Wärmeübertragung an das Lebensmittel an-
zeigen.
•Dieses Symbol schaltet aus, wenn die ge-
wählte Temperatur erreicht ist.
•Drehen Sie die Schalter auf , um den
Backofen auszuschalten.
ACHTUNG
Nach Beendigung des Garvorgangs werden
Sie feststellen, dass die Backofenkühlung
weiter läuft. Dabei handelt es sich um ei-
nen normalen Vorgang, damit der Backofen
schneller gekühlt werden kann.

HINWEIS
Bei der Timer-Funktion kann die aktuel-
le Uhrzeit nicht auf der Anzeige dargestellt
werden.
PROGRAMMIERUNG DER GARDAUER
1. Drücken Sie mit dem Finger so lange auf
das Bedienfeld , bis das AUTO-Symbol an-
fängt, zu blinken und 00:00 auf der Anzeige
erscheint.
2. Wählen Sie die Dauer, indem Sie die + oder
– Bedienfelder betätigen.
3. Danach sind 2 aufeinanderfolgende Pieptö-
ne zu hören. Das AUTO-Symbol blinkt und
die verbleibende Zeit wird auf der Anzeige
bis zum automatischen Abschalten des
Backofens dargestellt.
4. Wählen Sie eine Funktion und eine Gartem-
peratur.
5. Wenn die Garzeit abgelaufen ist, schaltet der
Backofen ab. Es erklingt ein akustisches Si-
gnal und das AUTO-Symbol blinkt schnell.
6. Betätigen Sie ein beliebiges Bedienfeld, um
das akustische Signal abzustellen und das
AUTO-Symbol auszuschalten. Der Backofen
schaltet wieder ein.
7. Stellen Sie die Schalter auf , um den Backo-
fen auszuschalten.
Sie können die restliche Garzeit jederzeit än-
dern, indem Sie das Bedienfeld betätigen, bis
das AUTO-Symbol schnell blinkt. Betätigen Sie
anschließend die + oder – Bedienfelder, um die
Zeit zu ändern.
Timer: Gibt ein akustisches Signal nach Ablauf
der eingestellten Zeit ab. Dabei ist es nicht not-
wendig, dass der Backofen backt.
Gardauer: Ermöglicht das Garen während
der gewählten Zeit. Danach schaltet sich der
Backofen automatisch aus.
Garzeit-Ende: Ermöglicht das Garen bis zu ei-
ner vorgewählten Zeit. Danach schaltet sich der
Backofen automatisch aus.
Gardauer und Garzeit-Ende: Ermöglicht die
Einstellung der Dauer und Endzeit der Garung.
Mit dieser Funktion schaltet der Backofen au-
tomatisch ein, um während der vorgewählten
Zeit (Dauer) zu garen und schaltet automatisch
beim Erreichen der eingestellten Zeit (Gar-
zeit-Ende) ab.
Kindersicherung: Diese Funktion sperrt die
elektronische Uhr und verhindert somit deren
Betätigung durch Kleinkinder.
ÖKOCLEA N Reinigungsfunktion: Hilfe zur
Ausführung der Backofenreinigung.
TIMER-PROGRAMMIERUNG
1. Drücken Sie das Bedienfeld mit dem Fin-
ger, bis Symbol auf der Anzeige blinkt.
Außerdem wird 00:00 dargestellt.
2. Wählen Sie die Zeitdauer, nach deren Ablauf
die Uhr erklingen soll, indem Sie die + oder –
Bedienfelder drücken.
3. Anschließend erklingen 2 aufeinanderfolgen-
de Pieptöne als Bestätigung. Der Count-
down beginnt ab der gewählten Zeit und das
Symbol blinkt langsam.
4. Nach Ablauf der eingestellten Zeit erklingt
ein akustisches Signal und das Symbol
blinkt schnell.
5. Betätigen Sie ein beliebiges Bedienfeld,
um das akustische Signal abzustellen. Das
Symbol erlischt.
Wenn Sie anschließend die Uhrzeit des Timers
ändern wollen, müssen Sie nur das Bedienfeld

