INSTALLATION PRECAUTIONS
• Vergewissern Sie sich vor der Verwendung, dass die Lampen während des Transports nicht beschädigt wurden.
• Überprüfen Sie vor der Verwendung, ob die Spannung der Stromversorgung mit der von der Lampe benötigten Spannung überein-
stimmt, um eine Beschädigung der Lampe aufgrund von Spannungsfehlern zu vermeiden.
• Halten Sie die Oberäche des Lampengehäuses und der transparenten Teile sauber, um eine gute Wärmeableitung und Lichtaustritt
zu gewährleisten.
• Decken Sie nichts auf der Lampe ab, um die Wärmeableitungsleistung um die Lebensdauer der Lampe nicht zu beeinträchtigen
• Nichtfachleute dürfen Lampen nicht zerlegen oder reparieren.
• Während des Gebrauchs ist ein gewisser Temperaturanstieg auf der Oberäche der Lampe normal.
• Die Lampe muss zuverlässig geerdet sein.

LAMP INSTALLATION STEPS
#1Verschrauben Sie die Leuchte und passen Sie den Winkel an.

• Dieses Produkt wird häug als Arbeitsbeleuchtung in gefährlichen Bereichen eingesetzt, wie z.B. in der Erdölförderung, der Ölraf-
nation, der chemischen Industrie, der Elektrizitätswirtschaft usw.; geeignet für Bereiche mit hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit und Korro-
sionsschutz; geeignet für explosive Gas- oder Staubumgebungen in Zone 1, Zone 2 oder Zone 21, Zone 22; geeignet für IIA, IIB, IIC
explosive Gasumgebungen; geeignet für die Temperaturgruppen T1~T6; geeignet für Umgebungstemperaturen von -40°C~40°C.
• Die Lampe ist modular aufgebaut, und das Modul kann ohne Schweißarbeiten vor Ort schnell ausgetauscht werden.
• Das Lampengehäuse besteht aus korrosionsbeständigem Aluminium, das durch Eloxieren behandelt oder mit hochwertigem Korro-
sionsschutz-Kunststoffpulver besprüht wird. Der Montagebügel und die Standardteile sind aus SUS304-Edelstahl gefertigt, der in
hochkorrosiven Umgebungen lange Zeit verwendet werden kann.
• Die einzigartige, halb geschlossene und transparente Wärmeableitungsstruktur gewährleistet eine efziente Wärmeleitung, -abstrah-
lung und -konvektion und sichert so die Lebensdauer der LED.
• Die Beleuchtung ist gleichmäßig im Beleuchtungsbereich der Lampe, und der Beleuchtungswinkel beträgt 80X100 Grad, wodurch das
Licht vollständig genutzt wird
• Die Lichtquelle ist von internationalen Marken, die gesamte Lichtefzienz ist größer als 125lm/W, und der Stromverbrauch beträgt
nur 40% einer Halogen-Metalldampeuchte
• Alle Schlüsselkomponenten der Stromversorgung sind von weltbekannten Marken, die efzient und stabil sind.
• Die Schutzart erreicht IP66, die auch starkem Regen standhalten kann.

• The lamp housing is made of anti-corrosion aluminum, which is treated by anodizing or sprayed with high-grade anti-corrosion plastic
powder. The mounting bracket and standard parts are made of SUS304 stainless steel, which can be used in high corrosive environ-
ments for a long time.
• Adopt a unique heat dissipation structure, semi-closed, and transparent heat dissipation structure to ensure efcient heat conduction,
radiation, and convection, thereby ensuring the service life of the LED.
• The illumination is uniform in the illumination range of the lamp, and the illumination angle is 80X100 degrees, which fully utilizes the
light.
• Can be connected in parallel, eliminating the junction box and installation costs;The light source adopts international brands, the

• Auf dieses Produkt wird eine Garantie von 3 Jahren gewährt. Die Garantiezeit beginnt mit dem Rechnungsdatum. Die Garantie
bezieht sich auf Materialfehler oder Fehlfunktionen, die nicht durch unsachgemäßen Gebrauch verursacht wurden. Im Garantiefall
den Strahler bitte mit einer Kopie der Kaufrechnung an den Händler zurückgeben. Die Strahler werden entweder repariert oder
ausgetauscht.
Die Leuchte nicht mehr benutzen, wenn Teile defekt sind oder fehlen. Für Folgeschäden, die durch defekte Teile verursacht werden,
kann keine Garantieleistung in Anspruch genommen werden. Bei Zuwiderhandlung erlöschen die Garantie und die Betriebssicherheit.
Unter den folgenden Umständen werden die Reparaturkosten berechnet:
1. Nach Ablauf der Garantiezeit.
2. Die Leuchte wurde durch unsachgemäßen Gebrauch beschädigt.
3. Die Leuchte wurde durch Fall bzw. Anstoßen beschädigt.
4. Bei Folgeschäden, die entstehen, weil der Strahler mit defekten Teilen weiterbenutzt wurde.
• The warranty of this product is valid for three years after purchasing. The time of warranty starts with the date on purchase
invoice. The warranty extends over material defects or dysfunctions that are not caused by improper use. In case of
guarantee please ll out the customer service form full and return this together with lamp and a copy of the purchase
invoice to the local distributor. The lamp will be repaired, or a replacement will be issued.
Secondary damage caused using the lamp with broken parts are not covered by the warranty.
In case of misuse, the warranty will be invalidated.
For the following conditions we will repair the product at appropriate charge:
1. Beyond the warranty time.
2. If lamp has been damaged by improper operation.
3. If lamp has been cracked or damaged by impact.
4. Secondary damages caused by the use with broken parts (such as broken housing or switch rubber).
