IP Keyboard C100-I User FAQ
1、How to set static IP of keyboard?
Answer: our defaulted IP address for IP keybaord is dynamic IP. When keyboard connect with cable and power turn on
(via router), it will get a dynamic IP. If without connecting with router, keyboard itself will get one IP address starts
as“1”network segment. Press”Set up”button, LCD screen will show system language, use joystick “down” direction to
check the network type, use joystick”left/right”to choose static IP, then press” Enter”, start set IP address. After set IP
address and sub network, keyboard need auto reboot, after keyboard auto reboot, it will show the static IP of keyboard.
2、How to check IP address of keyboard?
Answer: when first time turn on keyboard and not yet connecting any ptz camera, LCD screen will show the IP exactly. Or
Press “set up” button, screen will show system language, use joystick up , check the IP address.
3、How to control ptz camera?
Answer: a) ensure your IP PTZ and IP keyboard are in the same internet.
b) Press" search" button, IP keyboard will search all the ONVIF devices under the Local internet.
c) Use joystick up/ down to choose the one you want to add, press" Enter".
d) Enter the current user name and password when you add devices, press ”Enter”. then it’s done.
(reminder: different camera has different password.)
e) you can use joystick to check what you already added, press” Enquiry”, choose the IP you want to connect,
press” Enter”, then it’s connected.( for IP you’ve saved in keyboard, you don’t need to add it again next time)
When you add another device, multiple devices can be added continuously with same steps.
4、How to set Preset via keyboard?
Answer: press ” Preset” button, LCD screen show” PRE”, then press number key (i.e: 1, means preset 1), use joystick
choose one position, press” Enter”, preset set successfully.
5、How to call Preset via keyboard?
Answer: press ”Shot” button, LCD screen show” shot”, then press number key (i.e: 1, means preset 1), press” Enter”, call
preset 1 successfully.
6、How to set Patrol via keyboard?
Answer: A) press” Patrol” button, LCD screen show patrol index (1-4), press the number key you want to set, press”
Enter”, then add the first preset, press “enter”, set patrol timing, speed (1-10, 1 slowest, 10 fastest), press “Enter”. then
it’s done. continuously add 2nd preset, follow the same steps, after all set well, press” Patrol” to save. press ”Tour” button,
LCD screen show” Tour”, then press number key (i.e: 1, means patrol 1), press” Enter”, call patrol 1 successfully
(currently setting patrol via this way only can compatible with Hikvision camera zoom)
7、How to set Patrol with MYTECH IP PTZ via keyboard?
Answer: specific function is achieved by the mode of preset call; for example: [92] + [PRESET] + [1] + [SHOT], which is to
set patrol. call mode is on in general preset of call, specific function is achieved by the mode of preset call; for example:
[92] + [SHOT] + [1] + [SHOT], which is to call patrol 1;
For example: add 1-4 presets in patrol 1, standing time 30s, speed 40, follow the instructions below:

Add preset in patrol path:
(1) Set preset 92, call preset 1, start patrol 1 setting.
(2) Call preset 1, add preset 1 to patrol 1.
(3) Call preset 2, add preset 2 to patrol 1.
(4) Call preset 3, add preset 3 to patrol 1.
(5) Call preset 4, add preset 4 to patrol 1.
(6) Call preset 92, then call preset 9, save patrol 1.( need to set preset 9 ahead, then when call preset 9, it can be saved.)
The setting of preset standing time in patrol:
(1) Set preset 92,then call preset 10,start the setting of preset standing time.
(2) Call preset 30, set standing time to 30s.
The setting of preset running speed in patrol:
(1) Set preset 92,then call preset 11,start the setting of preset running speed.
(2) Call preset 40, set preset running time to 40.
For quickly serve user, our IP keyboard itself has set one short way for patrol setting: Press “Shot”+ 35, it can
start 1-8 presets patrol scanning. But need to set at least 1-8 presets in IP keyboard ahead.
8、How to set the Speed via keyboard?
Answer: manual control PTZ speed has 3 level adjustable, press “Speed” on button, LDC screen will show numbers,
Press 1(slowest), 3(fastest).
9、How to set the Pattern via keyboard?
Answer: press ”pattern” button, LCD screen show” pattern”, then press number key (i.e: 1, means preset 1), press”
Enter”, call pattern 1 successfully. press ”RUN” button, LCD screen show” RUN”, then press number key (i.e: 1, means
pattern 1), press” Enter”, call pattern 1 successfully (currently setting patrol via this way only can compatible with
Hikvision camera zoom)
10、How to set Patten with MYTECH IP PTZ via keyboard?
Answer: specific function is achieved by the mode of preset call; for example: [93] + [PRESET] + [1] + [SHOT], which is
to set pattern 1. save mode is: [93] + preset 5. call mode is on in general preset of call, specific function is achieved by
the mode of preset call; for example: [93] + [SHOT] + [1] + [SHOT], which is to call pattern 1; please follow the steps like
patrol way.