3. Danach hören Sie 2 aufeinander folgende
Pieptöne. Die Restgarzeit wird auf der An-
zeige dargestellt und das AUTO-Symbol
blinkt langsam.
4. Drücken Sie so lange auf das Bedienfeld
, bis das AUTO-Symbol schnell zu blin-
ken beginnt. Auf der Anzeige werden die
aktuelle Uhrzeit und die eingestellte Gar-
dauer dargestellt.
5. Wählen Sie die Uhrzeit für das Ende der
Garzeit, indem Sie die + oder – Bedienfel-
der betätigen.
6. Danach sind 2 aufeinanderfolgende
Pieptöne zu hören. Die aktuelle Uhrzeit
wird auf der Anzeige dargestellt.
7. Wählen Sie eine Funktion und eine Gartem-
peratur.
8. Der Backofen bleibt ausgeschaltet und das
AUTO-Symbol leuchtet. Der Backofen ist
nun programmiert.
9. Wenn die eingestellte Uhrzeit des Garbe-
ginns erreicht ist, schaltet der Backofen
ein und führt den Garvorgang während der
vorgewählten Zeit durch.
10. Während des Garens wird die restliche
Garzeit angezeigt und das AUTO-Symbol
blinkt langsam.
11. Wird die eingestellte Abschlussuhrzeit er-
reicht, schaltet der Backofen aus. Es er-
klingt ein akustisches Signal und das AU-
TO-Symbol blinkt schnell.
12. Betätigen Sie ein beliebiges Bedienfeld, um
das akustische Signal abzustellen und das
AUTO-Symbol auszuschalten. Der Backo-
fen schaltet sich wieder ein.
13. Stellen Sie die Schalter auf , um den
Backofen auszuschalten.
Um bei eingeschaltetem Backofen die verblei-
bende Garzeit zu ändern, berühren Sie den
Sensor solange bis das Symbol AUTO
schnell zu blinken beginnt. Berühren Sie an-
schließend den Sensor + bzw. –, um die Zeit
zu ändern.
HINWEIS
Bei der Gardauerfunktion kann die aktuel-
le Uhrzeit nicht auf der Anzeige dargestellt
werden.
PROGRAMMIERUNG DER ENDZEIT
DES GARENS
1. Drücken Sie mit dem Finger so lange auf
das Bedienfeld , bis das AUTO-Symbol
zu blinken anfängt.
2. Wählen Sie die Uhrzeit für das Ende der
Garzeit, indem Sie die + oder – Bedienfelder
betätigen.
3. Danach sind 2 aufeinanderfolgende Pieptö-
ne zu hören. Die aktuelle Uhrzeit wird auf der
Anzeige dargestellt und das AUTO-Symbol
blinkt langsam, um anzuzeigen, dass der
Backofen automatisch ausschaltet.
4. Wählen Sie eine Funktion und eine Gartem-
peratur.
5. Wird die eingestellte Abschlussuhrzeit er-
reicht, schaltet der Backofen aus. Es erklingt
ein akustisches Signal und das AUTO-Sym-
bol blinkt schnell.
6. Betätigen Sie ein beliebiges Bedienfeld, um
das akustische Signal abzustellen und das
AUTO-Symbol auszuschalten. Der Backofen
schaltet wieder ein.
7. Stellen Sie die Schalter auf , um den
Backofen auszuschalten.
Sie können die Endzeit des Garens jederzeit
ändern, indem Sie das Bedienfeld betäti-
gen, bis das AUTO-Symbol schnell blinkt und
die Uhrzeit der Beendigung auf der Anzeige er-
scheint. Betätigen Sie anschließend die + oder
– Bedienfelder, um die Zeit zu ändern.
PROGRAMMIERUNG DER DAUER UND
DES ENDES DER GARZEIT
1. Drücken Sie mit dem Finger so lange auf
das Bedienfeld , bis das AUTO-Symbol
anfängt, zu blinken und 00:00 auf der An-
zeige erscheint.

