Descrizione
Sbarra motorizzata con motore elettrico monofase da 220/110 Volt - 180 Watt, a velocità variabile, per
smelatori serie EE/EE30/SE/SE30
Istruzioni per il montaggio
La scatola contiene:
a) motore con piede di collegamento,
b) sbarra,
c) perno centrale per la gabbia con supporto cuscinetto orientabile e boccola perno centrale –TOP S9
(solo per versioni 5409T/5409TA),
d) coperchio trasparente,
e) linguetta,
f) boccola in bronzo,
g) distanziale (solo per versioni 5410T/5410TA)
h) vite TCBCE M6x16
i) rondella Ø6

Utensili occorrenti per il montaggio:

Di norma la sbarra motorizzata sostituisce la trasmissione manuale e tale operazione si esegue facilmente e in
pochi minuti:
1. Svitare i dadi che bloccano la sbarra trasversale al recipiente dello smelatore
2. Spostare le cerniere verso il cento dello smelatore, togliere i due semicoperchi e le cerniere dalla sbarra.
3. Asportare la trasmissione manuale e successivamente la gabbia con il perno.

4. Allentare le due viti di bloccaggio sui nuclei e sfilare la gabbia dal perno centrale.
5. Inserire il perno nuovo (c) nella gabbia, fissarlo alla stessa altezza del precedente ed inserire la boccola in
bronzo (f) nell’estremità inferiore
6. Controllare che nella boccola sul fondo dello smelatore sia ancora presente la sfera su cui ruota il perno,
lubrificare con un poco di grasso di vaselina, introdurre la gabbia con il nuovo perno facendo attenzione
che non si sfili la boccola inserita precedentemente sul perno.
7. Inserire la nuova sbarra (b) al posto della precedente, curando il buon inserimento del perno centrale nel
cuscinetto, riposizionare le cerniere e semicoperchi.

8. Prendere la linguetta (e) e posizionarla nell’apposita sede sul perno nuovo (c), applicare un poco di grasso a
base di rame.
9. Inserire il motore (a) sul perno centrale allineando la sede linguetta, fino ad inserire le spine del supporto
motore negli appositi alloggiamenti della sbarra, serrare poi le viti.
10. Se è presente mettere il distanziale (g) nell’albero cavo del riduttore, regolare con il grano posto nella boccola
in nylon nella zona inferiore del tino l’altezza del perno che deve essere a filo con la sede sul riduttore,
prendere la vite TCBCE M6x16 (h) con la rondella Ø 6 (i) ed avvitare sulla testa del perno nuovo (c).
11. Inserire il coperchio trasparente (d) sul riduttore, serrare i grani della boccola se presente oppure del
cuscinetto sul perno e togliere la pellicola protettiva.

Funzionamento
Disporre i favi in modo che siano bilanciati all’interno della gabbia;
Chiudere il semi coperchio;
Allacciare lo smelatore alla rete elettrica.
L’interruttore a levetta posto a fianco del quadro elettrico si trova sullo 0,
STOP;
Posizionare la levetta sull’1 per fare iniziare la rotazione in un senso, sul 2 per
iniziare la rotazione nel senso opposto.
Ruotare il Potenziometro fino ad ottenere la velocità corretta in relazione al
carico dello smelatore.
Dopo alcuni secondi, la gabbia
inizierà a ruotare, percorrendo
una rampa di accelerazione
controllata, fino al
raggiungimento della velocità scelta;
La scheda elettronica gestisce automaticamente la decelerazione fino a ‘0’
giri e la successiva accelerazione fino al numero di giri impostato dal
potenziometro.

ATTENZIONE
La gabbia deve ruotare lentamente all’inizio per non provocare danni ai favi ancora pieni di miele, anche se, nello
smelatore TOP, l’accelerazione è controllata dalla scheda elettronica all’interno del quadro comandi.
Dopo alcuni minuti di smelatura si può poi portare la gabbia al massimo dei giri, avendo svuotato in parte i favi.
Tale accorgimento facilita inoltre la stabilità dello smelatore.
Valutare comunque quale sia la velocità massima più opportuna in base al carico di telaini e al diametro dello
smelatore. Più è grande lo smelatore, minore deve essere la velocità di rotazione massima.
La velocità di rotazione può essere variata in qualsiasi momento si desideri agendo sul potenziometro.
Per arrestare lo smelatore posizionare la levetta in posizione centrale 0 –STOP.
Attendere l’arresto completo della gabbia che per effetto della forza di inerzia continuerà a ruotare per alcuni secondi.
A questo punto si può aprire il coperchio per effettuare le operazioni di scarico/carico.
ATTENZIONE
Se si dovesse verificare un sovraccarico di corrente oppure una mancanza di tensione, lo smelatore smetterà di
funzionare e rimarrà fermo per 55 secondi.
Un sovraccarico di tensione può essere dovuto al fatto che la gabbia non ruota libera ma sia bloccata o da un
telaino rotto o dal livello alto del miele all’interno del tino.
PREPARAZIONE E CONTROLLI CHE PRECEDONO IL PRIMO AVVIAMENTO
Controllare che le parti meccaniche ed elettriche siano integre.
Controllare che le componenti interne dello smelatore siano ben puliti prima di inserire i telaini.

