1. 使用人员要求 User's Requirements/Requisitos de Operadores
本使用说明书供具有一定电气、机械和制冷经验的人员阅读使用。未经许可更改本设备可能会引起人身伤害
或财产损害，厂家或经销商不承担任何责任。
This operation manual is provided to use for the operator who must have rich experience in the electric,
mechanism and refrigeration fields. The factory will not assume any responsibility for any damage or property
losses caused by changing the equipment or similar actions without the manufacturer’s permission.
Este manual se sirve para el operador que tiene amplia experiencia en los campos de electricidad,
mecanismo y refrigeración. La fábrica no asumirá ninguna responsabilidad por los daños o pérdidas de
propiedades causados por el cambio de la máquina o acciones similares sin el permiso del fabricante.
设备的操作人员应进行相关操作技能培训，以对设备进行正常的操作和管理。设备操作人员及其他负责修理、
维护该设备的人员均应该有制冷方面的经验，最好还有电气和机械方面的基础知识，同时操作维护人员必须按
国家规定经过安全技能培训后才能上岗操作维修。
It is necessary for the equipment operators to be trained in some related operation skills, so that they can
operate and manage the equipment smoothly. This principal operator and other related operators who deal
with the repairing work and maintenance of the machine must have rich experience in refrigeration filed, and
they should have the basic knowledge in electric and mechanism field. What's more, this principle operator
must have been through the official safety training, and then he can be competent to do this job better.
El operador del equivo debe rebicir la capacitación de operación para que lo manejan de manera correcta.
El operador y otros personales que se encargan de la reparación y el mantenimiento del equipo deben contar
con experiencias en refrigeración y básicos conocimientos eléctricos y mecánicos. Además, los personlaes
deben recibir la capacitación oficial de seguridad antes de asumir sus trabajos.

1) 对于电控箱，所有操作及维护必须符合相关安全法规。
For the electrical box circuit, all operation and maintenance must comply with the national and local security
regulations.

2) 必须确认设备全部停止运转及总电源切断后方可进行检修操作。
Make sure that the machine stops running completely, you can maintain the machine after the main power
supply is shut off.

When the machine needs to stop for a long time, please cut off the main power to prevent an electric

4) 对于非正常停机，应先断开控制电源开关，检查并排除故障后，方可重新开机。
Under the abnormal shutdown conditions, please turn off the main power switch before getting through

5) 为了您的人身安全及设备正常运行，请在使用设备前仔细阅读本说明书，并切实遵行相关要求，以便更好发
挥设备性能，减少设备故障率。
For your personal safety and machine’s normal operation, please read this manual carefully before
installing and using the machine, and remember to obey the following instructions for the good
performance of the machine as well as the minimal failure probabilities.

6) 设备第一次开机或长期停机后重新开机，启动前必须先对压缩机预热 24 小时，操作方法详见第 17 和18 页。
If it is the first time to start the machine or the machine has been closed down for a long time, the
oil must be preheated for 24 hours. Please find the operation method at Page 19 & Page 20.

tiempo, debe precalentar el compresor por 24 horas antes de encenderla. El método operativo se
encuentra en la página 17 y 18.
7) 操作人员应时刻注意控制柜及操作台上的运行指示灯和故障指示灯，并记录相关工作参数，比如：机组的每
天工作时间，高、低压值和一些维护记录等，作为以后维修的参考资料。此说明书后面有提供记录表格。
Operator on duty should often pay attention to the electrical control box, its components’ running condition
and fault indicator. It is also necessary for operator to make some records for the machine’s running
parameter. Such as: daily working time of machine, high/low pressure gauge value and other
maintenance records. These records can play some important role for maintenance. We have attached
the record form inside this operation manual.
El operador siempre debe prestar atención a los indicadores de funcionamiento y de averías, también
tomar apuntes de los parámetros relativos, por ejemplo: el tiempo de trabajo diario del equipo, los valores
de alta y baja presión y registros de mantenimientos, los cuales se pueden servir como materiales de
referencia para el próximo mantenimiento. Se adjunta un formulario de registro en el manual.
8) 未经厂家许可，擅自将设备零部件进行拆卸等操作而导致设备故障或损坏，厂家不承担任何责任。
The factory will not assume any responsibility for any breakdown or damage caused by removing
accessories of the machine or similar actions without the manufacturer’s permission.