Bei eingeschalteter Kindersicherung erscheint
bei Betätigung einer beliebigen Uhrtaste SAFE
auf der Anzeige. Die Uhr ist blockiert.
Um die Funktion zu deaktivieren, berühren Sie
die Sensoren + und – gleichzeitig, bis 1 akusti-
sches Signal ertönt.
ACHTUNG
Im Fall eines Stromausfalls wird die gesam-
te Programmierung Ihrer elektronischen Uhr
gelöscht. Auf der Uhr erscheint die blinken-
de Anzeige 12:00. Sie müssen die Uhr wie-
der einstellen und erneut programmieren.
KINDERSICHERUNG
Diese Funktion kann jederzeit während des
Backofeneinsatzes gewählt werden.
Um die Funktion zu aktivieren, berühren Sie
die Sensoren + und – gleichzeitig, bis 1 akus-
tisches Signal ertönt und das Wort SAFE auf
der Anzeige erscheint. Die Uhr ist nun blockiert.
Ist der Backofen ausgeschaltet und die Kin-
dersicherung aktiviert, lässt sich der Backofen
auch nach Auswahl einer Garfunktion nicht ein-
schalten.
Wird die Kindersicherung während des Backo-
fenbetriebs aktiviert, wird nur die Änderung der
elektronischen Uhr blockiert.
Ökoclean Reinigungsfunktion
ACHTUNG
Reinigen Sie Backofen und Blech nicht
gleichzeitig mit der Ökoclean Funktion, da
dabei keine guten Ergebnisse erzielt werden.
Für die Blechreinigung müssen Sie die u. a.
Anweisungen befolgen.
2. Gießen Sie bei kaltem Backofen 300 ml
Wasser langsam auf die Unterseite der
Backofenvertiefung.
Mit dieser Funktion wird anhand der gemein-
samen Wirkung des Wasserdampfs und der
ausgezeichneten Eigenschaften des neu-
en Ökoclean Emaille erreicht, dass Fett und
Schmutzreste, die an den Backofenwänden
haften geblieben sind, mühelos entfernt werden
können.
Dank der neuen Ökoclean-Technologie muss
der Backofen mit keinem Fettlöser nachgerei-
nigt werden. Beim Entfernen der Wasser- und
Schmutzreste wird das Fett von den Backöfen-
wänden gereinigt.
BACKOFENREINIGUNGSZYKLUS
DURCHFÜHREN
Führen Sie den Reinigungszyklus aus, wenn
der Ofen kalt ist. Wenn der Ofen dabei zu heiß
ist, kann das Ergebnis beeinträchtigt werden.
1. Entnehmen Sie vorher die Bleche und alle
Zubehörteile, inkl. Blechhalter oder auszieh-
bare Führungen, aus dem Backofeninneren.

3. Drehen Sie den Funktionswahlknopf auf
Stellung .
4. Im Anschluss erklingt ein akustisches Signal
zur Bestätigung, dass die Ökoclean Funk-
tion eingeschaltet wurde. Das Symbol
blinkt langsam und auf der Anzeige wird die
Restzeit dargestellt, die bis zum Abschluss
der Funktion verbleibt.
WICHTIG
Die Dauer dieser Funktion kann nicht geän-
dert werden. Um sie vorzeitig abzuschlie-
ßen, müssen Sie den Funktionswahlknopf
auf stellen.
5. Sobald die Abschlussuhrzeit erreicht ist,
schaltet der Backofen aus. Es erklingt ein
akustisches Signal und das Symbol
blinkt schnell.
6. Betätigen Sie ein beliebiges Bedienfeld, um
das akustische Signal abzustellen und das
Symbol auszuschalten.
7. Stellen Sie den Funktionswahlknopf auf .
8. Der Backofen ist nun bereit, damit die
Schmutzreste mit einem feuchten Tuch, wie
auch das im Inneren verbliebene Wasser,
entfernt werden können.
WICHTIG :
Öffnen Sie die Ofentür nicht, bis der Reini-
gungszyklus beendet ist. Die Abkühlfase ist für
dessen korrektes Funktionieren notwendig.
Der Reinigungszyklus wird bei niedriger
Temperatur durchgeführt. Wenn er beendet
ist, können Sie die Schmutzreste im Inneren
mit einem feuchten Tuch entfernen, ohne
dass die Gefahr von Verbrennungen be-
steht. Allerdings kann die Abkühlzeit je nach
Außentemperatur verschieden sein. Versi-
chern Sie sich, dass die Innenflächen des
Ofens die richtige Temperatur haben, bevor
Sie sie berühren.
R EINIGUNGSZY KLU S FÜR D AS BL ECH
AUSFÜ HREN
Die ausgezeichneten Ökoclean Emaille-Eigen-
schaften ermöglichen es, dass Essensreste prob-
lemlos von den Blechen entfernt werden können.
Sollten die Reste aufgrund der Gareigenschaften
nach einer normalen Reinigung weiter bestehen,
ist wie folgt vorzugehen:
1. Das zu reinigende Blech auf mittlere Höhe der
Blechhalterung stellen.
2. Bei kaltem Ofen langsam 300 ml Wasser auf
das Blech gießen.
3. Ökoclean Reinigungsfunktion anwählen.
WICHTIG:
Die Ökoclean-Emaillierung ist für die Reinigung
durch den in den Ofen eingebauten automa-
tischen Reinigungszyklus entwickelt. Andere
Reinigungsmethoden können die Emaillierung
beschädigen. Besonders der Gebrauch von
Antikalk-Produkten kann die Eigenschaften der
Emaillierung schwer schädigen.
Der Gebrauch von Backofensprays im All-
gemeinen und die Reinigung der Bleche mit
Ökoclean Emaillierung in Geschirrspülern
wird nicht empfohlen und kann zu Beschä-
digungen führen. Wenn eine gründliche Rei-
nigung erforderlich ist, benutzen Sie milde
Reinigungsmittel.
Manche Lebensmittel wie Tomaten, Essig,
Braten mit grobem Salz … können zu einem
veränderten Aussehen der Emaillierung führen.
Das ist normal.

