Assembly
Before assembling, please check whether the parts are in good condition and make sure that the parts
are not damaged or missing. Then put all the components in a clean, spacious area, and remove the
packaging materials. Do not discard the packaging materials until all assembly steps are completed.
1. Install the front stabilizer bar (2) and the rear stabilizer bar (3) on the main frame with four
screws (14), four flat washers (17), and four locknuts (16) using the open-end wrench
(20).
Notes:
● While assembling the front stabilizer bar, the transport wheels on the stabilizer bar are in
the front.
● If the equipment is placed on an uneven surface, adjusting the leveling feet (25) on the
front/rear stabilizer bar can help, but may not compensate for extremely uneven surfaces.

2. Screw the left pedal (8) and the right pedal (9) into the crank arms (26) using the
open-end wrench (20), each pedal is marked with the letter L (left) or R (right) to denote
the side of the bike they are on.
Note:
Screw the left pedal into the crank arm hole counterclockwise, and screw the right pedal into
the crank arm hole clockwise.

3. Install the saddle (7) on the seat post (4) using the open-end wrench (20). Unscrew the
seat adjustment knob (24) counterclockwise from the main frame (1), and then insert the
seat post into the main frame. Then align the seat adjustment knob with the hole on the
seat post, and then screw it clockwise back into the main frame.

4. Unscrew the screw (33) from the handlebar post (5) and Install the cover (12) on the
handlebar post with the screw (33). Install the handlebar (6) and console stand (10) on the
handlebar post with four screws (15), four spring washers (19) and four flat washers (18)
using the Allen wrench (21).

5. Unscrew the handlebar adjustment knob (31) counterclockwise from the main frame (1),
and then insert the handlebar post (5) into the main frame. Then align the handlebar
adjustment knob with the hole on the handlebar post, and then screw it clockwise back
into the main frame.

6. Install the console (11) on the console stand (10). Unscrew the two screws (32) from the
main frame (1) and install the bottle holder (13) on the main frame with the screws (32)
using the Allen wrench (21).

Handlebar adjustment
1. Loosen the handlebar adjustment knob (31) counterclockwise (about three turns).
2. Pull the knob outwards, and push the handlebar (6) up or down, the slider will move to
another hole, and the locking pin will automatically insert into the hole with a click sound.

Seat height adjustment
1. Loosen the seat adjustment knob (24) counterclockwise (about three turns).
Notes:
● There are six holes on the handlebar post (5), so you have six handlebar heights to
choose from.
● Make sure the handlebar locking pin is fully inserted into the hole while adjusting the
handlebar. Otherwise, it will be unstable and cause injury.
● Before beginning any exercise, inspect and properly tighten the adjustment knob.
3. Tighten the adjustment knob clockwise.

2. Pull the knob outwards, and push the seat up or down, the slider will move to another
hole, and the locking pin will automatically insert into the hole with a click sound.
3. Tighten the adjustment knob clockwise.
Notes:
● There are nine holes on the seat post (4), so you have nine seat heights to choose from.
● Make sure the seat locking pin is fully inserted into the hole while adjusting the seat.
Otherwise, it will be unstable and cause injury.
● Before beginning any exercise, inspect and properly tighten the adjustment knob.

Seat position adjustment
1. Loosen the seat fasten knob (23) clockwise (about one turn).
2. Push the saddle (7) forward or backward to the desired position.

3. Tighten the fasten knob counterclockwise.
Note:
Before beginning any exercise, inspect and properly tighten the fasten knob.
Resistance adjustment & Stop the flywheel
Increase the resistance: Turn the resistance adjustment knob (27) clockwise.
Decrease the resistance: Turn the resistance adjustment knob (27) counterclockwise.
Stop the flywheel: Press the resistance bar to stop the flywheel (29) immediately.

Using the Console

Note:
If the console cannot be turned on, please make sure the sensor cable is properly plugged
into the sensor input and keep the batteries fresh.
SCAN:
Automatically shows
the exercise data.
TIME:
Timer shows how long
the rider has exercised.
SP:
(Speed) Shows the
rider’s current speed.
Select button:
Press to check your
cycling time, current
speed, distance and
calories burned in turn.
Long press to clear
training data.
DIST:
(Distance) Shows the
rider’s current distance.
CAL:
(Calorie) Shows the
rider’s current calorie
consumption.

Before using the console, please install the two AAA batteries (included) in the console.
Power on
1. Plug the sensor cable into the sensor input on the back of the console.
2. Press the "SELECT" button and LCD screen lights up.
Start a training
When you start cycling, the console calculates your cycling time, current speed, distance
and calories burned.
During the training
The screen of the console will display the cycling time, current speed, distance and calories
burned in turn every 5 seconds in scan mode (default setting).
You can press the "SELECT" button to stay at the data you want to view.
After the training
After ending a training, you can press the "SELECT" button to check your cycling time,
distance and calories burned data in turn.
Clear training data:
Press and hold the "SELECT" button for approximately 3 seconds until the data is cleared.
Power off
When you are not cycling or pressing the "SELECT" button, the console will automatically
turn off after four minutes.
