HEED ALL WARNINGS, FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS!!!
WATER AND MOISTURE - This amplifier should NOT be used
near water-such as near a bathtub, washbowl, kitchen sink,
laundry tub, in a wet basement or near swimming pool, etc.
HEAT - This amplifier should be located away from heat sources,
such as heat registers, stoves, or other heat producing items.
VENTILATION - The amplifier should be located in such a way
as to promote adequate ventilation.
POWER CORD PROTECTION - The power cord should be
routed in such a way as to protect it from being walked on,
pinched, or otherwise damaged.
OBJECT AND LIQUID ENTRY - Care should be taken
to
prevent
liquids or foreign objects from entering the amplifier cabinet.
SERVICING - The user should NOT attempt to service this
amplifier. There are NO user-serviceable parts contained within.

FEATURES
6 Discrete Stereo Amplifiers in one chassis, 240 Watts Total
Output Power.
A Discrete Amplifier for each room or zone provides higher
performance and lower distortion than impedance Matchers
and Autoformers.
Uses a Line Level input signal from virtually any stereo system.
The Full Output Power of your stereo system is reserved for
the main listening room, Not Dissipated throughout the home.
“Pass Through” Source Outputs to “Daisy Chain” multiple
amplifiers for 12, 18 or more Rooms or Zones.
A or B Input Selection for even more flexibility.
Full Complement of Protective Circuits for Ultimate Reliability.
Optional Remote Room Volume Controls wire back to Amplifier
with simple 4 conductor “Telephone” wire, using RJ-45 Modular
jacks.
Optional Remote Room Volume Controls with Infrared Repeating
allows for Remote Control of your centrally located components
from any room in the home.
4 Infrared Output ports accept virtually any brand of Emitter,
Flasher, or Blaster

MASTER POWER
BUTTON - Completely
shuts down amplifier
for extended periods of non-use.
STANDBY ON L.E.D.-Indicates amplifier is at “idle,” awaiting
an incoming signal.
POWER ON L.E.D. - Indicates amplifier is receiving an incoming
signal and is operating normally.
ZONE MASTER VOLUME CONTROLS - An individual volume
control for each of the 6 rooms or zones. NOTE: If Optional
Remote volume Controls are used, the Master Volume
Controls can be set to limit the available power in each room.
INPUT SELECTOR - Selects Input A or B. NOTE: Whichever
input is selected will be available to all 6 rooms or zones.
INPUT A L.E.D. - Indicates that Input A is available.
INPUT B L.E.D. - Indicates that Input B is available.

SOURCE A INPUTS & OUTPUTS - Accepts a Line Level Signal
from Source A. The Outputs allow the signal to “Pass Through”
to another amplifier or component.

from Source B. The Outputs allow the signal to “Pass Through”
to another amplifier or component.
12-VOLT INPUT - To power I.R. Repeating if Amp is off.

REMOTE OUTPUTS - If the Optional “RVIR” Remote Volume

I.R. Repeating Controls are utilized, Emitters, Flashers, or
Blasters may be plugged in here to activate your various
components.

are used, they will connect to these ports. The connector is
a standard “RJ-45” Modular Phone type Jack.
SPEAKER OUTPUTS 1-6 - Wiring from each pair of room
speakers is “Home Run” to each pair of spring clips.
120-VOLT A.C. SUPPLY WIRE - This should be plugged directly to
the wall or in the switched AC outlet on the back of a receiver. The
receiver switched outlet should be rated 180 Watts or greater.
WIRING
SPEAKER WIRING - Use Minimum 16-Gauge, CL-2 or CL-3 rated
wire to meet local building codes. For runs in excess of 100
feet, 14 Gauge wire is recommended.
REMOTE CONTROL WIRING - It is recommended that 8 conductor
telephone wire is used and terminated to a non-keyed 8-pin modular
plug. The optional ‘RV’ Remote Volume Controls actually use only
4 wires. The optional ‘RVIR’ Remote Volume/lR Repeating Controls
actually use 6 wires. The use of eight wires allows upgradability to
future products.