Oven functions
L OWER ELEMENT
Heats only from beneath. Suitable for heating
dishes and raising pastry and similar.
PI ZZA
Special for cooking pizzas, pastry and fruit
cakes.
TURBO
The fan distributes the heat produced by an
element located at the rear of the oven. Due to
the uniform heat distribution, it allows roasting
and baking to take place at two heights at the
same time.
DEFROSTING
This function uses a two-level hot air system.
LO is for fish, cakes, pastries and bread. HI
(higher temperature inside the oven) is for
meats in general.
ÖKOCLEAN CLEANING FUNCTION
After using this cleaning cycle, any traces of
grease or dirt that were stuck to the walls of
the oven can easily be wiped clean with a
damp cloth.
NOTE
The light remains on when performing any cook-
ing function, except when cleaning.
SWITCH OFF OVEN
CONVENTIONAL
It is used for sponges and cakes where the
heat received must be uniform to achieve a
spongy texture.
CONVENTIONAL WITH FAN
Appropriate for roasts and cakes. The fan
spreads the heat uniformly inside the oven.
GRILL AND LOWER ELEMENT
Special for roasts. It can be used for any piece,
whatever its size.
M AXIGRILL
Allows greater surfaces to be prepared, than
with the grill, together with higher power re-
ducing the time required for browning of the
food.
GRILL
For preparing dishes with superficial roasting.
It allows the outer layer to be browned without
affecting the inside of the food. Ideal for flat
food, such as steaks, ribs, fish, toast.
CAUTION
While using the Grill or MaxiGrill, the door must be
kept closed.

Using the Oven
CAUTION
The electronic clock features Touch-Control
technology. To operate, simply touch the
glass control symbols with your fingertip.
The touch control sensitivity continuously
adapts to ambient conditions. Make sure the
glass surface of the control panel is clean and
free of obstacles when plugging in the oven.
If the clock does not respond correctly when
you touch the glass, unplug the oven for a few
seconds and then plug it in again. Doing this
causes the sensors to adjust automatically so
that they will react once more to fingertip con-
trol.
ELECTRONIC CLOCK SETTINGS

SETTING THE TIME
• When you turn on the oven, you will see the
clock flashing 12:00.
• Set the clock by touching the + or – sensor.
You will hear 2 beeps confirming that the time
has been set.
• To change the time, press the + and – sen-
sors at the same time. The current time will
then flash on the screen. Change the time by
pressing the + or – sensors. Two beeps will
then confirm that the new time has been set.
NOTE
The clock light has a night mode so the dis-
play light will dim between 00:00 and 6:00
hours.
MANUAL OPERATION
• After setting the clock, the oven is ready for
use. Select a cooking function and temp-era-
ture.
• During cooking, symbol will light up to in-
dicate that heat is being transmitted to the
food.
• This symbol turns itself off when the selected
temperature has been reached.
•Set the controls to to turn off the oven.
CAUTION
After cooking, you will notice that the oven
cooling system is still on. This is normal and
is used to cool the oven down quickly.

