General Safety Warnings
WARNING!
Read all safety warnings and all instructions. Failure to follow the warnings and instructions may result in
damage to your structure or serious injury.
• Save all warnings and instructions for future reference.
• Take care when lifting or moving the clamping stand. Ensure you use the correct lifting techniques when lifting
heavy objects.
• Prior to using the clamping stand ensure that the stand is located on a sound and suitable surface where all three
legs are touching the ground.
• Never overload the clamping stand.
• Ensure that your work area is clean and that there are no obstructions or debris lying around.
• Use the clamping stand in a well lit area.
• Never store the clamping stand out in the elements.
• Do not sit or stand on the clamping stand at any time.
• The clamping stand must be used only for its prescribed purpose. Any other use then those mentioned in this
instruction manual will be considered a case of misuse. Kincrome shall not be liable for any damage or injury
resulting from such case of misuse.
• Never alter or change the product specifications in any way. Changing or altering the product would void your
warranty, could cause damage to your work piece or could cause serious injury.
• Always ensure that the clamping stand legs have been locked into place before use.
Service
Have your clamping stand serviced by a qualified repair person using only identical replacement parts.
This will ensure that the safety and structural integrity of the portable clamping stand is maintained.

Portable Clamping Stand User Instructions
Congratulations on purchasing your Kincrome KP1102 Portable Clamping Stand. The KP1102 will enable you to safely hold and
secure all of your materials or products when you need to work on them. Please thoroughly read and understand all safety and
user installation instructions prior to assembly and use of the clamping stand. Please take time to familiarize yourself with
the weight limitations of the product to ensure the clamping stand does not become overloaded as this could compromise
the structural integrity of the product or cause personal injury. Always ensure you place your clamping stand on a sound level
surface where all three legs are touching the ground prior to use.
1) Portable Clamping Stand Assembly
Remove the portable clamping stand from the box and dispose of all the packaging materials thoughtfully and as per your
local council guidelines.
1. Place the portable clamping stand on a sound level surface or workbench with the legs of the stand facing upwards.
2. Unfold the folding rear leg (5) by rotating the rear leg release knob (4) in an anti-clockwise direction (fig1).
3. Slide the folding rear leg (5) towards the rear leg release knob (4) (fig 2a) to release the leg from the leg securing slot
(fig 2b) on the underside of the front of the portable clamping stand.
4. Lift the folding rear leg (5) slightly until the leg is above the securing slot, slide the leg forward (fig 3a) and then lift the leg
(fig 3b). Push the leg down until it locates in the rear securing slot of the portable clamping stand (fig 3c).
5. Tighten the rear leg release knob (4) in a clockwise direction until the knob is tight but DO NOT over tighten.

6. Unfold the folding front legs (6) towards the front of the portable clamping stand until they locate and click into the
fully extended position (fig 4).
7. Unfold the clamp foot pedal (8) by releasing the foot pedal folding release lever (7) (fig5a), then unfold the clamp foot
pedal (8) out towards the front of the portable clamping stand (fig 5b) until it clicks & locks into place .
8. The portable clamping stand is now assembled and can be turned over onto its feet.
Caution: Take care when lifting or moving the clamping stand. Ensure you use the correct lifting techniques when lifting
heavy objects. Prior to using the portable clamping stand ensure that the stand is located on a sound level surface where
all three legs are touching the ground.
2) Portable Clamping Stand User Instructions (A) 0-420mm
2a) Clamping your work piece
1. Ensure that the clamp lock lever (10) located on the front of the portable clamping stand is in the unlock position as shown
in (fig 6).
2. Using the rail push handle (1) extend the sliding clamp rail (2) to enable you to fit the material you are clamping within the
front and rear anti marring jaws (3) (fig 7).
3. Using the clamp foot pedal (8) press the foot pedal in and out with your foot to clamp your work piece tightly (fig 8), then
while maintaining pressure on the clamp foot pedal (8) move the clamp lock lever (10) down into the lock position as
indicated in (fig 9).
Note: Your work piece should now be tightly secured in the clamping stand and you can commence working on your product
or materials.
2b) Un-clamping your work piece
To unclamp your work piece move the clamp lock lever (10) into the unlock position (fig 10) then press the clamp foot pedal (8)
with your foot (fig 11). Following the above will unlock the clamp and enable you to remove your work piece.

3a) Reversing the sliding clamp rail (1)
1. Ensure that the clamp lock lever (10) located on the front of the clamping stand is in the unlock position as shown in (fig 12).
2. Using the rail push handle (1) extend and remove the sliding clamp rail (2) from the end of the clamping stand (fig 13a) and turn
the sliding clamp rail 180˚, then re-install the sliding clamp rail (2) back onto the clamping stand (fig 13b). Position the end of the
sliding clamp rail (2) until it is positioned over the two ball bearings located on each side of the top of the clamping stand (fig 13c).
4) Portable Clamping Stand User Instructions (B) 465-900mm
1. Ensure that the clamp lock lever (10) located on the front of the portable clamping stand is in the unlock position as shown in (fig 14).
2. Using the rail push handle (1) extend the sliding clamp rail (2) to enable you to fit the material you are clamping within the front and
rear anti marring jaws (3) (fig 15).
Note: You may need to remove the rail push handle (1) to clamp your product or material. You can remove the rail push
handle (1) by rotating the handle in an anti-clockwise direction until completely removed. When required replace the rail
push handle (1) by locating & rotating the handle into the rail in a clockwise direction until securely fastened.
3. Using the clamp foot pedal (8) press the foot pedal in and out with your foot to clamp your work piece tightly (fig 16a).
4. While maintaining pressure on the clamp foot pedal (8) move the clamp lock lever (10) down into the lock position as
indicated in (fig 16b).
5. Your work piece should now be tightly secured in the portable clamping stand and you can commence working on your
product or materials.
Un-clamping your work piece
1. To unclamp your work piece move the clamp lock lever (10) into the unlock position (fig 17) then press the
clamp foot pedal (8) with your foot (fig 18).
2. The Clamp is now unlocked and you can remove your work piece.

5) Folding The Portable Clamping Stand For Storage
1. Fold in the clamp foot pedal (8) by releasing the foot pedal folding release lever (7) (fig 19a), then fold the
clamp foot pedal (8) inwards until the clamp foot pedal (8) is flat against the body of the portable clamping stand (fig 19b).
2. Loosen the folding rear leg (5) by rotating the rear leg release knob (4) in an anti-clockwise direction (fig 20a).
3. Pull the leg out of the leg securing slot (fig 20b).
4. Fold the leg down onto the portable clamping stand (fig 20c) then locate the leg tip into the front leg securing slot (fig 20d).
5. Tighten the rear leg release knob (4) in a clockwise direction until the knob is tight but DO NOT over tighten.
6. Release the folding front legs (6) by pulling the front leg release locks (9) towards the leg foot (fig 21) and then fold the legs
towards the portable clamping stand.
7. Your portable clamping stand is now folded down and ready to store (fig 22).

Warranty given by Kincrome Australia Pty Ltd of 3 Lakeview Drive, Caribbean Park, Scoresby, Victoria (Tel 1300
657 528). The applicable warranty period (12 months) commences on the date that the product is purchased. If
this product has materials or workmanship defects (other than defects caused by abnormal or non warranted
use) you can, at your cost, send the product to place of purchase, an authorised Kincrome service agent or one
of Kincromes addresses for repair or replacement. Your rights under this warranty are in addition to any other
rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws. Our goods come with guarantees
that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and
compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the
