CLEARANCES
Most installations require a minimum 5 1/2in. clearance behind
the dryer for the exhaust ducting. Allow minimum clearances of
at least 1 in. on the sides and back to minimize vibration and
noise. Allowing additional clearance for installation and servicing
is recommended. Be sure to allow for wall, door, or floor moldings
that may increase the required clearances. Allow at least 21" in
front of the dryer to open the door.

1 foot length and 6 inch clearance.

Turns 90˚ within 4", rotating collars and
snap-lock fittings.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Do not use non-metal flexible duct. Also, when installing the venting system, do not exceed
the specified length for the vent duct. Venting systems which are longer than specified will
accumulate lint, increase drying time and energy use and shorten the life of the dryer.