Electronic Clock Settings
If you want to change the timer alarm, simply
touch sensor with your fingertip and then
press the + or – sensor. You will hear 2 beeps to
confirm that the time has been changed. The
clock will start counting down from the new
time and symbol will flash slowly.
NOTE
You cannot see the current time on the dis-
play when the timer alarm is set.
PROGRAMMING COOKING TIME
1. Touch sensor with your fingertip until the
AUTO symbol starts to flash and 00:00 ap-
pears on the display.
2. Select the cooking time by pressing the + or

time left before the oven switches off auto-

4. Select a cooking function and temperature.
5. Once the cooking time is up, the oven will
turn off, an alarm will sound and the AUTO
symbol will flash quickly.
6. Touch any sensor to stop the alarm and to
turn off the AUTO symbol. The oven will
switch on again.
7. Set the controls to to turn off the oven.
You can change the remaining cooking time at
any time by touching sensor with your fingertip
until the AUTO symbol starts to flash quickly.
Now touch the + or – sensor to change the
time.
Timer Alarm: The alarm will go off at the pro-
grammed time, even if the oven has finished
cooking.
Cooking Time: This function allows you to
programme the cooking time, after which the
oven will turn off automatically.
Cooking S top Time: This setting allows you to
programme the time for cooking to stop, after
which the oven will turn off automatically.
Cooking Time and Cooking Stop Time: This
setting allows you to programme the cooking
time and cooking stop time. The oven switches
on automatically at the set time and operates
for the selected cooking time (Cooking Time). It
then switches off automatically at the indicated
time (Cooking Stop Time).
Child S afety Function: This function locks the
electronic clock, preventing small children from
playing with it.
ÖKOCLEA N Cleaning Function: Help with
the oven-cleaning function.
PROGRAMMING THE TIMER ALARM
1. Touch sensor with your fingertip until
symbol starts flashing on the display. The
clock will also flash 00:00.
2. Select the time after which you want the
alarm to sound by pressing the + or – sen-
sor.
3. You will hear 2 beeps to confirm that the

13. Set the controls to to turn off the oven.

CHILD SAFETY FUNCTION
This function can be selected at any time while
using the oven.
To activate the function, press the + and – sen-

word SAFE . The clock is locked.
If the oven is off and you activate the child safe-
ty function, it will not work even if a cooking
function is selected.
NOTE
You cannot see the current time on the dis-
play when the cooking time is set.

CAUTION
In the event of a power failure, your electron-
ic clock settings will be erased and 12:00 will
flash on the clock display. Reset the clock
and programme again.
If this function is activated while you are cook-
ing, it will only lock the electronic clock settings.
If a clock sensor is touched while the child safe-
ty function is on, the word SAFE will appear on
the display. The clock is locked.
To disable the function, press the + and – sen-
sors at the same time for several seconds until
you hear a beep.
Ökoclean Cleaning function
CAUTION
Do not clean the oven and tray at the same
time using the Ökoclean function as you will
not obtain good results. To clean the tray,
follow the instructions provided later on.
2. With the oven cold, pour 300 ml of water
into the bottom of the oven cavity.
With this function, any grease or dirt that is
stuck to the walls of the oven can easily be re-
moved through the combined action of steam
and the excellent properties of the new Öko-
clean enamel.
Thanks to the new Ökoclean technology, the
oven does not need to be cleaned with a grease
removal product. When the water and dirt are
removed, the walls of the oven are clean and
grease-free.
HOW TO USE THE OVEN CLEANING
CYCLE
Always use the cleaning programme with a cold
oven. Running it with a hot oven may have ad-
verse effects.
1. First remove the trays and all accessories
from the oven interior, including the tray sup-
ports and telescopic guide rails.

3. Turn the control dial to position .
4. You will hear a beep indicating that the Öko-
clean cycle has started. Symbol will flash
slowly and the time remain-ing to complete
the cycle will appear on the display.
IMPO RT ANT
The duration of this cycle cannot be
changed. To stop the cycle before it is fin-
ished, turn the control dial to position .
5. When the cycle is finished, the oven will turn
itself off, an alarm will sound and symbol
will flash quickly.
6. Touch any sensor with your fingertip to stop
the alarm and to turn off symbol .
7. Turn the control dial to position .
8. Any traces of dirt and excess water can now
be removed with a damp cloth.
IMPO RT ANT
Do not open the oven door until the cleaning
programme has completely finished as the
cooling phase is necessary for it to work
properly.
The cleaning programme should be done at
a low temperature. When it has finished, any
residue can be safely removed with a damp
cloth. Cooling times vary depending on the
room temperature. Before touching any in-
side surface of the oven, check that it is
cool.
HOW TO USE THE TR AY- CLEANING
CYCLE
Ökoclean enamel’s excellent properties mean
that any traces of cooked food can easily be
removed from the trays. If stubborn traces of
cooked food remain after normal cleaning, do
the following:
1. Place the tray that needs cleaning on the
middle shelf support.
2. With the oven cold, slowly pour 300 ml of
water into the tray.
3. Select the Ökoclean cleaning function.
IMPO RT ANT
Ökoclean enamel has been designed to be
cleaned using the oven’s automatic cleaning
programme and other cleaning methods can
damage it. Anti-limescale products in par-
ticular can seriously damage the enamel’s
properties.
Ökoclean enamelled oven trays should not
be cleaned in the dishwasher. If deep clean-
ing is needed, use a gentle detergent.
Some foods such as tomato, vinegar or salt-
cooked roasts, can make the enamel’s sur-
face appear to change; this is normal.

