Aufstellen der Ladestation

4. Lorsque l’appareil est à l’arrêt, appuyez et maintenez
le bouton d’alimentation pour le désactiver.
Chargement de l’appareil
Emplacement de la station de charge
Placez la station de charge contre un mur sur une sur-
face horizontale, tout en laissant su󰀩samment d’espace
des deux côtés et à l’avant de la station. Connectez le
chargeur à la station de charge et le branchez à une
prise de courant.
Pour pouvoir connecter l’aspirateur au réseau, placez la
station de charge à portée d’un réseau WiFi.
1. Une fois le nettoyage terminé, l’appareil revient
à la station de charge pour charger la batterie. S’il
n’arrive pas à revenir à la station de charge, retirez les
obstacles autour de la station ou déplacez l’appareil
vers la station.
2. Lorsque la charge de la batterie tombe en dessous
de 20 % pendant le nettoyage, l’appareil revient
automatiquement à la station de charge pour recharger
sa batterie. Une fois la batterie complètement chargée,
l’appareil revient au point d’arrêt pour continuer le
nettoyage.
3. Si l’appareil se désactive à cause de la charge trop
faible de la batterie, vous pouvez le déplacer manuel-
lement vers la station de charge. Assurez-vous que les
ergots de chargement sont en contact et que le témoin
de charge est allumé.
4. Une fois la batterie complètement chargée, désac-
tivez l’appareil s’il n’est pas utilisé. Un chargement
prolongé peut endommager la batterie
Connexion de l’appareil au réseau
Avant de connecter l’appareil au réseau, assurez-vous
que le smartphone et l’aspirateur se trouvent dans la
zone de couverture WiFi, le plus proche possible du
routeur. Si vous avez changé la conguration de votre
routeur ou le mot de passe ou vous n’arrivez pas à con-
necter le smartphone à l’appareil pour d’autres raisons,
réinitialisez le réseau WiFi pour jumeler les dispositifs
Réinitialisation du réseau WiFi :
Après avoir allumé l’appareil, appuyez simultanément
sur le bouton d’alimentation et ll bouton de charge
pendant 3 secondes jusqu’à ce que vous entendiez
un message vocal et que le voyant WiFi commence à
clignoter lentement, indiquant que la réinitialisation WiFi
a réussi.
Appairage des dispositifs :
Lancez l’application pour ajouter l’appareil et suivez les
instructions a󰀩chées à l’écran.
L’appareil n’est pas compatible avec WiFi 5G.
La connexion WiFi avec le protocole de sécurité WEP
n’est pas prise en charge.

FAQ
Panne Dépannage
Impossible de le mettre en marche.
La batterie est faible, rechargez-la avant de l’utiliser. La température ambiante
est trop basse ou trop élevée, utilisez l’appareil dans la plage de température
de 0 °C à 40 °C.
Impossible de le charger.
La station de charge n’est pas alimentée, vériez que l’alimentation électrique
est correctement connectée. Si l’ergot de chargement ne fonctionne pas,
nettoyez les ergots sur la station de charge et sur l’appareil
L’appareil ne parvient pas à revenir sur
la station
Assurez-vous qu’il y a su󰀩samment d’espace autour de la station de charge.
Assurez-vous également que la surface de reconnaissance de la station de
charge est exempte de poussière et de saleté.
Impossible de repérer l’appareil sur le
smartphone
Reconnectez le WiFi et assurez-vous que la connexion réseau de l’appareil
est correcte.
L’appareil en mode hors ligne. Assurez-vous que l’appareil est correctement connecté au réseau. Assu-
rez-vous que l’appareil est toujours à portée du signal WiFi.
Impossible de jumeler le smartphone et
l’appareil.
Assurez-vous que l’appareil et la station de charge se trouvent à portée du
signal WiFi et que le signal est bon. Essayez de réinitialiser votre WiFi avant
le jumelage.
Une voix anormale se fait entendre
pendant le nettoyage.
Examinez la machine et enlevez toute saleté de la brosse à rouleau, de la
brosse latérale, de la roue motrice et de la roue universelle, et nettoyez le
châssis de la machine et la barre anti-collision.

Sa batterie lithium-ion intégrée n’a pas d’e󰀨et mémoire et peut être utilisée
après une charge complète ; elle ne nécessite pas de chargement pendant
24 heures.
Faut-il débrancher l’alimentation de la
station de charge une fois la charge
terminée ?
En usage quotidien, la consommation d’énergie en veille est très faible, il n’est
donc pas nécessaire de l’éteindre et le maintien du niveau de charge permet
également d’obtenir les meilleures performances de la batterie. Si l’appareil
n’est pas censé être utilisé pendant une période prolongée, débranchez l’ali-
mentation de la station de charge et éteignez l’appareil pour le ranger.
Il est recommandé de charger la batterie une fois par mois pour éviter toute
détérioration de la batterie due à une décharge excessive.
Est-ce que le laser émis par le radar est
dangereux pour l’homme ?
La machine utilise un radar laser avancé et able qui répond à la norme de
sécurité CLASSE I.
