The EXHL-TRN-RPS-LE4-FKWL-WHT-M from Larson Electronics is an Explosion Proof Rechargeable White Forklift LED
Warning Light that produces 2,250 lumens while drawing only 25 watts. Forklift operators may use this compact, forward
projection luminary as a forklift headlight to illuminate the operating area in front of the forklift. This light is also ideal for
providing increased visibility when loading a pallet onto a shelf. The EXHL-TRN-RPS-LE4-FKWL-WHT-M is Class I,
Divisions 1 & 2, Groups B, C, D, Class I, Zones 1 & 2, Groups IIB+H2, IIA, Class II, Divisions 1 & 2, Groups E, F, G and
Class III Divisions 1 & 2 rated for hazardous areas and is listed for use worldwide including the United States, Canada,
Europe and Asia. This explosion proof LED light offers 8 hours of runtime from the 8.8aH lithium ion rechargeable battery.
DURABILITY
The EXHL-TRN-RPS-LE4-FKWL-WHT-M explosion proof rechargeable LED light fixture from Larson Electronics is rated
NEMA Type 3, 4, 4X, 7 (B,C,D) and 9 (E,F,G) and designed to withstand the rigors of demanding environmental and
operating conditions while remaining lightweight and easy to use. These units can operate in temperatures of -40° Celsius
to 60° Celsius, are waterproof to 3 meter and resist ingress of dust, dirt and humidity. The housings are formed from
extruded aluminum and the lenses are unbreakable polycarbonate. The LEDs offer inherent LED resistance to shocks and
vibrations.
MOUNTING
This explosion proof LED forward projection light features an adjustable surface mount bracket for seamless control. The
included adjustable flat surface bracket has two set screws on the bracket, allowing operators to loosen the mounting
bracket, adjust the light`s tilt orientation, and retighten to hold the luminary in position. A single thru-hole mounting bolt
allows operators to adjust the rotation of the fixture by loosening one bolt.
OPERATION
The EXHL-TRN-RPS-LE4-FKWL-WHT-M runs on a 8.8aH lithium ion rechargeable battery. The battery offers 8 hours of
runtime before recharging is required.
MAINTENANCE
Caution: To avoid personal injury, disconnect power to the light and allow the unit to cool down before
performing maintenance.
Warning: No user serviceable parts inside of fixture. Risk of electric shock. Removal of the lens will void
the warranty.
1. Perform visual,mechanical and electrical inspections on a regular basis.We recommend routine checks to be made on a
yearly basis. Frequency of use and environment shoulddetermine this. It is recommendedto follow an Electrical Preventive
Maintenance Program as described in NFPA 70B: Recommendedpractice for Electrical Equipment.
2. The lens should be cleaned periodically as neededto ensure continued photometric performance. Clean the lens with a
damp, non-abrasive,lint-free cloth. If not sufficient, use mild soapor a liquid cleaner.
3. Inspect the cooling fins on the luminaire to ensure that they are free of any obstructions or contamination (i.e.excessive
dust build-up).Clean with a non-abrasive clothif needed.
4. Do not operate if the lens is cracked or damaged. All fasteners shouldbe properly seated.

Unauthorized modification may impair the function and/or safety of this device and could affect the life of the equipment.
Always check for damaged or worn out parts before using the device. Storeit in a secure place out of the reach of
children when not in use.Inspect for good working condition prior tostorage and before re-use.
