Once you have the tub in the desired location,
gently flip the tub on its side.
You can put down a blanket or towel to protect the
side of the tub.
To start the installation of The Arctic Plunge Tub,
Place the tub in the desired location.
Unpack the hardware for the chiller (If Purchased)
& drain assembly.

Installation Instructions
Wrap 3 layers of thread tape around the threads
on both ends of the short pipe.
Screw the short pipe into the drain hole on the
bottom of the tub.
Screw elbow onto the short pipe ensuring it is tight
and faces the back of the tub.

Wrap 3 layers of thread tape around the threads
on both ends of the long pipe.

Thread the long piece of pipe into the elbow.
This can be hand tight only at this time.

Remove the plastic packaging and caps from the
valve.
Screw the valve onto the end of the long pipe.
Using a pipe wrench or adjustable wrench, tighten
the valve.
Have the handle of the valve facing in your desired
position when tight.

If a Chiller Unit or any other accessories were ordered, proceed to the next steps.

Installation Instructions
Using a pipe wrench or adjustable wrench, tighten
the garden hose connector (if ordered) onto the
valve.
Remove the plugs from the holes in the side of the
tub.
Wrap 3 layers of thread tape around the threads on
both ends of the other 2 long pipes.
Manufactured by:
Thread one of the long pieces of pipe into one of
the holes on the side of the tub.

Repeat for the remaining long piece of pipe.
Cold Plunge Chiller
Installation Instructions
Thread a quick connect onto each of the long
pipes.
Tighten completely with a wrench.
Place the tub back in the desired location with the
hose hook ups and the drain facing in the direction
required.

Remove the chiller and all components from the
box.

Insert the filter into the holder and screw onto the
chiller.
Tighten with the provided filter tool.

Installation Instructions
Remove the covers on the inlet and outlet on the
back of the chiller.
Install the inlet filter onto the inlet connection.

Thread the Filter guard over the inlet filter.

Insert rubber washers into each end of the chiller
hoses.
Cold Plunge Chiller
Installation Instructions
Screw the chiller hoses onto the inlet and outlet
connections, Ensure they are tight.
Connect the other ends of the chiller hoses to the
tub. The hose from the outlet of the chiller will
connect to the higher pipe of the tub and the hose
from the inlet will connect to the lower pipe.

Place the cold plunge lid on top of the tub.
(if ordered)

Installation Instructions
Place the top step of the hot tub steps (curved at
the back) upside down and place 1 side of the
stairs inside the lip of the side and front of step.
Fasten with 2 2 ½” (64mm) screws.
Repeat on opposite side.
Repeat for the bottom and middle step.
Manufactured by:
Flip the assembled steps over and place where
desired against Cold Plunge tub.

Dundalk LeisureCraft Inc. warrants our Cold Plunge Tubs against defects in materials and
workmanship under normal/residential use for a period of one (5) years, as applicable,
from the date of receipt of the product by the original end-user consumer.
This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear and/or natural weather
conditions. This warranty does not cover misuse or negligence and the manufacturer
and associated retailers are not liable for any injury or damage caused by the product.
This warranty is a parts only warranty and any service or labor costs would not be
considered as part of the 5-year warranty.
