Wrench: 9/16 & 7/16
Phillips Head
Screwdriver
What’s in the box:
Insert the Le and Right Arm Brackets into
the Center Arm Bracket as shown and
secure with included 7/16 hardware.
Make sure you set them for your desired
depth. Follow this step for each of the arm
assemblies.
* Note - Be sure the Center Arm is
centered so the weight is evenly
distributed.

QTY 16—9/16 Hex Nuts
QTY 16—9/16 Hex Bolts
Step 1 : Assemble the L Bracket Bases to the Vercal Rails
as shown below. Do this for all four Rails and L Bracket
Bases.
Step 2 : Assemble the Upper Support Brackets to the top of
the Vercal Rails as shown below. Do this for all four Rails
and Upper Support Brackets.
Step 3:

Step 4:
Mount one arm at a me to each side using the
included 10-32 Rack Screws. Place the arm assem-
blies at the upper corners and lower corners. The
more screws that you use to mount the arms , the
stronger the overall rack will be. Each arm allows for
six screws per side. To maintain the published weight
capacity, six screws are required.
To adjust the racks depth:
Take out the 7/16 hardware in the arm assemblies
and slide the two sides together or apart and
reinstall hardware in the arm assemblies.
Grounding Studs: Note that there are 1/4-20 Grounding
Studs on the top and boom of each Vercal Rail. See
placement below.
