• สีแดงและสีฟากระพริบสลับกัน : กำลังทำการตั้งคา กรุณาอยาปดเครื่อง
ขั้นตอนการใชงาน
ขั้นตอนที่ 1
ต่ออุปกรณ์กับแหล่งจ่ายไฟ
ขั้นตอนที่ 3
กดปุ่มรีเซ็ตค้างไว้ 8 วินาที
เพื่อเริ่มต้นการตั้งค่า
ขั้นตอนที่ 4
เข้าแอพพลิเคชัน แล้วทำการเชื่อมต่อ
โดยสแกนQR code ใต้กล้องหรือทำ
ตามขั้นตอนแนะนำในแอพพลิเคชัน
ขั้นตอนที่ 5
เริ่มต้นการใช้งาน

วิธีการติดตั้ง
สามารถติดตั้งได้ 2วิธี
วิธีที่1
วางบนโต๊ะ ชั้นวาง หรือพื้นที่ว่าง โดยไม่ต้องทำการยึด
วิธีที่2
เลือกผนังที่เรียบและสะอาดทำการติดตั้งขายึดกับกำแพงด้วยสกรูและพุกพลาสติก
จากนั้นทำการติดตั้งกล้องกับขายึด และทำการปรับมุมกล้องตามต้องการ

วิธีลบหรือตั้งคาใหม
1. เข้า LAMPTAN HOME App
2. เข้าที่Smart wifi camera ที่ต้องการลบหรือตั้งค่าใหม่
3. กด Setting ที่รูปเฟืองมุมบนขวา
4. กด “Delete”
5. กด “Delete” อีกครั้งเพื่อยืนยันการลบ
6. กดปุ่ม Reset ที่ด้านหลัง Smart wifi camera
หมายเหตุ
1. ห้ามทำการกดปุ่มReset ที่ด้านหลัง Smart wifi camera ก่อนทำการ
ลบอุปกรณ์ในApp
2. ต้องทำการลบSmart wifi camera ในApp ก่อนทำการ
Delete Family ทุกครั้ง
ข้อกำหนดของ SD Card
• Class4ขึ้นไป • ความจุไม่เกิน64GB • รูปแบบFAT32

บริการและรับประกันหลังการขาย
1. การรับประกัน ภายในระยะเวลา 1 ปี นับจากวันที่ซื้อ โดยนำใบเสร็จรับเงิน /
ใบกำกับภาษีมาแสดง ถ้าซื้อสินค้าภายใน 7 วัน แล้วเกิดสินค้ามีปัญหา
ทางบริษัทฯ ยินดีเปลี่ยนสินค้าชิ้นใหม่ให้ ถ้าทางบริษัทฯไม่มีสินค้าใน
คลังสินค้า ทางลูกค้าต้องรอสินค้า และสินค้าต้องไม่อยู่ในสภาพ แตก หัก
หรืออยู่ในสภาพไม่ปกติ
2. การรับประกัน จะไม่ครอบคลุมข้อบกพร่อง หรือความเสียหายจากสาเหตุ
ต่อไปนี้
a. การใช้งานไม่ถูกต้อง หรือนำสินค้าอยู่ในสภาพที่ไม่เหมาะสมกับการ
ใช้งานที่ผิด หรือนอกเหนือจากข้อแนะนำ การใช้ในคู่มือการใช้งาน
b. การซ่อม หรือ ดัดแปลง แก้ไข โดยบุคคลภายนอกที่มิใช่ช่างของบริษัทฯ
c. นำสินค้า ชิ้นส่วนหรือซอฟท์แวร์ของบุคคลอื่นมาใช้ร่วมกับสินค้า
d. หากสินค้า ชารุด หรือ เสียหาย อันเกิดจากการใช้งานผิดวิธี หรือการ
ต่ออุปกรณ์ผิดวิธี การใช้แรงดันไฟไม่ตรงกับมาตรฐานของสินค้าและ
การใช้งานผิดประเภทที่มีเขียนไว้ในฉลากสินค้า

• Blue ON : Network is successfully connected.
• Red and Blue Indicator flashing : System upgrading, do not power off.

Installation Tips
can install 2options
Option 1
directly on desktop or other place, do not need to use the bracket.
Option 2
Choose clean and flat wall, and then mount the bracket on the wall
with the screws. Then fix the camera on the base of the bracket and
adjust camera angle.

How to reset Smart wifi camera
1. Go to LAMPTAN HOME App
2. Choose Smart wifi camera you want to delete or reset
3. Go setting by touch gear icon at top corner
4. Choose “Delete”
5. Choose “Delete” again for confirm delete device
6. Push reset button at back side of Smart wifi camera
Remark
1. Do not push reset button at back side of Smart wifi camera
before delete device in App.
2. Always delete Smart wifi camera in App before Delete Family.

SD Card requirements
• Require Class4 minimum • Less than 64GB • Format FAT32

Warranty and after-sales service
1. Warranty period shall be valid for 1 year since the date of
purchase, it’s subject to purchase invoice. For any
malfunction caused by inferior quality (normal usage),
the company will repair it for you free of charge.
Meanwhile, exchange of goods (due to quality problem)
is available to you within 7 days.
2. Exceptions are as follows:
a. Any malfunction or defect caused by improper usage
conditions or environment.
b. Any malfunction or defect caused by improper installation,
usage, unauthorized maintenance, modification, force
majeure or external causes.
c. Any malfunction or defect resulted from applying any
third- party product, software or component.
d. Any malfunction or damage not caused by the product’s
design, technology and quality etc.
