ASSEMBLING AND USING YOUR RACK
Enclosed you will find everything needed*
for the installation and use of your pot rack.
Two people can make rack installation
much easier. Parts and hardware included are:

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1) Unpack the rack, spread out the contents, and match the rack parts
to the hardware and component lists above. If any item is missing,
call our customer service line at 1-877-362-5863 for replacements.
2) Decide where your wall the grid rack is going to be located. Note: the rack may be installed vertically, as shown in the
above photo and diagram, or horizontally.
3) Hold the Wall Grid in the location where it will be installed, hold a Wall Clip over the second grid wire from each end
of the top of the Wall Grid, and mark where the screw hole needs to be drilled. Repeat for the bottom, and mark for
two screw holes will be drilled there
4) If you are attaching your rack to the solid wood of wall studs you will use the Wood Screws alone.
5) If you are mounting on a wall of drywall you will be inserting the Wood Screw Sleeves first, then the Wood Screws.
6) Decide whether you will use the Wood Screws alone (wood) or the Wood Screw Sleeves with the Wood Screws
(dry wall) for mounting and then proceed to drill small starter holes where marked for the Wood Screws, or 9/32 holes
for the Wood Screw Sleeves.

7) Holding the Wall Grid in place and hooking one Wall Clip over the grid wire at one end of the grid
either: a) insert a Wood Screw (wood mount) in the hole side of the Wall Clip and drive through the marked
starter hole into the wall with the hex key wrench, or b) tap a Wood Screw Sleeve (dry wall mount) into the
9/32” drilled hole and then drive a Wood Screw through the hole side of a Wall Clip and into the Sleeve.
Tighten all screws loosely as you go.
8) Repeat step 7) for the second Wall Clip attachment on the top side of the Wall Grid, then repeat step 7) for
the two Wall Clip attachments on the bottom of the Wall Grid. Again, tighten all screws loosely.
9) Make sure the grid is square on the wall and adjust as needed. Then tighten all Wood Screws firmly into the
Wall Clips.
USE INSTRUCTIONS

1) Time to enjoy your new cookware rack! Place the enclosed pot hooks on your Grid Rack and you are ready to hang
up your cookware and utensils.
2) All of our hammered steel racks are finished with an industrial wax designed to give years of protection to the rack.
Cleaning is easily done with a damp cloth. Dry thoroughly after cleaning. Touch-up with a commercial wax product.
It is important that your rack is assembled correctly. If assembled or used
incorrectly, it could become unstable and collapse, possibly causing injury.
Limited Warranty: This product is warranted to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of five years from the date
of your purchase. Your exclusive remedy shall be the repair or replacement of the defective product, and shall be subject to the
following conditions: (1) you provide notice of any defect to Enclume within the warranty period, and (2) you return the defective
product to Enclume Design Products, Inc.( 24 Colwell St., Port Hadlock, WA 98339), postage prepaid within 20 days of obtaining a
return authorization number from Enclume (which may be obtained by telephoning the number at the bottom of these instructions).
There are no other warranties, expressed or implied, applicable to this product. FURTHER, THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ENCLUME SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY
AND ALL INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE PURCHASE OR USE OF THIS
PRODUCT.