S OLERA
Calor sólo desde la parte inferior. Apropiado
para calentar platos o levantar masas de re-
postería y afines.
PI ZZA
Especial para cocinar pizzas, empanadas y
pasteles o bizcochos rellenos de fruta.
TURBO
La turbina reparte el calor que proviene de una
resistencia situada en la parte trasera del hor-
no. Por la uniformidad de la temperatura que
se produce, permite cocinar en 2 alturas al
mismo tiempo.
DESCONGELACIÓN
Esta función es apropiada para descongelaci-
ones suaves de alimentos. En especial aquel-
los que son consumidos sin calentar, por
ejemplo cremas, pastas, tartas, pasteles, etc.
FUNCIÓN LIMPIEZA
ÖKOCLEAN
Tras realizar este ciclo de limpieza, la grasa y
los restos de suciedad que han quedado ad-
heridos en las paredes del horno se despren-
den sin esfuerzo con un paño húmedo.
NOTA
La lámpara permanece encendida en cualquier
función de cocinado, excepto en la función de
limpieza.
DESCONEXIÓN DEL HORNO
C ONVENCIONAL
Se usa en bizcochos y tartas en los que el ca-
lor recibido debe ser uniforme y para que con-
sigan una textura esponjosa.
CONVENCIONAL CON TURBINA
Adecuado para asados y pastelería. El ventil-
ador reparte de forma uniforme el calor en el
interior del horno, reduciendo el tiempo y la
temperatura de cocinado.
GRILL Y SOLERA
Especial para asados. Puede usarse para
cualquier pieza, independiente de su tamaño.
M AXIGRILL
Permite el gratinado en mayores superficies
que en Grill, así como una mayor potencia de
gratinado, obteniendo un dorado del alimento
de forma más rápida.
GRILL
Gratinado y asado superficial. Permite el dora-
do de la capa exterior sin afectar al interior del
alimento. Indicado para piezas planas como
bistec, costillas, pescado, tostadas.
ATENCI ÓN
Durante el uso de la función Grill o MaxiGrill la pu-
erta debe mantenerse cerrada.

Manejo del horno
ATENCIÓN
Su reloj electrónico incorpora tecnología
Touch-Control. Para manejarlo es suficiente
con tocar los símbolos del cristal con su
dedo.
La sensibilidad del Touch-Control se adapta
continuamente a las condiciones ambientales.
Al conectar el horno a la red tenga la precaución
que la superficie del cristal del frontal de mandos
esté limpia y libre de cualquier obstáculo.
Si al tocar el cristal, el reloj no responde correc-
tamente entonces es necesario que desconec-
te el horno de la red eléctrica y tras un instante
vuelva a conectarlo. De esta forma los sensores
se habrán ajustado automáticamente y reacci-
onarán de nuevo al tocar con el dedo.
DESCRIPCIÓN DEL RELOJ
ELECTRÓNICO
Símbolo : Iluminado durante la función de
limpieza Ökoclean.
Símbolo : Iluminado al seleccionar la función
avisador del reloj.
Símbolo AUTO: Iluminado para indicar que el
horno está programado.
Símbolo : Indica que el horno está transmiti-
endo calor al alimento.
Sensores + / – : Permiten seleccionar tiempo.
Sensores , y : Permiten la programa-
ción de las funciones del reloj electrónico.
PUESTA EN HORA
• Al conectar su horno, observará que en el re-
loj aparece parpadeando la indicación 12:00.
• Tocando con el dedo los sensores + ó –
pondrá el reloj en hora; a continuación es-
cuchará 2 beep seguidos como confirmación
de la hora elegida.
• Si desea modificar la hora, toque a la vez los
sensores + y –. A continuación parpadeará la
hora actual en la pantalla. Tocando los sen-
sores + ó – podrá modificarla. Finalmente
escuchará 2 beep seguidos como confirma-
ción del cambio realizado.
NOTA
Su reloj posee el modo de iluminación noc-
turna, de forma que disminuirá la intensidad
de luz de la pantalla entre las 00:00 y las
6:00 horas.
FUNCIONAMIENTO MANUAL
• Tras poner el reloj en hora, su horno está listo
para cocinar. Seleccione una función de co-
cinado y una temperatura.
• Durante el cocinado observará que el símbo-
lo se ilumina para indicar la transmisión
de calor al alimento.
• Este símbolo se apaga cuando se alcanza la
temperatura seleccionada.
• Para apagar el horno, ponga los mandos en
posición .
ATENCIÓN
Tras finalizar el cocinado, el sistema de refri-
geración del horno puede seguir funcionan-
do. Es un proceso normal que permite enfri-
ar el horno más rápidamente.

