Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty
Manufacturer warrants all Covert Video and Sleuth Gear Hidden Video Products (Product)
assembled and sold by Manufacturer to be free of defects in material and workmanship subject to
the following conditions. The duration of Manufacturer's warranty with respect to the Product is
limited to one (1) year from the date of sale to the original consumer purchaser only for Products
delivered within the fifty (50) states of the United States District of Columbia or the possessions
and territories of the United States
No other express warranties are made with respect to any Product. All implied
warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
are limited to the warranty period set forth abo e. This warranty is not transferable and
applies only to the original consumer purchaser of the Product.
Manufacturer will as its sole obligation under this warranty replace or repair at its option
any Product that does not conform to this warranty. Under no circumstances will the Manufacturer
issue credit or give a refund for Product covered by this warranty. Furthermore under no circum-
stances will Manufacturer be liable for any incidental or consequential damages under this war-
ranty or any implied warranties.
What Is Not Co ered. This limited warranty does not cover Products that in Manufac-
turer’s judgment have damage resulting from any (i) deviation from Manufacturer's operating
instructions as printed in Manufacturer's catalog or on any packaging labels or other literature
provided with a Product (ii) installation of a Product in a manner which is inconsistent with Manu-
facturer's written instructions (iii) alteration modification of or tempering with a Product (iv)
misuse (v) neglect (vi) abuse (vii) accident (viii) power surge static electricity or other electri-
cal discharge (ix) normal wear and tear (x) commercial use (xi) service by anyone other than a
Manufacturer authorized repair facility or (xii) other improper application installation or operation
of the Product. Or (xiii) have been purchased from inventory clearance or liquidation sales or
other sales in which Manufacturer expressly disclaims its warranty obligation pertaining to the
Product.
How you (the Customer) can get ser ice: To obtain warranty service during the war-
ranty period you must return the defective Product with the original receipt to the original place
of purchase. Contact them for return instructions.
If warranty service is needed at any time during the warranty period the purchaser will be
required to furnish a sales receipt/proof of purchase indicating the date of purchase amount paid
and place of purchase. Customers who fail to provide such proof of purchase will be charged for
the repair of any Product.
How state law relates to the warranty: Some states do not allow limitations on how long
implied warranties last or the exclusion or the limitation of incidental or consequential damages.
So the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal
rights. You may also have other rights that may vary from state to state.
NO PERSON IS AUTHORIZED BY MANUFACTURER TO MODIFY OR ADD TO THIS
LIMITED WARRANTY.

Picture Frame Hidden Camera!
This newly designed fully functional Digital Picture Frame is
equipped with a completely undetectable, high quality camera
and comes with a 2.4 GHZ receiver
Additional features include:
300 - 700 foot line-of-sight (LOS) approximate range
(LOS is dependent upon obstructions and interference from other wireless devices
High resolution camera
Low light capabilities
Easy installation
User-friendly operation
FCC-approved 2.4 GHz transmitter
Upon reading through these instructions, you will be able to operate your state-of-the-art
Hidden Camera even if you have never before used a covert video surveillance system.
This is primarily a surveillance device; due to the electronics installed you might experience interference when
using the AM/FM radio functions. This is not a defect and is not deemed a warranty issue. Please select
another station if a clearer signal is desired.
NOTICE: In accordance with United States Codes, this unit is not equipped with audio capabilities.
It is illegal for non-authorized persons to own, possess, or utilize surreptitious listening devices for
the purpose of intercepting and/or recording another person’s oral communications. Any modifica-
tions made to this unit are unauthorized and will immediately void the manufacturer’s warranty.
Frequently Asked Quest ons and Trouble Shoot ng
I do not get a picture what do I do?
Be sure that the Hidden Camera unit is plugged into a 110V power outlet.
See pairing instructions on page 4 and re “pair” the recei er with the transmitter.
Check your connections. Make sure they are all properly attached and that your
ideo jack is plugged into the input and not the output and check to see that your
TV or VCR is on the ideo setting
My signal strength is low how do I fix the problem?
Consider the position of the camera in relation to the recei er and adjust the an-
tenna on the recei er to face the direction of the camera.
Reposition the camera or the recei er to a different location
What does the “QLT” button do on the front of the recei er?
QLT refers to the image quality. With the switch to the left your camera quality is
320 x 240, with the switch to the right the quality is 640 x 480
*Please note that a higher quality picture, depending on placement of the de ices
may slow down the frame rate.
**Please note that plugging this unit into any electrical outlet other than a 110V
will cause the unit to not function and oids the warranty on this unit, Please use
correct adapters for your oltage.

Place the Picture Frame Camera on a flat surface facing your target area.
When determining the best possible site selection, pay particular attention to
lighting. It is always best to have the lighting on or in front of your subject
instead of behind it.
Plug the supplied ac adapter (for the picture frame) into the picture frame then
into the nearest 110V AC outlet (120 Volt, 60Hz ONLY)
Position the receiver within 300 ft (see LOS) of the covert camera.
Plug the included ac adapter into the (1) black power cable on the receiver
and then plug into an 110v Ac outlet
Plug either of the yellow (2) RCA male jacks into your TV / Monitor’s Yellow
input, be sure you have selected the necessary input channel to display the video.
Once this is done you should have a picture. If you do not see Page 4 for “paring
instructions”
You are ready to view and or record what your Hidden Covert camera is viewing

need to re pair the units follow this guide.
Make sure the camera is powered on. Press the (1) Pairing Button on the
hidden camera unit, see diagram below to locate the button the LED (2)
will begin blinking fast on the unit (see diagram below for location of the
LED’s) Immediately press the button on the recei er (3) as indicated in the
diagram below. Your recei er and transmitter are now paired and should
work properly.
