DO NOT EXCEED the ecommended bulb wattage. Use only the type of bulb specified. Keep flammable mate ials away f om bulb. DO NOT
OPEN the p oduct o alte the wi ing in any manne . Extension co d: Follow p ecautions p ovided with powe co d.
UNPACKING: Use ca e when unpacking. Locate ALL PARTS INCLUDED befo e disposing of packaging mate ials.

1. LAMP BASE (A)
2. TUBE (B)
3. TUBE (C)
4. TUBE (D)
5. TWIN SOCKET (E)
6. LIGHT BULB (F) (NOT INCLUDED)
7. SHADE (G)
8. POST (H)
9. FINIAL (I)
10. CORD WITH PLUG(J)
11. PULL CHAIN SWITCH (K)
Assembly Procedure: Refer to Figure 1.
1. Attach Tube (B) onto the th eaded od on Lamp Base (A) by twisting until secu e.
2. Attach Tube (C) onto the th eaded od of Tube (B) by twisting until secu e.
3. Attach Tube (D) onto the th eaded od of Tube (C) by twisting until secu e.
4. Once all Tubes (B-D) a e attached, pull the lamp Co d (J) outwa ds f om the Lamp Base (A) until Twin Socket (E) meets
Tube (D).
5. Secu e the Twin Socket (E) to Tube (D) by twisting until secu e. Do not ove tighten.
6. Attach Post (H) to Twin Socket (E) and twist until secu e.
7. Attach Shade (G) to top of Post (H) and secu e with Finial (I) by twisting until secu e.
8. Install Light Bulbs (F) to Twin Socket (E).
9. Plug in 2-P ong Pola ized Co d (J) into outlet.
10. Tu n on lamp using the Pull Chain Switch (K).
Care & Cleaning:
1. To clean, wipe with a soft, d y cloth.
2. DO NOT USE cleane s, scou ing pads, etc.
3. Unplug lamp and allow bulb to cool befo e changing bulb.
