Preface The handling of the machine and its intended application possibilities are explained in the
present operating manual.
This manual contains important information, in order to be able to operate the machine
safely, properly and economically. The observance of the information in the present
operating manual contributes to avoid dangers, repair costs and down times as well as to
increase the reliability and life span of the machine.
Additions or changes due to existing national regulations for accident prevention and for
environmental protection are possible in the present operating manual without prior
notice.
The present operating manual must always be available at the place of work.
All persons implementing work with this machine must thoroughly read the present
operating manual and observe the notes contained therein. This applies among others to
the following work:
Work including the setting up of the machine, error search when executing work,
removal of wastes as consequence of drilling work, machine care, removal of
working materials
Repair (maintenance, inspection, repair etc.)
Transport
Apart from the regulations and notes in the present operating manual and the obligatory
regulations for accident prevention valid in the country of use, recognized work and safety
rules must also be adhered to.
Necessary tools A LISSMAC core drill motor and a drill bit must be inserted into the core drill stand so that
the core drill stand can be operated. The core drill motors and drill bits can be purchased
from the manufacturer.

PROPERTIES & ADVANTAGES
The CDR 350 convinces as a functional, robust and compact core drill stand in daily use in channel
construction. The CDR series offers universal operating possibilities from the left, right and rear
side of the core drill stand. The feed axle can be operated from two positions via the hand crank
wheel.
Simple and efficient assembly of the core drill stand by means of clamping set or ratchet at
the exposed sewage pipe
If the sewage pipe is not completely exposed, the core drill stand can also be fastened
directly in the soil by means of pegs in a simple and efficient manner
Ergonomic, fatigue-free core drilling via the hand crank wheel, which can be operated
vertically and horizontally
The feed of the support can be controlled exactly via the 1:1 direct translation as well as a
trapezoidal
Precise support guidance via Teflon slide sleeves and galvanized steel columns
The innovative core drill stand support offers high stability on the one hand as well as the
possibility of precise angle drilling continuously from 90° to 45° (with accessories).
Angle drillings can simple be adjusted via the ring bolts
The core drill stand support additionally has the crane lugs, by means of which the entire
channel core drill system CDR 350 can be lifted simply and efficiently into or out of the
excavation
Water pressure container for independent core drilling (optional)
No unintentional slipping of the core drill by self-locking spindle stroke
