Drill the hole on the wall with a drill.

Fix the magnet on the wall with a screwdriver (using the appropriate screws and dowels). Do not use a screwer.

Carefully position the wall sculpture against the magnet with both hands.
MAKE SURE THE SCULPTURE IS WELL POSITIONED ON THE MAGNET