3. 设备接收与检查 Machine’s Reception & Inspection/Obtención y Prueba al Equipo
检查运输、装卸过程中的损坏情况，如发现，请保持包装箱原样，并与本公司代理点、经销商或者办事处联
系。
Please check the machine’s condition when you received it, if there is any damage during the
transportation and loading process, please keep the same package, and contact with our agent, our
distributor office, or even our company directly.
Compruebe el estado del equipo cuando lo recibe. Si hay daños causado durante la transportación o
carga, por favor, mantenga el equipo con paquete original y ponerse en contacto con nuestro agente o
distribuidor o nuestra compañía directamente.
a) 确认铭牌上的型号与您所购买的型号是否一致。
Please confirm whether the model on the label is the same as you required or not.

5. 系统要求 System Requirements/ Requisitos del Sistema
本设备属于生产设备。为维持本设备运转，需要提供动力电源和清洁干净的水源。
Our machine belongs to Productive-Type equipment. In order to operate the machine, it is essential to
supply the electricity power and the clean water used to make ice.
Este equipo pertenece al equipo de producción. Para el funcionamiento de máquina, se necesita
electricidad, agua higiénica,y refrigerante puro.
5.1 水-------为保证制冰机和水泵的正常运转，应使用符合相关水质要求的水。
Water-------In order to guarantee the normal operation of the ice machine & water pump, the water should
comply with the necessary provisions; if possible, please use fresh and clean water.
Agua-----Para garantizar el normal funcionamiento de máquina y boma de agua, el agua alimentado debe
cumplir el requisito relevante de calidad de agua.

!注意:不同水质的水在循环过程中可能使设备产生水垢或者生锈，也可能影响设备的生产能力。
Attention:Different specifications’ water may make equipment produce scale and rust during circulating
process. It also can affect the equipment’s production capacity seriously.

producción de máquina.

5.2 制冷剂 Refrigerant/Refrigerante
为保证设备正常运转，必须加注定量的制冷剂，设备主要采用 R404a 制冷剂，禁止充注与铭牌不符的制冷
剂。另外必须使用干净、无油的制冷剂。
A complete refrigerant system is essential for the machine’s normal operation. Our ice machine adopts
refrigerant R404a, so please do not use, charge or mix with other types of refrigerant. The refrigerant should
be clean and free of oil and water.
Para que la máquina funcione normalmente, se debe agregar una cierta cantidad de refrigerante. Esta
máquina está diseñado sólo para el refrigerante R404A. Se prohibe agregar o mezclar con otros tipos de
refrigerante. Además, el refrigerante debe ser limpio y libre de aceite y agua.
5.3 电源: Electric Power/ Fuente Eléctrica
设备电源必须符合以下规定：
The supply power of the ice machine must meet the following conditions:
La fuente eléctrica del equipo ha de cumplir las siguientes condiciones:
1额定电源：三相 AC440V，60Hz；
The rated supply power: 3Phase, AC440V, 60Hz;
Fuente eléctrica : Trifásica, AC440V, 60Hz;
2电压变动范围：额定电压±5% 以下；
The scope of the voltage changes: under ±5% of the rated voltage.
Rango de cambio de voltaje: menos de ±5% del valtaje estipulado.
3相间电压不平衡：±2.5% 以下；
Alternate voltage unbalance: under ±2.5%;
Desequilibrio de los voltajes alternos : menos de ±2.5%;
4频率变动：额定频率±2% 以下。
Frequency fluctuation: under ±2% of the rated frequency.
Fluctuación de frecuencia estipulada: menos de ±2%.

!注意:若不能确定电源符合以上条件，请选配相应的保护装置，否则会损坏压缩机。
Attention:If you can't make sure whether the supply power can match the above conditions, please choose
the corresponding protector; otherwise it will damage the compressor.

elija el protector correspondiente, de lo contrario, el compresor se daña fácilmente.
6. 安装操作说明 Installation Explanation/ Manual de Instalación y Operación
6.1 设备的装卸 Loading & Unloading of Equipment/ Carga y Descarga del equipo
设备在卸货过程中，用户必须提供起重搬运设施，同时操作人员必须注意以下事项：
This machine is a little heavy, please use lifting and handling facilities when discharging the machine,
meanwhile, please pay attention to the following items:
Durante la descarga de máquina, el usuario debe usar equipamiento de elevación, al mismo tiempo, el
operador debe prestar atención a lo siguiente:
1) 从火车、卡车或其他交通工具卸下设备时，由于设备重心未和外框架形心对齐，须充分注意安全，注意设备
不要过度倾斜（倾斜不得超过 45°，否则会引起压缩机故障）。
When you download the machine from train, truck or other transportation tools, please be careful because
the center of the device gravity and the outer frame are not at the same level. Please do not tilt the machine