Manutenzione ordinaria
Controllare lo stato della boccola centrale sul fondo. Fare attenzione che durante le operazioni di lavaggio, se la
gabbia viene smontata dallo smelatore, che non venga smarrita la sfera che è nella boccola centrale.
Non consentire l’uso dello smelatore motorizzato a bambini, estranei e comunque a persone che non siano
informate sulle istruzioni d’uso.
ATTENZIONE
I perni centrali in dotazione con le trasmissioni sono intercambiabili per gli smelatori prodotti dal 2012 in avanti.
Se si vuole applicare una sbarra motorizzata su uno smelatore di produzione antecedente a questa data, si
consiglia di comunicare precedentemente all’acquisto la dimensione ‘H’, rilevata dal bordo esterno del tino al
piano di appoggio della boccola in nylon, come indicato nel disegno che segue al nostro servizio post vendita

Tools needed for assembly:
•4 Allen key
•2 Allen key
•Fixed spanner 10 mm
•Fixed spanner 13 mm only for 5409T/5409TA
•Fixed spanner 17 mm only for 5410T/5410TA
•Vaseline grease
•Copper-based grease
As a rule, the motorised bar replaces the manual transmission and this operation can be performed easily and
in just a few minutes:
12. Unscrew the nuts that securing the crossbar to the extractor container
13. Move the hinges towards the centre of the extractor. Remove the two half-covers and the hinges from the
bar.
14. Remove the manual transmission and then the cage with the pin.

15. Loosen the two locking screws on the cores and remove the cage from the central pin.
16. Insert the new pin (c) in the cage, fix it at the same height as the previous one and insert the bronze bush
(f) in the lower end
17. Check that the ball on which the pin rotates is still present in the bush on the bottom of the extractor,
lubricate with a small quantity of Vaseline grease and insert the cage with the new pin. making sure that the
bush previously inserted on the pin does not come off.
18. Insert the new bar (b) in place of the previous one, ensuring correct insertion of the central pin in the
bearing. Reposition the hinges and half-covers.

19. Take the tab (e) and position it in the appropriate seat on the new pin (c). Apply a small quantity of
copper-based grease.
20. Insert the motor (a) on the central pin, aligning the tab seat, until the pins of the motor support are inserted in
the appropriate slots of the bar, then tighten the screws.
21. If it is present, put the spacer (g) in the hollow shaft of the reducer, adjust the height of the pin that must be
flush with the seat on the reducer with the dowel placed in the nylon bush in the lower area of the vat. Take
the TCBCE screw M6x16 (h) with washer Ø 6 (i) and screw on the head of the new pin (c).
22. Insert the transparent cover (d) on the reducer, tighten the dowels of the bush if present or of the bearing on
the pin and remove the protective film.

Operation
Arrange the honeycombs so that they are balanced inside the cage;
Close the semi cover;
Connect the extractor to the power supply.
The toggle switch next to the electrical panel is on 0, STOP;
Place it on 1 to start the rotation in one direction, place it on 2 to start the
rotation in the opposite direction.
Turn the potentiometer until the correct speed has been obtained in relation to
the load of the extractor.
After a few seconds the cage
will start to rotate, following a
controlled acceleration ramp,
until reaching of the chosen
speed;
The electronic board automatically manages deceleration to '0' turns and
subsequent acceleration to the speed set by the potentiometer.

