Please read these instruction carefully before using for the first time.
1. Read all instructions carefully.
2. Before using the oven, make sure it has not been damaged during transport.
3. Do not leave the oven without supervision if you are using it near children.
4. Check that the mains voltage matches that indicated on the appliance, so as to avoid electric
shock. Make sure that the electrical installation is sufficient to supply an appliance of this power.
5. Do not immerse cord, plug or oven unit in water or other liquids.
6. Do not place the appliance near a source of heat.
7. Do not allow the cord to trail or touch the hot surfaces of the oven.
8. Do not unplug by pulling on the cord.
9. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or
similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
10.The surfaces are liable to get hot during use. The temperature of accessible surfaces may be
high when the appliance is operating.
11.Never place paper, cardboard or plastic in the oven and do not place anything on top of it.
12. Do not operate your appliance under a wall cupboard, shelves or close to flammable materials
such as blinds, curtains, etc.
13. Place the rear surface of the appliance against a wall, but keep adequate air circulation space
for all other surfaces during operation.
14.Do not use the appliance if:

- it or the cord is damaged.
-the appliance has been dropped or shows visible sign of damage or faulty working.
15.Do not cover the bottom or any other part of the oven with metal foil. This may cause
overheating of oven.
16.Use extreme caution when removing tray or disposing of hot oil or other hot liquids.
17.Do not store any materials other than manufacturer’s recommended accessories in this oven
when not in use.
18. If the glass door has a scratch or nick, do not use the oven.
19.Do not use outdoors. Do not use the appliance for other than intend use.
20.Do not apply excessive force with heavy objects or by pulling the handle downwards.
Never place heavy containers or hot pans just taken out of the oven on the open door.
21.Never move the oven when it is operation.
22. The appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards
involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made
by children without supervision.
Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children less than 8 years
23. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
24. The appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or separate
remote-control system.
25. Power off and unplug the appliance after use. Make sure the appliance is completely cool
before any maintance (cleaning, store, etc).
CAUTION: Some smoke may appear. This is normal and will soon disappear as you use your
oven.

APPLICATION &FEATRUER
This electric oven is designed for common family uses. It can bake kinds of light
refreshments(breads, cakes, etc)as well as a variety of dishes with perfection in color ,
small and taste.
This electric oven has the following typical features.
Important Precautions:
1. BEFORE FIRST USE
● Remove all packaging material from the appliance.
● Remove all accessories (rack, tray) from the oven.
● Wipe the oven and the accessories with a damp cloth and dry them.
● Fully unwind the power cord and plug it in the power socket.
● Set the function control to .
● Set the temperature to 230°C.
● Use the timer to let the appliance run (without any food or accessories in it) for about 15
minutes.
● If the unit is used for the first time, it may slightly emit smell and smoke. This is normal
and only lasts for a short time. Make sure to use the appliance in a well ventilated area.

2. USING THE OVEN
2.1 Cooking tips
●When baking or broiling, it is advisable toalways pre-heat the oven to the desired
temperature, to get the best possible cooking results.
●Oil the grilled exterior before placing food in the oven to be grilled.
● Place the baking tray under the wire rack in order to avoid oil dropping down to the bottom
and bottom heater.
● If the food to be cooked is oily or greasy, you can use two pieces of oil-aluminum foils.
Place one piece on the baking tray and use the other piece to cover the foods. This
avoids oil/grease splashing during cooking.
2.2 Functions

2.3 Keeping food warm
●Set the function selector knob to position .
●Set the temperature to 100°C.
●Insert the wire rack, and place the food on top of it.
●If the food needs to be kept warm for longer than 20~30 minutes, it should be covered with
tinfoil, to prevent it from becoming too dry.
Do not leave the food in the oven for a long time as it may become too dry!
2.4 Baking
This function automatically activates the convection function. The convection
heat circulates in the oven and thus allows quick searing and cooking of red meat, fowl and
fish, while keeping them tender, soft and juicy.
●Insert the wire rack to the bottom position.
●Turn the function selector knob to position .
●Set the thermostat at required temperature.
● Set the timer knob to the required cooking time.
● Wait for the oven to reach the set temperature (the pilot light goes off), then put the food
in.
● If cooking is completed before the end of the set time, please manually turn the timer knob
to position “O”.
2.5 Traditional oven cooking
This function is ideal for cooking great pizzas, lasagne, first courses au gratin, small fowl, all
kinds of fish, stuffed vegetables au gratin and different kinds of cakes.
●Insert the wire rack to the bottom position.
●Turn the function selector knob to position or
(Depending on whether you want to use the convection function)
●Set the thermostat at required temperature.
●Set the timer knob to the required cooking time.
●Wait for the oven to reach the set temperature (the pilot light goes off), then put the food
in.
●If cooking is completed before the end of the set time, please manually turn the timer knob
to position “O”.

2.6 Broiling
This function is ideal for grilling hamburgers, chops, frankfurters, sausages, etc. In addition,
this function may be used for browning foods: coquilles saint-jacques, etc.
●Insert the wire rack to the top position and the baking tray onto the bottom heating
element.
Hint: We suggest pouring two glasses of water into the baking tray so as to avoid smoke and
bad stains resulting from burning fat, and for easy cleaning.
●Set the function selector knob to position .
●Set the thermostat at required temperature.
●Set the timer knob to the required cooking time.
●Preheat the oven for about 5 minutes with slight ajar of the door.
● Place the food on the wire rack, and close the door, leaving it ajar, and remember to turn
the food half way during cooking.
●If cooking is completed before the end of the set time, please manually turn the timer knob
to position “O”.
3. CLEANING
●After use, set timer knob counter counterclockwise to “0” position.
●Allow the appliance to cool completely before cleaning. Unplug cord from the socket.
●Remove the plug from the power socket.
●Cool the oven down to the room temperature.
●Remove all accessories from inside the oven.
●The wire rack and baking tray may be washed as other kitchenware, either by hand or by
dishwasher.
●You can always use a moist sponge to clean the outside surfaces. Avoid using abrasive
products that could damage the finish. Ensure water or soap does not penetrate the oven
inside through the vents of the oven.
● Clean the oven surface and interior with a damp cloth or a sponge and take the tray, rack
out to wash.
● Do not use any corrosive products(spray detergents) to clean the interior surfaces and
never scrape the walls with sharp or pointed objects.
Warning: ON NO ACCOUNT should water be allowed to get inside the oven!