too much (The gradient should not exceed 45°, otherwise it will cause the compressor fault).
Debe descargar con ciudado la máquina desde tren, camión o otros veículos, es que el centro de
gravedad de la máquina y el de marco exterior no están a mismo nivel. No incline la máquina demasiado (El
grado de inclinación no se puede superar a 45°, de lo contrario, daña el compresor)
2) 卸下设备后，不要急于拆箱，带包装运输到安装现场再打开。
Please do not rush to open the package after you discharge the machine. You should transport the
machine together with the package to the installing place before opening it.

instalación.
3) 拆箱后，按照随设备附带的文件袋内的发货清单，逐一清点，检查有无损坏，如有缺少或损坏请立即与本公
司联系。
Please check the spare parts one by one according to the packing list attached with the machine after you
open the package. If there is anything missing or damage, please contact us immediately.

6.2 场地位置的要求 Place Requirement/ Requisito del lugar de instalación
1) 对于水冷制冰机，设备四周过道距离不少于 1000mm，顶部与房顶距离不少于 500mm，以便足够的空间维
护与检修。
For the Water cooling system ice machine, the distance between the ice machine and its surrounding
aisles should be not less than 1000mm, and that between the top of the machine and the roof of the house
should be not less than 500mm for the convenience of maintaining and repairing work.
Para el modelo que se enfria por agua, debe dejar al menos de 1000mm alrededor de máquina.
La distancia entre la cámara frigorífica y el techo de la habitación debe ser más de 500mm para la operación
o el mantenimiento de la máquina.
2) 冷却塔必须安装在室外通风良好的地方且冷却塔风扇 1500mm 以内不得有遮盖物。
Cooling tower should be installed outside with good ventilation, meanwhile, the fan motor of cooling tower
can’t have the cover within 1500mm.
La torre de enfriamiento se debe instalar al aire libre con buena ventilación. Asegura que no hay cubierta
en 1500mm encima de la torre de enfriamiento.
3) 制冰机主体应安放在室内，所在的位置室温宜在 5℃~40℃之间，在夏季要防止温度过高，注意保持室温常
年不低于 5℃，注意采光，但要避免阳光暴晒设备。
The ice maker should be installed inside the room, and the indoor temperature should be among
5℃~40℃. In summer, please remember to avoid high temperature, keep the room temperature more than
5℃all the year, and keep some light but avoid sunshine directly.
La máquina debe estar instalada en el interior. La temperatura del interior tiene que ser entre -5℃~45℃.
Debe evitar que la temperatura sea demasiada alta, al mismo tiempo no menos de 5℃. Asegúrese de que el
lugar cuenta con buena iluminación, pero no exponga el equipo al sol.

Attention: If the installation place cannot meet the above requirements, please consult the factory.

7. 安装说明 Installation Explanation/ Instrucción de Instalación
7.1 制冰机安装示意 Installation for Ice Machine/ Instalación de la máquina：
本制冰机为水冷型，需要连接冷却塔、冷却水泵和配套管路才能使用，冷却水管路的连接图如图 2所示。
This ice machine is designed with water cooling system, before using, user should connect cooling tower,
cooling water pump and equipped water pipes. The connecting way of water pipes is as below Chart 2.
Esta máquina es de enfriamiento por agua. Antes del uso, el operador debe conectar bien la torre de
enfriamiento, bomba de enfriamiento de agua y tuberías de agua. La manera de instalación es como el
siguiente Diagrama2.

!注意:设备底座框架上已经钻好四个孔，用螺栓将底座直接固定在水平面即可；为了便于冰块自动输出
和包装操作，请将设备与支撑架配套使用，同时地面应有多处排水孔。
Attention: Four nail holes have been prepared on the base framework of the ice machine. You only need to
use bolts to fix the ice machine in the horizontal level directly. To be convenient for ice discharging and
packing operation, please use the supporting table to work with PM150 plate ice machine. Meanwhile the
ground should have some small holes to discharge water.
Atención: La base de equipo viene con cuatros agujeros para que se fije la máquina en el suelo con bulón.