ATTENTION
The cage must rotate slowly at the start to avoid damaging the frames that are still full of honey, even if, in the
TOP extractor, the acceleration is controlled by the electronic board inside the control panel.
After a few minutes of extraction the cage can be taken to the maximum rpm, having partially emptied the frames.
This device also facilitates stability of the extractor.
Evaluate, however, which is the most appropriate maximum speed based on the load of frames and the diameter
of the extractor. The larger the extractor, the lower the maximum rotation speed must be.
The rotation speed can be changed at any time by pressing the potentiometer.
To stop the extractor, place the switch in the central position 0 - STOP.
Wait for complete stopping of the cage which, due to the effect of inertia force, will continue to rotate for a few seconds.
At this point the lid can be opened to perform the discharge/loading operations.
ATTENTION
In the event of a current overload or a power failure, the extractor will stop working and remain stationary for 55
seconds.
A voltage overload may be due to the fact that the cage does not rotate freely but is blocked either by a broken
frame or by an excessive amount of honey inside the vat.
PREPARATION AND CHECKS PRECEDING THE FIRST START-UP
Check that the mechanical and electrical parts, are intact.
Check that the internal components of the extractor are well clean before inserting the boxes.

Ordinary maintenance
Check the condition of the central bush on the base. Make sure that during the washing operations, if the cage
is disassembled from the extractor, the ball that is in the central bush is not lost.
Do not allow the motorised extractor to be used by children, by unauthorised persons and in any case by
persons who are not informed about the user instructions.
ATTENTION
The central pins supplied with the transmissions are interchangeable for the extractors produced from 2012
onwards.
To apply a motorised bar on a extractor prior to this date, it is advisable to communicate to our after sales
service, prior to purchase, the size 'H', found on the external edge of the vat at the support surface of the
nylon bush, as indicated in the drawing below, sending an e-mail to the address: [email protected]

En règle générale, la traverse motorisée remplace la transmission manuelle et cette opération peut être
effectuée facilement et en quelques minutes :
23. Dévissez les écrous fixant la traverse au récipient de l'extracteur de miel
24. Déplacez les charnières vers le centre de l'extracteur de miel, retirez les deux demi-couvercles et les
charnières de la traverse.
25. Retirez la transmission manuelle puis la cage avec l’axe.

26. Desserrez les deux vis de verrouillage de l’axe central et retirez la cage.
27. Insérez l’axe neuf (c) dans la cage, fixez-le à la même hauteur que le précédent et insérez la bague en
bronze (f) dans l'extrémité inférieure
28. Vérifier que sur la bague dans le fond de l'extracteur de miel est bien présente la bille sur laquelle tourne
l’axe, lubrifier avec un peu de graisse de vaseline, insérer la cage avec l’axe neuf, en s'assurant que la
bague précédemment insérée sur l’axe ne se détache pas.
29. Insérez la nouvelle traverse (b) à la place de la précédente, en veillant à l'insertion correcte de l'axe central
dans le roulement, repositionnez les charnières et les demi-couvercles.

30. Prenez la clavette (e) et placez-la dans le siège approprié sur l’axe neuf (c), appliquez un peu de
graisse au cuivre.
31. Insérez le moteur (a) sur l’axe central en alignant le siège de la clavette jusqu'à ce que les broches du support
de moteur soient insérées dans les fentes de la traverse, puis serrez les vis.
32. Si elle est présente, placez l'entretoise (g) dans l'arbre creux du réducteur, avec la vis placée dans la bague
en nylon dans la zone inférieure de la cuve,réglez la hauteur de l’axe qui doit affleurer le siège sur le
réducteur, prenez la vis TCBCE M6x16 (h) avec la rondelle Ø 6 (i) et vissez sur la tête de l’axe neuf (c).
33. Insérer le couvercle transparent (d) sur le réducteur, serrer les vis de la bague si présente ou du roulement
sur l’axe et retirer le film protecteur.

Fonctionnement
Disposer les cadres de hausse de manière à ce qu'ils soient équilibrés à
l'intérieur de la cage ;
Fermer le demi-couvercle ;
Brancher l'extracteur de miel.
L'interrupteur à levier situé à côté du tableau électrique se trouve sur 0, STOP ;
Positionner le levier sur 1 pour lancer la rotation dans un sens, sur 2 pour
lancer la rotation dans le sens opposé.
Tourner le potentiomètre jusqu'à obtenir la vitesse correcte en fonction du
chargement de l'extracteur.
Au bout de quelques secondes,
la cage commencera à tourner,
en parcourant une rampe
d’accélération contrôlée, jusqu’à
atteindre la vitesse sélectionnée ;
La carte électronique contrôle automatiquement la décélération jusqu'à « 0
» tours et l'accélération successive jusqu'au nombre de tours programmé
au moyen du potentiomètre.
