Important Tips
• Place theTV on a level surface.
• Place theTV away from any source that may generate heat or vibrations.
• Make sure there is enough space around vents for airflow.
• The remote control works up to 5 metres away from theTV.
• Unplug theTV before cleaning it.
• Clean using a dry cloth only - do not use water or chemicals.
• Use only the power supply provided.
• It is highly recommended to use safety straps for securing theTV in place.
• Keep liquid, children and pets away from theTV at all times.

Attaching the Stand
• Unplug theTV from the power outlet before
installing or removing the stand.
• Only touch the frame, not the screen.
• It is highly recommended to use safety straps
for securing theTV.

Do not apply
excessive force as
you might damage
the screw holes.

Unless you are wall-mounting theTV, you will need to
attach its stand/legs.
1. Lay theTV face-down on a soft, flat surface (like
the sofa, or a towel on a table) larger than theTV
itself.
2. Match stands to the installation points on the
underside of theTV.
3. Attach the stands to theTV at the installation
points using the screws provided. (Grab a
screwdriver for this bit). Make sure the legs
are facing away from each other (not leaning
inwards).

Wall-Mounting the TV
TheTV comes with holes on the back panel for use
with wall-mounting brackets (bracket not included).
Use four standard M4*10mm screws (or longer,
depending on the mounting bracket) to wall-mount
thisTV (screws are not included).
• Unplug theTV from the power outlet
before wall-mounting.
• Contact a professional for assistance with
wall-mounting theTV.
• TheTV is only suitable for mounting at
heights <= 2m.

The screws in the package are for securing theTV
stand only. If you are wall-mounting theTV, consult a
qualified installer for advice on bracket support and
wall support.

Connect to Power
Don't forget to plug in the
TV to the power outlet. Leave
the power switched off until
installation is finished.
Make sure theTV is switched off at the power outlet
until you have finished connecting your cables.
Digital TV in HD (High Denition)
High Definition (HD) channels provide the best
viewing quality and are available with a digital
antenna connection.

Antenna cable not included.

Setup
Insert two AAA size batteries according to the polarity
markings (+ / -) inside the compartment. Make sure
the batteries are correctly aligned and properly
pushed into place.
Precautions When Using Batteries
• Do not use old and new batteries together.
• Do not use different types of batteries (e.g.
Manganese and Alkaline batteries) together.
• Remove the batteries from the remote if you do
not intend to use it for a long time.
• When discarding used batteries, follow any
guidelines for recycling and disposal of batteries
that apply in your local area.
• Keep batteries away from children and pets.
• Never throw batteries into a fire or expose them
to extreme heat.

Using the Remote Control
To use the remote, point it towards the remote sensor
at the front of theTV.The remote will not operate if its
path is blocked.
The remote has a range of up to about 5 metres from
theTV at an angle of up to 30 degrees to either side of
the sensor, as illustrated below.

Make sure theTV is plugged in at
the power socket and switched
on. Press the (STANDBY)
button to turn on theTV.
First Time Setup menu
When you turn theTV on for the first time, the First
Time Setup menu will appear.
Follow the prompts using the / / / / OK buttons
to select your preferences.You will be able to adjust:
Country Home Mode Input Source
If you make an error, you can update your preferences
in the settings menu later.
On-Screen Set Up
Make sure equipment is properly connected before
connecting theTV to power.
On/Standby light is
RED in standby mode.
On/Standby light is OFF
when theTV is on.

Option Description
Brightness Adjust the depth of shadow in the picture.The closer to 0, the darker shadows will look,
losing detail in darker images.
Contrast Adjust the intensity of highlights/white in the picture.The closer to 100, the brighter
highlights will look, losing detail in brighter images.
Colour Adjust the saturation.The closer to 100, the deeper the colour.
Tint Adjust colour balance between red and green. The closer red is to 50, colour will be
more red dominant.The closer green is to 50, colour will be more green dominant.
Sharpness Adjust the sharpness of the picture.The closer to 100, the sharper and clearer the image.
Backlight Adjust screen brightness by adjusting the backlight.The closer to 100, the brighter the
screen.

Adjust settings to best suit your viewing environment and content.

Aspect Ratio
Adjust the video size. Sizes may differ between input sources.
Advanced Settings
Option Description
Overscan Turn overscan on/off.
ColourTemperature Adjust colour temperature for suitable viewing.
Dynamic Contrast Adjusts the difference between the bright and dark sides of the
screen according to the brightness of the image.
Noise Reduction Reduce screen noise to make the image clean.
