VORSICHT
Verletzung durch hohes Gewicht!
Das Anheben und Bewegen des Bodenständers kann zu Verletzungen
führen.
ÄHeben Sie den Bodenständer ggf. mit einem Hilfsmittel an.
ÄTragen Sie Sicherheitsschuhe.
Übersicht
Der Bodenständer BTF815-30M ermöglicht die sichere Bodenmontage eines Si-
cherheits-Laserscanners der Baureihe RSL400. Mit dem Bodenständer können
Sie die Scanhöhe des Sicherheits-Laserscanners von 75 mm bis 375 mm einstel-
len.
HINWEIS
Der Bodenständer BTF815-30M kann nur in Verbindung mit dem Mon-
tagesystem BTU800M (Art.-Nr. 53800130) eingesetzt werden.
Für die Montage des BTU800M sind vier M8 x 20 Schrauben im Liefer-
umfang des BTF815-30M enthalten.

Lieferumfang
Der Bodenständer wird vollständig montiert geliefert.
Der Bodenständer besteht aus folgenden Teilen:
A Abdeckung
B Seitenschutz
C Bodenständer
D RSL-Halterung (für Montagesystem BTU800M)
E Beilagscheiben
F Schrauben M8 x 20
Montage BTU800M und RSL400 im Bodenständer
Zur Montage des Montagesystems BTU800M benötigen Sie einen Inbusschlüssel
der Größe 5. Beachten Sie die Anleitung des Montagesystems.
ÄBefestigen Sie das Montagesystem BTU800M (nicht im Lieferumfang enthal-
ten) mit den Zylinder-Schrauben M8 x 20 auf der RSL-Halterung des Boden-
ständers. Anzugsmoment: 25 Nm

ÄBefestigen Sie den Sicherheits-Laserscanner RSL400 auf dem Montagesys-
tem BTU800M.
ÄJustieren Sie den Sicherheits-Laserscanner RSL400 horizontal und vertikal.
Informationen zur korrekten Ausrichtung des RSL400 finden Sie in der Be-
triebsanleitung des RSL400 oder unter www.leuze.com.
ÄFixieren Sie die Schrauben in der gewünschten Endposition.
ðMontagesystem und RSL400 sind im Bodenständer montiert.
Höhenverstellung
Zum Einstellen der Scan-Höhe des RSL400 am Bodenständer benötigen Sie ei-
nen Drehmomentschlüssel 13mm (M8).
ÄLösen Sie die Befestigungsschrauben der Abdeckung und des Seitenschut-
zes.
ÄEntfernen Sie die Abdeckung und den Seitenschutz.
ÄLockern Sie die Schrauben für die RSL-Halterung.
ÄRichten Sie den RSL400 auf die gewünschte Position aus. Die Kerben im
Bodenständer dienen der Ausrichtung der RSL-Halterung bezüglich der
Scanhöhe.

ÄSchrauben Sie die RSL-Halterung in der gewünschten Höhe am Bodenstän-
der fest.
ÄSchrauben Sie den Seitenschutz außen an der RSL-Halterung in gleicher Hö-
he wie den RSL400 fest.
ÄFühren Sie die Abdeckung in der gewünschten Höhe in den Bodenständer
ein und schrauben Sie die Abdeckung von außen durch den Ständer mit vier
Schrauben M8x20 fest.
ðAnzugsmoment für die Schrauben M8x20: 25Nm

Lifting and moving the floor stand can cause injury.
ÄIf necessary, lift the floor stand with a lifting aid.
ÄWear safety shoes.
Overview
The BTF815-30M floor stand enables the secure floor mounting of a safety laser
scanner of the RSL400 series. With the floor stand, you can adjust the scanning
height of the safety laser scanner from 75 mm to 375 mm.
NOTICE
The BTF815-30M floor stand can only be used in combination with the
BTU800M mounting system (part no. 53800130).
Four M8 x 20 screws are included in the scope of delivery of the
BTF815-30M for mounting the BTU800M.

Scope of delivery
The floor stand is delivered fully assembled.
The floor stand consists of the following parts:
A Cover
B Side guard
C Floor stand
D RSL mounting bracket (for BTU800M mounting system)
E Washers
F M8 x 20 screws
Mounting the BTU800M and RSL400 on the floor stand
To mount the BTU800M mounting system, you require a size 5 Allen key. Follow
the instructions for the mounting system.
ÄFasten the BTU800M mounting system (not included in the scope of delivery)
to the RSL mounting bracket of the floor stand with the M8 x 20 cheese head
screws. Tightening torque: 25 Nm
ÄFasten the RSL400 safety laser scanner to the BTU800M mounting system.

ÄAdjust the RSL400 safety laser scanner horizontally and vertically.
You can find information on the correct alignment of the RSL400 in the oper-
ating instructions of the RSL400 or at www.leuze.com.
ÄFasten the screws in the desired end position.
ðMounting system and RSL400 are mounted on the floor stand.
Height adjustment
To adjust the scanning height of the RSL400 on the floor stand, you need a
13mm (M8) torque wrench.
ÄLoosen the fastening screws of the cover and of the side guard.
ÄRemove the cover and the side guard.
ÄLoosen the screws for the RSL mounting bracket.
ÄAlign the RSL400 at the desired position. The notches on the floor stand are
used to align the RSL mounting bracket with respect to the scanning height.

ÄScrew the RSL mounting bracket to the floor stand at the desired height.
ÄScrew the side guard to the outside of the RSL mounting bracket at the same
height as the RSL400.
ÄGuide the cover into the floor stand at the desired height and fasten the cover
from the outside through the stand with four M8 x 20 screws.
ðTightening torque for the M8 x 20 screws: 25 Nm