Funciones del Reloj Electrónico
Si desea modificar el tiempo del avisador, sólo
tiene que tocar con el dedo el sensor y pos-
teriormente tocar los sensores + ó –. A conti-
nuación sonarán 2 beep seguidos como confir-
mación del cambio, se mostrará la cuenta atrás
a partir del nuevo tiempo y el símbolo par-
padeará lentamente.
NOTA
Con la función Avisador, no es posible visua-
lizar la hora actual en la pantalla.
PROGRAMACIÓN DE LA DURACIÓN
DEL COCINADO
1. Toque con el dedo el sensor hasta que
empiece a parpadear el símbolo AUTO y
aparezca 00:00 en la pantalla.
2. Seleccione la duración, tocando los senso-
res + ó –.
3. Posteriormente sonarán 2 beep seguidos, el
símbolo AUTO parpadeará lentamente y se
mostrará en la pantalla el tiempo restante
hasta que el horno se apague de forma au-
tomática.
4. Seleccione una función y una temperatura
de cocinado.
5. Transcurrida la duración del cocinado, el
horno se desconectará, sonará una señal
acústica y el símbolo AUTO parpadeará rá-
pidamente.
6. Toque cualquier sensor para detener la señal
acústica y apagar el símbolo AUTO, encen-
diéndose el horno de nuevo.
7. Ponga los mandos en posición para apa-
gar el horno.
En cualquier momento usted puede modificar
el tiempo restante de cocinado, tocando con el
dedo el sensor hasta que el símbolo AUTO
parpadee rápidamente. A continuación toque
los sensores + ó – para modificar el tiempo.
Avisador: Genera una señal acústica al cabo
del tiempo, para ello no es necesario que el
horno esté cocinando.
Duración del Cocinado: Permite cocinar du-
rante un tiempo seleccionado, a continuación
el horno se apagará de forma automática.
Hora de Finalización del Cocinado: Permite
cocinar hasta una hora establecida, a continua-
ción el horno se apagará de forma automática.
Duración y Fin del Cocinado: Permite pro-
gramar la duración y la hora de finalización del
cocinado. Con esta función el horno se pondrá
en marcha de forma automática para cocinar
durante el tiempo seleccionado (Duración) y fi-
nalizando de forma automática a la hora que le
hayamos indicado (Fin del Cocinado).
Función S eguridad Niños: Esta función blo-
quea el reloj electrónico, evitando la manipula-
ción por parte de niños pequeños.
Función de Limpieza ÖK OCLEAN: Ayuda
para realizar la función de limpieza en el horno.
PROGRAMACIÓN DEL AVISADOR
1. Toque con el dedo el sensor hasta que
parpadee el símbolo en la pantalla, vién-
dose además la indicación 00:00.
2. Seleccione el tiempo tras el cual desea que
el reloj avise, tocando los sensores + ó –.
3. Posteriormente sonarán 2 beep seguidos
como confirmación, se mostrará la cuenta
atrás a partir del tiempo seleccionado y el
símbolo parpadeará lentamente.
4. Transcurrido el tiempo programado, sonará
una señal acústica y el símbolo parpa-
deará rápidamente.
5. Toque cualquier sensor para detener la señal
acústica, en ese momento el símbolo se
apagará.