Para facilitar la cosecha de hielo y el embalaje, haga el favor de colocar la máquina PM150 sobre el soporte,
Mientras tanto, el suelo debe tener sistema drenaje para descargar agua.
7.2 增压泵安装 (选配) Installation of Booster Pump (Optional)/Instalación de la Bomba de Refuerzo
(Opcional)
当水压小于 0.15MPa 时，为了避免水压变化造成设备每次制冰厚度不均的问题，建议您在制冰机补水口前
安装不锈钢 304 增压泵(150~270W)，并将增压泵设置为手动方式，设备电控箱内已设计增压泵电源，您可以
查看附图一电器图纸；
When the water pressure is lower than 0.15MPa, in order to avoid the uneven ice thickness caused by the
supply water pressure changes, we suggest you install a stainless steel 304 booster pump (150~270W) in
front of the making-up water inlet and set it to be operated manually. We have spared the contactor for the
power line connection of booster pump inside the electrical box, so you can check the appendix 1 for
electrical drawing.
Cuando la presión del agua es menos de 0.15MPa, para evitar que los hielos sean irregulares, es
recomendable instalar una una bomba de refuerzo de acero inoxidable 304 (150 ~ 270W) delante de la
entrada de agua de la máquina. Y establece la bomba en modo manual. El Tablero Eléctrico cuenta con la
fuente eléctrica para la bomba de refuerzo. Haga el favor de revisar el esquema eléctrico en archivo.
7.3 冷却塔 Cooling Tower/ Torre de enfriamiento
1) 冷却塔底盘必须水平放置，不得倾斜；
The cooling tower’s water basin must be fixed in a horizontal level, without tilting;
La base de torre debe estar colocado horizontalmente sin inclinación;
2) 冷却塔及管道均不得有漏水；
The cooling tower and the pipes can’t leak water;
No hay fuga de torre y de tuberías;
3) 冷却风机及机架必须固定；
The cooling fan and machine's framework should be fixed;
Deber ser fijados bien el ventilador de la torre y el marco de máquina;
4) 冷却塔上必须上齐所有螺丝及紧固；
The cooling tower should be fixed and tightened with all needed screws;
Deber fijar y apretar estrechamente todos los tornillos necesarios de la torre;

7.4 水管 Water Pipe/Tubería de agua
1) 管道尽量简单，拐弯少，不允许 S形走管。
Water pipelines should be as simple as possible. Try not to bend the pipelines, particularly not bend them
in S-shape from top to bottom.
Coloque la tubería de manera más simple posible, con menos vueltas, y no en forma S.
2) 本制冰机有 4个水路接口：冷却水进口、冷却水出口、制冰补水口与制冰排水口。
For this ice cube machine with water cooling system, it has 4 connections beside the electrical control box:

cooling water inlet, cooling water outlet, Make-up water inlet, water drain outlet.
Esta máquina de hielo en cubo tiene 4 conexiones: Entrada del agua enfriada, Salida del agua enfriada,
Entrada de agua para hacer hielo, salida de agua después de hacer hielo.
制冰补水口:与供水管连接即可。供水材质应不易生锈，以防污染水源；机器有匹配进水管。
Maker-up Water Inlet: Connecting with input water supply pipe. The material of supply water pipe
should be anti-rust in order to prevent the water from being polluted, this ice cube machine has equipped
with input water-supply pipe.
Entrada de agua para hacer hielo: Conecta la tubería con la entrada y garantiza que el aparato de
suministro de agua es inoxidable evitando la contaminación de agua. La máquina viene con la tubería.
制冰排水口:与排水管连接即可。并要求排水管上连接球阀，制冰机制冰时，将球阀关闭，防止水泄漏；
清洗制冰机时，将球阀打开，将储水箱内的污水及沉淀物及时排出；
Water Drain Outlet: connecting with discharging pipes. The discharging pipes should be connected with
the ball valve. When the machine starts to make ice, this ball valve should be closed to avoid water
leakage; when cleaning the machine, turn on the ball valve to discharge the sewage and sludge from the
water box timely.
Puerto de drenaje: conectar a tuberías de drenaje. La tubería de drenaje debe ser conectada con
válvula de bola. Cuando la máquina empieza a fabricar hielo, esta válvula debe quedar cerrada para
evitar alguna fuga de agua; cuando limpia la máquina, abre la válvula de bola para drenar agua sucia y
impureza del tanque al tiempo.

