ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

(H1) CAM PIN (26) PCS.
(H2) LONG WOOD DOWEL (2) PCS.
(H3) CAM DISC (26) PCS.
(H4) THREADED CAM PIN (14) PCS.
(H5) MINI CAM DISC (14) PCS.
(H6) #8 X 5/8 SCREW (6) PCS.
(H7) SHORT WOOD DOWEL (3) PCS.
(H8) #6 X 5/8 SCREW (2) PCS.
(H9) LARGE COVER (4) PCS.
(H10) SMALL COVER (8) PCS.
(H11) SHELF SUPPORT (20) PCS.

STEP 1:
Lay right side panels #1 and #2 on the floor
and install 13 (H1) Cam Pins in from the
opposite side as shown.
Next, insert one (H2) Long Wood Dowel
where shown and slide the panels together.

(H3) Cam Disc (3x)
STEP 2:
Lower back panel #3 (with slot forward) on to
the pins shown. To secure it, insert two (H3)
Cam Discs from behind and turn them apx.
1/2 turn clockwise with a flat screwdriver.
Next, lower floor panel #4 into the slot in
panel #3 and onto the installed pin.
Secure it with one (H3) Cam Disc from
underneath.

STEP 3:
Lower Inside Top panel #5 (with disc holes
facing left) onto the pins shown. Secure it
using two (H3) Cam Discs.
Next, lower Upper Top panel #6 (with disc
holes facing right, and edge holes facing
forward) onto the installed pins and Secure it
with two (H3) Cam Discs.
Face holes this edge
STEP 4:
Lower three #7 Back panels (with disc holes
facing back)onto the pins shown. Secure
them using six (H3) Cam Discs.

STEP 5:
Install six (H1) Cam Pins into Left Lower Side
panel #8 from and lower it onto the panels
shown. Secure it with six (H3) Cam Discs.
Next, insert one (H2) Long Wood Dowel
where shown in the side panel.
Now, Align Upper Left Side panel #9 with the
dowel and slide the panels together.
STEP 6:
Insert seven (H1) Cam Pins into Panel #9
where shown.
Secure the panel using seven (H3) Cam
Discs.
(H2) Long Wood Dowel

STEP 7:
Locate Kickrail panel #10. Using a phillips
screwdriver, install four (H4) Threaded Cam
Pins into the holes on the back side of the
panel.
(Note: be sure to thread them up to the
shoulder noted.)
Next, insert one (H7) Short Wood Dowel in
the center hole in the panel.
Now, lower the kickrail onto the side panels
and insert four (H5) Mini Cam Discs and
secure them by turning them apx. 1/2 turn
clockwise with a phillips screwdriver.

STEP 8:
Locate Header panel #11 and attach the
Clear Plexi Sign to the top edge using two
(H6) #8 x 5/8 Screws.
Next, install two (H4) Threaded Cam Pins
and two (H7) Short Wood Dowels into the
holes on the back side of the panel.
Now, lower the Header panel into the display
and secure it using two (H5) Mini Cam Discs
where shown.

STEP 9:
Assemble the lights where shown using four
large (H6) #8 x 5/8 screws in the forward
position holes.
Next, line up the transformer with two pre-drilled
holes and attach it using two small (H8) #6 x 5/8
screws.
Now, attach the light connectors to the
transformer.
(An extension cord has been provided to reach
the power source if needed.)
STEP 10:
Install four (H4) Threaded Cam Pins into the
holes on the back side of each Side Trim
molding #12.
Now, lower the Side Trim moldings onto the
display and secure them using eight (H5) Mini
Cam Discs where shown.
Place (H10) Small and (H9) Large white
Covers onto the exposed discs.

STEP 11:
Place four (H11) Shelf Supports at each desired shelf level.
To install shelf, rotate it in as shown and rest it on the shelf pins.
Assembly is complete.
