Assemble units as described herein only. To do otherwise
may result in instability. All screws, nuts and bolts must be
tightened securely and must be checked periodically after
assembly. Failure to assemble properly, or to secure parts
may result in assembly failure and personal injury.

April 2017
1. Carefully unpackage the worksurface
and place it face down on a soft
protective surface. Locate six hanger
bolts from the hardware pack and
screw them into the underside of
the worksurface at pre-drilled hole
locations as illustrated. Tighten the
bolts snug, but not too tight. Correct
gap space under the head is required
to accept the key-hole slots of end
and center panels (Figure 1 &
Detail A).
2. One at a time, orient each end panel
as illustrated over the hanger bolts
on the worksurface. Position the
panel with “hook holes” facing
outward and close to the worksuface.
Set the panel onto the hanger bolts
such that the bolt heads go through
the larger opening in the key-hole
slots, then slide the panel with force
so the slot completely captures the
hanger bolt head. If sliding the panel
is too difficult, the hanger bolt(s)
may need to be loosened slightly
(Figure 1).
3. Next, position the center panel onto
the hanger bolts between the two end
panels and install the center panel in
the same manner as for end panels in
step 2 above (Figure 1).

4. One at a time, position a divider
panel with the two “teeth” pointed up
as illustrated. Insert the panel down
between the installed end and center
panel at the mounting holes in the
middle of the panels. Position the
panel so the mounting holes in the
ends of the divider panel align with
the mounting holes in the middle of
the end and center panels (Figure 2).
Assure also that the mounting holes
align where the divider meets the
pre-drilled holes in the worksurface
underside, or the panel must be
moved over to the next set of holes
so all align properly (Figure 3).
5. Using six #10 x 1/2” Phillips screws
(three at each side) secure the divider
panel to both the end and center
panels. Then, using two #10 x 1/2”
screws, secure the divider panel to
the underside of the worksurface.
Repeat steps 4 and 5 above for
second divider panel (Figure 2 & 3).

6. To install the base, first position it
onto the installed end and center
panels as illustrated, while aligning
and inserting the divider panel
“teeth” through the slots in the base.
Locate the six oblong holes in the
bottom reinforcements of the base,
then secure the base to the center
and end panels using six
5/16-18 x 1/2” bolts, two into each
panel (Figure 4).
7. At two mounting hole locations near
the center of the base, insert and
tighten two #10 x 1/2” Phillips screws
through the base and into the center
panel (Figure 4).
8. Twist in and tighten one glide to
each corner at the underside of the
base. If casters were specified (not
shown), twist in to install two locking
casters by one pair of doors and
non-locking casters at the other side.
Use a wrench to tighten the jamb-nut
between the caster and base
(Figure 5).

Note: The step below, illustrating
the installation of fixed shelves
may be completed while the unit
is upside-down as shown (adding
more weight to the unit before
flipping it), or installed once
the unit is turned to the upright
position.
9. One at a time, install a fixed shelf
into each of the four openings.
Position the shelf as illustrated
and align the side flange mounting
holes with the corresponding holes
in the center and end panel. Secure
shelf into position using two
#10 x 1/2” Phillips screws at
each side. Repeat procedure for
remaining shelves (Figure 6).
10. Eight coat hooks (four per side)
are supplied for installation to the
worktable. Orient each coat hook
as illustrated, then using #10 x 1/2”
Phillips screws, install the desired
number of coat hooks to pre-drilled
holes in the end panel near the
worksurface (Figure 7).

11. With two or more people helping,
carefully turn the worktable to the
upright position.
Note: Worktable doors may be
ordered with right- or left-hand
hinges. The instructions below and
Figures 8 & 9 outline installation
of right-hand hinged doors (left not
shown).
12. Determine whether the doors to
be installed are right- or left hand
hinged, and follow the instructions
below accordingly. At the door
opening side opposite to where
door hinges will install, orient
two door stop brackets over the
pre-drilled holes in the inside of
the cabinet. Secure brackets to the
cabinet using two #10 x 1/2” Phillips
screws per bracket as illustrated
(Figure 8).
13. On the opposite side of the opening
to the door stop brackets, loosely
fasten two hinge plates to the
unit using two #10 x 1/2” Phillips
screws. Orient the hinge plate such
that the tail of the plate is pointing
inside the unit (Figure 8).
14. One at a time, lay each door
down on a soft, protective surface
adjacent to where it will install.
Position the door such that the door
lock will install up. Locate door
hinges from hardware pack, orient
in position as illustrated over door
hinge mounting locations, and
secure each hinge to door using
two #8 x 1/2” Phillips flat-head
screws (Figure 8).
15. Rotate the door up into position
into the door opening, insert the
hooks on the hinge into the front
of the hinge plates. Press the back
of the hinge into the tail of the
hinge plate until it snaps in place.
Position the door to create a 1/8”
gap above and below the door
then tighten the two hinge screws
holding each hinge to the unit
(Figure 9 & Detail B).
Note: Adjustment of hinges may
be necessary to achieve even
spacing and correct depth of the
door in the workstation opening.
See instructions on the next page.

Door Hinge Adjustment
16. For door height adjustment of
+/-2 mm, loosen the two height
adjust screws on each hinge and
move door up or down. Retighten
screws (Figure 10).
17. For door depth adjustment, first
loosen the depth adjust screw, then
slide the key hole of the hinge to
the desired location. Re-tighten the
screw (Figure 11).
18. For side-to-side adjustment,
turn the side-to-side adjust screw
in or out. The screw works in
conjunction with the inner leaf of
the hinge arm to move the door
back or forth without a change
in gap between the door and the
cabinet (Figure 12).
19. To disassemble door from
cabinet, press the button on the
rear of the hinge tail inside the unit.
Pull the door slightly forward to
disengage the hinge connection.
Repeat for the other door hinge
to remove the door from the unit
(Figure 13).
