Warning! If the machine is used incorrectly, it can be
a dangerous tool that can cause serious injuries or even
death. Before operating the machine, please read the
instructions carefully and make sure you understand them.
Use personal protective equipment (see chapter
Personal protective equipment).
Warning! Grinding produces dust and inhalation of
dust may result in injuries. Use the respirator. Always
provide adequate ventilation.
This machine is in accordance with EU regulations. This
product should not be disposed of as household waste. In
ensuring the proper disposal of this product you will help to
prevent potential negative consequences for the
environment and human health, which may be caused by
improper processing of the product.

2. PRESENTATION
Dear customer, thank you for buying the machine Linolit. We
hope that you will be satisfied with this product. Purchasing any
of our products gives you right to get the right professional help
in order to repair or maintain the machine.
We hope that this manual will be useful. Have the instructions
close by. Following the content (for proper use, service,
maintenance, etc.) you will significantly extend the life of the
machine and increase its second-hand value. If the machine is
traded or sold, give the manual to the new owner.
2.1. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE OWNER:
The owner or employer is responsible for sufficient knowledge
of the operator about the operation and safety measures of the
machine. Managers and operators have to read the instructions
and understand the content. They have to be familiar with:
-safety instructions for working with the machine;
-application and limitations of the machine;
-operating procedures and technical maintenance of the
machine.
2.2. RIGHT OF THE MANUFACTURER:
After the publication of this manual our company may include
additional information concerning safety issues. The owner is
responsible for safe working practice. Our company is
continuously working on the improvement of our products and
therefore reserves the right to change the form and the appearance
of the machine without the prior notice.

3. START AND STOP
3.1 CONNECTING VACUUM CLEANER
Before operating the vacuum cleaner, please read the
instructions carefully and make sure you understand them.
Use personal protective equipment.
Keep unauthorised people out of the working area to prevent
serious injuries. Check that the machine is properly installed and
not damaged. !
Warning! Before connecting the vacuum cleaner to the electricity
network, make sure that the switch start/stop is set into the
position STOP. Connect the vacuum cleaner to the grounded
outlet.
3.2 START

•Place the vacuum cleaner in the working area.
•Make sure that the dust collector is firmly attached to the
body of the vacuum cleaner.
•Make sure that the hose of the vacuum cleaner is
connected to the air duct on the body of the vacuum
cleaner.
•Connect the device to the electrical supply.
•Press the switch start/stop. Start the machine by
turning on the switch START. Industrial vacuum
cleaner Linolit 23 is equipped with two vacuum
motors that can be activated individually or
simultaneously. In case when both motors operate at
the same time, the suction capacity is considerably
increased. The optimal mode of the vacuum cleaner
operation depends on the quantity of industrial waste.
3.3 STOP
•Press the switch start/stop. Stop the machine by
turning on the switch STOP.
4. MAINTENANCE AND SAFETY
4.1 CLEANING THE FILTER
The filter is made of filtering material and can be easily
replaced. To clean the filter press the handle of the shaker up
and down. Replace the filter every 500 working hours or every
6 months of the vacuum cleaner operation.
4.2 REPLACING THE FILTER
In case you want to remove the filter from the cyclone, unclip the
latches on the cover and lift it. Unscrew the 5 screws that hold
the filter and replace the filter. After having installed the filter on
its position, tighten the screws evenly in order not to cause
damages on the upper ring of the filter. Put the cover back on the
vacuum cleaner and attach it with the latches.

4.3 SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Never use the machine, if you know that you will not
have the possibility to call for help in case of an
accident.
Use approved personal protective equipment whenever
you use the vacuum cleaner. Personal protective
equipment cannot eliminate the risk of injury but it will
reduce the degree of injury if an accident does happen.
Ask your dealer for help in choosing the right equipment.
WARNING! When using the machine that cuts,
grinds, drills, mills or makes changes in the shape of the
material, the dust and dangerous vapors may be produced.
Before starting to work with the vacuum cleaner, it is
necessary to determine the type of the material that will be
processed and use a respirator.
WARNING! Prolonged exposure to the noise may
cause hearing problems. Always use hearing protection.
When using hearing protection pay attention to the warning
alarms and cries. Remove the headphones as soon as the
motor of the vacuum cleaner is stopped.
WARNING! When working with products that contain
moving parts, there is a risk of serious injuries. To prevent
possible accidents use protective gloves.

understand the content!

