then soundershall be placed inachamberat -20±2for 1
hour(1cycleis the belowdiagram).
After6abovecycles, soundershall be measured afterbeing
placed innaturalcondition for1hour.
Afterbeing placed inachamberwith 90 to95%R.H.at +40±2
for2hand then being placed innaturalcondition for2h,
soundershall be measured.
First being worked inachamberwith -20±2for 2hand
then being placed inachamberwith -20±2 ℃for16h, finally
being placed innaturalcondtion for2h, soundershall be
measured.
Afterbeing woked inachamberwith +60±2for 2h and
then being placed innaturalcondition for2h, soundershall be
measured.

实验条件
Test Condition
振动频率 10～30 Hz,1.5mm 全振幅,XYZ
三个方向各2小时试验后,进行测试.
Sounder shall be measuredafter being applied
vibration of amplitude of 1.5mm with10 to30Hzband of
vibration frequency toeach of 3perpendicular directions
for 2hours.
Soundershallbemeasuredafterbeingapplied
shock(490m/s2
)foreachthreemutually
perpendiculardirectionstoeachof 3timesbyhalf
sine wave.

, 半正弦波,XYZ三个
方向各3次冲击实验后,进行测试.
将产品的插针插入(插至距产品壳体1.5mm
处为止)+300±5℃的焊锡槽3±0.5秒或+260
±5℃的焊锡槽10±1秒,然后在常温中放置 4
小时后,进行测试.

先将产品的插针浸入松香液5秒钟,然后浸
入+260±5℃熔融的锡槽中3±0.5秒.