冷却水进口要接到壳管式冷凝器下接口，通过管道连接水泵、球阀和冷却塔出口。
Cooling water inlet should connect with the bottom inlet of the shell-tube water condenser via water
pump, ball valve to the cooling tower outlet.
Debe conectar la entrada de agua enfriada a la interfaz inferior de condensador, a través de la bomba
de agua, válvula de bola y la salida de la torre enfriada.
冷却水出口要接到壳管式冷凝器上接口，通过管道连接球阀和冷却塔进口。
Cooling water outlet should connect with the upper outlet of the shell-tube water condenser via ball valve
to the cooling tower inlet.
Debe conectar la salidad de agua a la interfaz superior del condensador, a través de válvula de bola a
la entrada de la torre enfriada.

7.5 水泵 Water Pump/ Bomba de Agua
水泵尽量安装在靠近冷却塔的位置，水泵吸水口水管不能高于冷却塔水面，水泵进水口加装管道球阀。建议

合上总电源开关（外部电源），机组通电，确认电控箱内相序保护器两个指示灯亮。
Turn on the Main Power Switch (external power source). When the machine gets through power, please
confirm both the lights of phase sequence protector are on.

!注意:若相序保护器亮两个灯，表示电源相序正确，如图 7(A)。若相序保护器只亮一个灯，表示电源相序
不正确，如图 7(B)，此时应关掉总电源，将接入设备电源的三条相线中的任意两条对调，如图 7(C)。
Attention: If both two lights of phase protector are on, it means the phase sequence is right as Chart 7(A); if
only one light is on, it means the phase sequence is wrong as Chart 7(B). So you should exchange two
arbitrary lines among the 3 power supply lines as Chart 7(C).

开机前确认制冰机所有吸气阀、排气阀已经全部打开，否则会造成压缩机损坏。
Before starting, make sure that all suction valves, air evacuation valves have been turned on. Otherwise it
will damage the compressor badly, and the ice machine also can’t work normally.

可按开机键启动机器进入制冰.请注意以下几点加热事项：

compressor for 24hours, then you can press “ON” to start the machine to make ice. Meanwhile, please pay
attention to the following 6 points about heating.

1) 制冰工作前应先加热压缩机，只需要使总电源处于接通状态，即把控制柜的 QF1\QF2\QF3 开关打开即可；
未充分加热前不允许启动压缩机进行制冰，否则可能因为润滑油中含制冷剂过多而损坏压缩机。
Before starting the machine to make ice, you need to heat the compressor, you just need to make the
machine under getting through the main power, which means you just need to turn on the QF1/QF2/QF3

and keep them on open status to heat. It is not permit to start the compressor to make ice before not
heating the compressor, otherwise it will cause too much refrigerant inside the compressor and damage
the compressor./ Debe precalentar el compresor antes de iniciar la máquina. Sólo tiene que abrir los
interruptores QF1\QF2\QF3 para conectar la energía. Se prohibe encender el compresor para fabricar
hielo sin calentar el compresor, de lo contrario, se va a causar mucho daño al compresor debido al
demasido refrigerante en el lubricante
2) 加热机器实际上是加热压缩机润滑油，当机器被加热后，用手触摸压缩机的油视镜部位，可感觉为温热状
态。
Heating the machine means to heat the compressor oil, when the machine is heated, you can use hands
to touch the oil mirror part of compressor, then you can feel warm.
El calentamiento de la máquina significa calentar el aceite del compresor, después de calentamiento,
puedes tocar el espejo del compresor donde se siente caliente.
3) 首次运行前加热机器或者停机断电长达一个月以上，机器需要先加热 24 小时以上。
If you are the first time to heat the machine or the machine has been cut off by power for more than one
month, you need to heat the machine for more than 24hours.

precalentar la máquina por más de 24 horas.
4) 停机断电 2天到一个月，机器需要先加热 5小时以上。
If the machine has been cut off by power to stop for two days but less than one month, you need to heat
the machine for more than 5hours.
Si la máquina ha sido cortado por la fuente del poder por 2 – 30 dias, necesitas calentarla por más de 5
horas antes de utilizarla.
5) 日常使用，如果停机 2天内，在不断开总电源供电的前提下，可以直接开机使用。
If the machine stops within 2 days during the daily use, but it still gets through the main power all the
machine, you can start the machine to use directly.
Si la máquina se detiene dentro de 2 dias durante el uso diario, pero todavía está conectada con la
energía principal. Se puede usarla directamente.
6) 如果停机断电不超过 2天，机器需要加热 2小时。
If the machine is cut off by power within 2days but without get through power, you need to heat the
machine for two hours.
Si la máquina está apagada dentro de 2 dias pero sin conectar con la energía principal. Debe calentarla
por 2 horas.
