• Check you have all the tools and components required
• Keep children and animals away from small parts
• Ensure you have adequate space
• Assemble product on a at, clean surface
• Apply manual handling guidelines when building this item
COMPONENT PART QUANTITIES FOR UNIT SIZE VARIATIONS (TABLE 1)
• Pozi head screwdriver

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Lay the Top Panel (1) at on
a soft surface with the holes
facing upwards.
Ensure all holes are free of
debris.
Remove the cross rail (3)
from its current location and
relocate it to the other 3mm
pilot holes provided near the
front edge.
Attaching the rail using the 8
x 11/2 csk screws (9).
Lay the Side Panels (4 & 5)
at on a soft surface with the
holes facing upwards.
Ensure all holes are free of
debris.
On each Pedestal Side
Panels, screw one Chipfast
Bolt (18) into the 5mm hole in
the front bottom corner, and
knock a dowel (19) into the
8mm holes beside it.
The side panels will arrive
with its components (drawer
runners & locking bar etc)
already assembled, but
for simplicity these are not
shown here.

Place the MDF Rail (6) into
position between the two
Pedestal side Panels (4 & 5).
Ensure that the arrows
moulded into the Cams (17)
are pointing towards the
edge of the MDF Rail.
Lock the Cams with a half
turn.
Locate the pedestal sides
(4 & 5) via the pre-installed
spigots (10) into the cams
(11) that are already located
in the top panel (1).
For now, tighten up the cams
closest to the rail only.
Lay the Large Modesty Panel
(2) at on a soft surface with
the holes facing upwards.
Ensure all holes are free of
debris.
Screw Four Chipfast Bolts
(14) into the holes in the
Large Modesty Panel.
Modesty Panel holes which
will not be used for attaching
a Pedestal can be covered
using the hole plugs (12)
provided.

Place the Spigots (10) which
are already assembled in the
Modesty Panel (2) into the
Cams (11) in the Top Panel
(1), behind the Pedestal.
As you do this, slightly lift the
back edge of the Pedestal, in
order to locate the Chipfast
Bolts (14) from the Modesty
Panel into the holes for the
Minix Cams (13) in the
Pedestal Side Panels (4 & 5).
Tighten up all Cams (11) in
the Top Panel, and lock the
Minix Cams (13) in the side
Panels with a half turn.
Align the holes in the end
frame (7) with the holes in the
modesty panel (2) and cross
rail (3).
Attach the Three 7mm x
60mm Chipfast Bolts (16) to
the Modesty Panel (2) and
the One M6 x 60mm bolt (17)
to the Cross Rail (3).
Repeat on the other side.

The same xings are used for
a slab end.
Carefully stand the desk
upright. The drawers can
now be put in.
The desk can be levelled by
adjusting the height of the
Feet.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Clean using a damp cloth and mild detergent – do not use abrasive cleaners or bleach.
