`After installing appropriate filter correctly install
electric motor section 7 by the handle 10 on
tank 4 and close latches 12.
`Ensure that safety valve 17 moves freely in the
filter housing 18 and when installing the motor
section 7 on tank 4 valve 17 was located on the
lower part of the filter housing 18.
Corrugated hose installation:
`Rotate the trumpet of the hose 5 into the slot 21
so that the lock (protrusion) on the hose 5
trumpet fits into the locking groove of the socket
21.
` Make sure that the hose 5 is not twisted, and
nothing interferes with the movement of air in it.
Do not squeeze the hose 5.
Preparation for work
Three position switch:
`Neutral (middle) position - the product is
switched off;
`Position «I» – the product is on, regardless of
the fact of connecting the power tool to the outlet
9;
`Position «II» - the product turns on after a few
seconds only after starting power tool
connected to scoket 9, and the product turns off
after a few seconds only after stopping.
Nozzle installation:
`Install the nozzle 3 on the hose 5. The type of
nozzle is selected depending on the type
of cleaning.
`Use the crevise nozzle to remove dust from
hard-to-reach places, drawers, cabinets, slots,
heating radiators.
`Use the universal (bristle) nozzle for dry and
wet cleaning. This nozzle is designed for
wet cleaning. This bristled nozzle is designed
for wet cleaning (with water suction) of
smooth surfaces.
`If the length of the hose is not enough, connect
the hose 5 trumpet with the nozzle 3 through
the composite pipe 6.
Power tool connection:
On the electric motor section 7 is installed a socket
9 for connecting a power tool, which provides
automatic switching on and off of the product
at the same time as switching on or off the electric
tool.
Carefully read the instructions, rules and manuals
of the connected power tool.
Before connecting the cord of the power tool to the
socket 9, make sure that:
`the power tool is in working condition;
`the power tool does not exceed the maximum
allowable power (see table 1);
`the power tool cord fits into the socket 9;
`the power tool is swiched off (look at the power
tool swiches to check it).
Many power tools have a dust collector pipe for
connecting to a vacuum cleaner. The product
comes with an adapter for connecting the hose
nozzle 5 to the dust nozzle of the power tool.
The product moving
For the convenience of movement, the product
has swivel wheels 2 and non-swivel wheels 14.
The product can only be moved and rolled by the
handle 11. The product must be moved when the
electric motor is off.
Watch out for the power cord when moving the
product. Moving the product should not exceed
the length of the power cord. If you are going to
move the product far away, unplug it from the
electrical outlet first.
Make sure that the product is assembled
correctly before move any further.
Set switch 8 to the neutral position.
`Connect the product power plug to an electrical
outlet.
`Set switch 8 to the position «I»:
The product will turn on. Let it idle for at least two
minutes, and if you find anything abnormal in the
work of the product, shut it off immediatly, set
the switch to the neutral position and unplug
the product cord from the electrical outlet.
If you were unable to find out the cause of the
malfunction by your own, contact a certified service
center.
When you turn on the product in the first time,
let it idle at least for 5 minutes. At this time the
appearence of foreigh smell is possible, this is
due to the first running in of the electric motor.
Soon the smell must disappear.
Dry cleaning
`For dry cleaning you need to set an appropriate
filter (19 or 20), garbage bug 22 and a nozzle on
the filter housing 18.
`Turn on the product and start cleaning.
Regularly check the condition of the hose 5
and nozzles. All nozzles and hose 5 must
freely pass the intake air. Keep the hose and
nozzles clean. Do not vacuum any liquids
during dry cleaning.
`Periodically monitor the filling of the bag 22.
Cleaning a floor from water and wet cleaning
`For wet cleaning it is necessary to install only
the filter 20 and the corresponding nozzle. Do
not install the garbage bag 22.
`Start cleaning. Regularly check the condition of
the hose 5 and the nozzle.
Operating procedure
Nozzles and hose 5 must freely pass intake
water and air. Keep them clean and do not
allow any pollution on nozzles and hose.
`Water absorbed and accumulates in the tank 4.
When the water level in the tank 4 will exceed
the maximum limit, the safety valve 17 will close
the suctioning inlet and the suction will stop.
The product sound of work will change after
that, and in this case, you need to immediately
turn off the product. Always drain the water from
tank 4 after cleaning, to do this, remove the
plug from drain hose 13.
`Before start cleaning, always check (with the
power cord unplugged from the outlet) safety
valve 17 for free movement in the filter housing
18.
Interworking with power tool
` Connect power tool to the product.
` Power tool must be in the off state (pay
attention to the power tool switches).
`Turn the switch 8 to position “II”. Start working
with a power tool. A few seconds after the
power tool is turned on, the product turns on
and starts to collect debris and dust resulting
from the operation of an electric tool.
`After turning off the power tool, the product will
also stop working after a few seconds.
`If the power tool has a power, less than the
power of synchronous operation with the
product (see table 1), it is necessary to turn the
switch 8 to position "I". In this mode, the product
will turn on and will work continuously until it is
turned off (switch 8 to the neutral position) -
regardless of whether the power tool is on or
not. Only in this mode, it is possible for the
product to operate with low-powered tools, or
with the tools connected to a separate source of
electrical current (not to the outlet 9).
