Please read this manual carefully before using this product

* Never touch uninsulated cables with bare hands. This appliance has AC cables.
(DANGER).
* Always ensure that your refrigerator is disconnected from the battery before using a high
speed battery charger.
* Always ensure that the correct voltage is applied to the refrigerator. The voltage is stated
on the refrigerator or cooling units data plate.
* Never open the cooling circuit.
* The unit is not appropriate for transporting corrosive or solvent comprising substances.
* Never obstruct vents to the refrigerators compressor.
* Defrost the refrigerator on a regular basis.
* Never use hard or sharp implements to remove ice from the evaporator.
* Never use abrasive or solvent based materials when cleaning the evaporator.
* Your refrigerator, when it comes to the end of its working life should be disposed of by a
specialist to ensure that it does not contaminate the environment.
* Don’t use any electric appliance inside the cooling compartment.

Safety Instructions

The refrigerator is designed to refrigerate or freeze food. The units may also be used for
camping purposes. If you wish to refrigerate medicines, first check if the refrigerators
cooling capacity meets the demands of the respective medicines.
The refrigerator is designed to operate in ambient temperatures between +10C and
+ 430C Celsius in a maximum air humidity of 70%.The refrigerator can operate
continuously at an angle of +200C maximum.
The refrigerant charge used in the cooling circuit is CFC free.
After unpacking the device check that no parts are missing.
Place this refrigerator in a dry place which is protected against splashing water.
Do not get water into vents.
The unit consists of two connections;- for the 12/24v DC- net and for mains by AC/DC
adaptor.
It should not be placed directly adjacent to sources of heat such as heating, gas ovens, hot
water and pipes or under the blazing sun.
Keep well ventilated----very important!
The cooling device must be installed in such a way that air is warmed up through the
condenser and can escape without problems.

The refrigerator can be operated with 12V or 24V direct voltage.
Prior to connection check whether the voltage indicator on the type plate is in accordance
with the battery voltage.
Connect the refrigerator to cigarette lighter of your vehicle with the supplied DC 12V/24V DC
connection cable.

Installation

The cooler can be operated between 11V and 17.5V (12V working condition) or between
21.4V and 30V (24V working condition)
Excess voltage could cause damage to the electronics of the unit.
The refrigerator should be disconnected from the battery when a high speed battery
charge is connected to the battery.
The refrigerator takes a small amount of idle current. Always disconnect it from the
energy source when not in use. As a protection for your battery, the refrigerator
switches off automatically if the voltage is not sufficient, it will cut off at 11V.
In case you want to operate the refrigerator from the 220V mains, please use the AC/DC
adaptor equipped from manufacturer, plug the AC cable of the adaptor into the outlet of
your mains.
Ensure the voltage indicator on the type plate of AC/DC adaptor is in accordance with
the output of your mains.
Never manipulate plugs or switches with wet hands or when your feet are in contact
with water! If you operate your refrigerator on board a boat by means of shore
connection to 240V net work you must in any case insert a residual current device.
·Press the “up” button or “down” to set the inside temperature you desire.
·Press “ up” button to adjust the temperature by +10C.
·Maximum setting is +200C.

·Minimum setting is -190C.

Air humidity can deposit in the interior of the refrigerator as frost ,so that the
refrigerator performance is reduced. In order to remove the ice coat never use
hard or sharp tools which can cause damage to the inner tank.
Please defrost the refrigerator in good time. Take out the refrigerated products
and store them in another cooling device so that they remain refrigerated.
Switch off the box and leave the lid open. Wipe the condensed water.

Operation from mains

Clean the unit periodically and as soon as it is dirty.
It is recommended to clean this unit after using or before storage.
Clean the unit with a soft cloth which has been slightly moistened with lukewarm water.
Pay attention that no water drops into the seals ( to possibly damage the electronics).
Dry off the unit with a dry cloth after cleaning.
Never use solvents or agents with sand or acid parts for cleaning the cooling tank.
Never use brushes, graters, or hard and sharp tools.
Mount the refrigerator in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight.
Always allow food to cool before storing in the refrigerator.
Defrost your refrigerator periodically.
Do not set the temperature colder than the required temperature.
Do not leave the lid or door open any longer than necessary.
Always ensure that the compressor and condenser are in well ventilated area.
If you want to cut out the cooling device for a longer period, remove the plug from the
AC line or disconnect the cooling device cable from the battery.
Clean the refrigerator and leave the lid slightly open to prevent the formation of mould.
The refrigerator will stop working when it reaches the temperature you set, and will
restart after the inside temperature goes up.
The refrigerator will stop working because it has over temperature protection. (If the
compressor temperature is over 70C .)
It will restart when the compressor cools down.
If the refrigerator doesn’t work normally, please check the following steps.
·Turn off the refrigerator, and unplug the connection cable.
·Cool down for 10 minutes.
·Please check and ensure the power source is in accordance with the
requirements labeled on the rating plate.
·Please keep well ventilated.
·Connect the power again; ensure the cable is connected properly and firmly.
·Check if the unit starts and works normally.