4.4 PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT
WARNING! When operating the machine there can
be produced sparcles that can cause fire. Provide
appropriate fire safety in accordance with regulations.
Always have a first aid kit nearby.
4.5. GENERAL SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
WARNING! Before operating the machine, please
read the instructions carefully and make sure you
understand them. Use personal protective equipment.
Keep unauthorized people out of the working area to
prevent serious injuries.
• Have the instructions close by. If the machine is traded or
sold, give the manual to the new owner.

• The operator is responsible for accidents that caused
physical injuries or material damages of other people.
• Every operator needs to be trained to work with the
vacuum cleaner. The owner is responsible for training
the operators.
• The machine must be clean. Signs nad labels must be
clearly visible.
4.6 ELECTRICAL SAFETY
When using electrical devices there is a risk of electric
shock. Avoid unfavorable weather conditions and body
contact with lightning conductors and metal objects.
Follow the instructions for use in order to avoid injuries.
- Do not connect the machine to the electrical supply if
the socket or cable is damaged.
- Check that the mains voltage corresponds to the voltage on
the vacuum cleaner.
- Inspection and maintenance must be performed when the
engine is powered down and the plug is removed from the
socket.
- Always turn the machine off before unplugging it from
the electrical outlet.
- Do not move the machine while disconnecting it.
Disconnect the plug by pulling the plug, not the cable.

- Do not operate the machine with a damaged power cord
or plug. If the power cord or the plug is damaged, contact
your service representative to change a new one.
- Do not operate the machine where water can reach the
equipment. It can damage the equipment or injure the
operator.
4.7 GROUNDING
- A poor connection may result in risk of electric shock. In
case of doubt about the reliability of the grounding of the
machine, contact a qualified electrician.
- Do not modify the plug. If the plug does not fit into the
socket, contact a qualified electrician to replace the socket.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
- In case of doubt concerning the instructions about
grounding, contact a qualified electrician.
- The vacuum cleaner is provided with a grounded cable
and plug and must always be connected to a grounded
socket. This reduces the risk of electric shock in the event
of failure.
- Never use damaged equipment.
This information is never a substitute for professional skills
and experience. If you get into the situation where you feel
unsafe, stop and seek expert advice. Contact your machine
dealer, service agent or an experienced machine user. Do not
attempt any task that you feel unsure of.
5. TECHNICAL MAINTENANCE AND
TRANSPORT
The user can carry out only the service and maintenance
work described in this manual. Extensive repairs of the
vacuum cleaner should be made by authorized service
workshop.
We recommend that the operator uses a protective mask or
respirator when cleaning the dust collector or making
maintenance work.

5.1 DIALY MAINTENANCE
• Make sure that the cables and the extension cords
are intact and in good condition.
• Clean the outside of the equipment.
• the filter and, if necessary, shake the dust from it by
using the handle.
• Check the quantity of the dust on the body of the
filter.
5.2 CHECKING THE FILTER
• Turn the switch start/stop to the position stop.
• Remove the cover from the cyclone and lift it up.
• Make sure that the filter of the cyclone is not clogged
with dust and dirt.
• Put the cover on its place.
5.3 TRANSPORT
We recommend that you transport the equipment in
vertical position. In case of transporting the vacuum
cleaner in different positions, there is bigger
possibility for damages.

6. TROUBLESHOOTING
WARNING! Most of the accidents occur during
troubleshooting, repair and technical maintenance of the
equipment, when the staff must be in the working area. To
avoid accidents, plan and prepare the execution of works in
advance.
During the execution of works, described in this section, the
engine must be turned off, unless mentioned otherwise. All
the checks, associated with the electrical components, must
be carried out by qualified electrician.
Possible reasons for troubles and trouble resolutions are
described in the list below.
