To avoid electric shock, fire or injury, please read the user manual carefully before using the
appliance and keep it for future reference.
This appliance is for household use only. Please use suitable power source. (Please refer to
SPECIFICATION)
Never immerse the appliance in water or other liquids.
Do not use the appliance under direct sunshine.
Please turn off the appliance when not in use otherwise it may result in danger.
Please turn off the appliance and unplug the socket when unattended otherwise it may result in danger.
Keep the appliance away from children.
The appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory
or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision
or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
With any indication of damage or malfunction, please stop using the appliance immediately to avoid
hazards. Take it to the authorized service center for repair. Do not attempt to repair or change
any parts by yourself.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly
qualified persons in order to avoid hazards.
Please turn off and unplug the appliance before cleaning or maintenance.
Clean the surface of the appliance with a dry cloth. Do not use corrosive detergent or solvent to clean.
Do not swash the appliance with water.
Please turn off and unplug the appliance when not in use. Make sure the power is off before pulling
out the plug and do not pull the cord.
When the appliance is not in use for a prolonged period, please turn it off, unplug it, pack it well,
and store it in dry cool place.
Forbid to put flammable and explosive objects around the appliance, and do not use the appliance
in an environment full of flammable gas and powder. Keep away from any fire and heat sources.
Please put the power cord in the right place in order to avoid tripping the appliance over.
Do not put any objects on the appliance or put the appliance below a socket-outlet.
Do not let the power cord touch or near the steam vent. It will damage the insulation layer of wires.
Remove the plastic bags and insulate papers before use to avoid fire.
While operation, do not touch the steam vent and be careful of hot steam ejected when opening the
lid to avoid burn.
Do not cover the steam vent with any articles to prevent the upper cover from getting deformed and
color changed.
Please operate the appliance on a firm and level desk or floor.
The heat element surface is subject to residual heat after use.
WARNING: Avoid spillage on the connector.
WARNING: Potential injury from misuse.
Do not fill water higher than the 10 Cup level which is indicated in the inner pot to avoid water
overflow.

Measure rice with the provided measuring cup and wash it in another container (1 measuring cup is
about 160g).
Pour the washed rice into the inner pot and add water according to individual preference.
Clean and dry the inner pot then put it into the appliance. Ensure the washed rice is distributed
evenly in the inner pot.
To make the inner pot fully contacted with the heating plate, slightly turn it around 2 to 3 times.
Close the cover and press it slightly until a “click” sound is heard.
Plug one end of the power cord (appliance coupler) into the rice cooker and the other into the power
outlet (power plug).
After connecting the power, the Keep Warm indicator will be on. Press the control button to start
cooking rice.
After the cooking process is completed, a “click” sound will be heard and the control button will be
rebounded. The Cooking indicator will be off and the Keep Warm indicator will be on, which means
the appliance is in keep warm status.

Note:
Unplug the rice cooker when it is not in use
Unplug the rice cooker before taking out the inner pot and food.
Please do not use the keep warm function for a long time (recommend not to exceed 12 hours)
or else the rice or food may turn bad.
MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTION
Unplug the appliance and wait unit it has cooled down sufficiently before cleaning.
If any dirt after used, please clean to avoid odor.
Use only a damp cloth to wipe the inside and outside of the body of the appliance.
Take out the steamer from the inner pot and clean it with detergent and clean water. Dry it
with soft cloth.

To protect the coating, use only the provided rice scoop/spoon and do not use other tableware
inside the inner pot.
Do not use abrasive cleaning agents, scourers or metal utensils to clean the inner pot as this
damage the non-stick coating.
Please use the neutral kitchen detergent, sponge or other soft cleaning-ware to clean the pot and
use soft cloth to dry it.

Rice or other impurities may stick on the heating plate. Use sandpaper to wipe it off and use
soft cloth to clean it to make sure the inner pot and the heating plate are fully contacted.

Please use the neutral kitchen detergent, sponge or other soft cleaning-ware to clean the
pot and use soft cloth to dry it.
Assemble:
When finished cleaning, insert the lockpin into its hole until hear of “Click” sound.

Open the cover at 90° vertically and press the cover button.
Lift the cover upward and the cover can be disassembled.
Clear the water in the water collector after every use. Rinse and dry it with clean cloth and
install it back.

Open the cover and remove the steam valve by rotating in a counterclockwise direction.
Clean:
Clean it with water and dry it with clean cloth.
Assemble:
After cleaning, install the steam valve into the cover and lock it by rotating in a clockwise
direction.

NOTES
To prevent circuit overload and fire, no more than one adaptor or one extension unit should be
inserted into a socket outlet. (Do not connect other appliances to the socket outlet supplying an
electric heater.) No adaptor should be inserted into any extension unit or vice versa.
Stop using an adaptor or an extension unit or a socket if its socket holes cannot firmly hold a plug if
it is too hard to insert a plug into it.
This appliance must be plugged into a specific 220V socket. Please make sure the plug is fully
plugged-in before use. Do not use any adapter or extension cord; Never use the same supply socket
for this appliance and other appliances at the same time, in order to avoid damage to this appliance.

WARRANTY
1. The product has 1 year warranty from the date of purchase.
2. The warranty shall not apply:
A. to any product subjected to misuse, alteration, act of God, improper handling, improper
transport, improper testing or unauthorized repair;
B. to cosmetic problems or defects which result from normal wear and tear under ordinary use
yet not affecting the performance or use of the product;
C. if the product is disassembled or altered;
D. to any packing, transportation, export / import tax or any related expenses.
