8. Putting the food and seasonings into a vacuum
plastic bag and sealing, the vacuum plastic bag needs
to be vacuumed with the vacuum plastic-absorbing
machine. If users want to use frozen bags, please
exhaust the air of the bag as much as possible. Notice:
suggest putting every food into a single bag as much as
possible, because different food decides different
cooking time.
9. Immerse the sealed bag into the cooking pot. The bag should be submerged below the water level, however if using
a freezer bag, do not submerge the seal of the bag. Clip the seal portion of the bag to the side of the pot to secure it.
You can also choose to suspend a long, thin stick across the top of the cooking container and clip the bag to the stick
(this is helpful when you are cooking more than one bag).
If the food is floating, use a large, heavy spoon, plate, pot lid or other heatproof utensil to weigh
the bag down and keep the food submerged. If the food floats on water, suggest using a big and heavy spoon or pan’s
spade or other heat-proof things to make the bag heavier to sink into water.
10. When the water temperature reaches up to setting temperature value during cooking, Sous Vide cooker will “beep”
one time then start to count down. Please inspect regularly and make sure the water keeps upon the food and minimum
water level. If users need to add water, please use hot water of thermos which is heating to a similar temperature with
container water. In order not to affect cooking food, delicious taste avoids adding cool water directly.
11. Sous Vide cooker will “beep” ten times after finishing cooking to remind users to take out the food. Users can use a
hot pan to roast the food after taking it out to gain a more delicious taste.
