Control panel button description

Important Safety Instructions
• The instruction manual contains important operating and maintenance instructions. For
your safety, please refer to the manual before operating.
• Do not hit or drop the unit.
• Do not expose the unit to vibration, direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, or humidity.
• Do not disassemble the unit by yourself. Call National Hospitality at 1-800-526-8224
for technical questions.
Power Supply
• Connect the power cord to a wall outlet or power source. Once plugged in, turn the red button
(SWITCH) on back of unit from OFF to ON/RESET. Light will illuminate and the DISPLAY SCREEN
will appear.
• Input Power: 100-240V – 50/60 Hz
• Output Power: DC 5V/3200mA
Battery Power (Optional)
• Insert two AAA batteries on the bottom of the unit. In the event of a power outage,
batteries will allow clock to remain functional.
Time Setting for Clock Year/Month/Day
1) Press and hold the ALARM CLOCK button to enable year / month / day settings. Settings are editable
when flashing.
2) Use UP / DOWN buttons to enter the selected year. Confirm the selection by pressing the
ALARM CLOCK button.
3) Use UP/DOWN buttons to enter the selected month (m). Confirm the selection by pressing
the ALARM CLOCK button.
4) Use UP/DOWN buttons to enter the selected day (d). Confirm the selection by pressing the
ALARM CLOCK button.

Time Setting for Clock Hour / Minute
1) Press and hold for 2 seconds, the ALARM CLOCK button on the unit.
2) Press the Alarm CLOCK button 3x to move past year / month / day selections. The hour and minute
selections are editable when flashing.
3) Use UP/DOWN buttons to enter the selected hour. Confirm the selection by pressing the ALARM
CLOCK button. To switch from AM /PM, you must use the UP/DOWN buttons to move through the 12-
hour settings. AM or PM will display on right side of number.
4) Use UP/DOWN buttons to enter the selected minute. Confirm the selection by pressing the
ALARM CLOCK button.
Alarm Setting
1) Press the ALARM CLOCK button to scroll through hour / minute settings or turn the alarm clock OFF.
If alarm clock is off, the display will read OFF. If alarm clock is on, the DISPLAY SCREEN will read the time
specified.
2) From an OFF position, press the ALARM CLOCK button one time to confirm the selected hour. Use
UP/DOWN buttons to select the hour. To switch from AM /PM, you must use the UP/DOWN buttons
to move through the 12-hour settings. AM or PM will display on right side of number.
3) Use UP/DOWN buttons to select the minute. Confirm the selection by pressing the ALARM CLOCK
button.
4) Your selections are confirmed and set once the hour / minute selections are not flashing.
Dimmer Function
By default, the LED brightness is at max luminance upon turning on the unit.
1) Press SNOOZE / DIMMER button 1x – 2/3 of the max
2) Press SNOOZE / DIMMER button 2x – 1/3 of the max
3) Press SNOOZE / DIMMER button 3x – 0% of the max (no display)
4) Press SNOOZE / DIMMER button repeatedly and the brightness will cycle as above

Snooze Function
When the alarm clock is ringing, press the SNOOZE / DIMMER button once on the unit to silence
the alarm. This will enable nap mode, and the nap mode icon will display on the screen. Each
time the SNOOZE / DIMMER button is pressed, the alarm will be silenced in time intervals of 9
minutes.
After each 9-minute interval, the alarm will ring again. When in nap mode, short pressing the
ALARM / CLOCK button once will exit nap mode and stop the current ring. Alarm clock would
still be active. To disable the alarm, press the ALARM / CLOCK button once more. Your alarm is
confirmed as OFF when the DISPLAY SCREEN reads OFF.
The SNOOZE functionality will automatically turn itself off after one hour of the alarm ringing.
The alarm will not continue to ring, but the alarm is still activated, and icons are still illuminated.
DST Function
The DST button on the unit will turn OFF/ON Day Light Savings Time.
When DST is activated, it will display on screen in the bottom left as “DST”.
In DST mode, it starts at 2 am on the second Sunday of March every year (the clock would
automatically move an hour forward), and ends at 2 am on the first Sunday of November
every year (the clock would automatically dial back an hour).
If the time is not at 2 am on the second Sunday of March and 2 am on the first Sunday
of November, the hour will not change when pressing DST to switch to DST mode.
If the time is between 2 am on the second Sunday of March and 2 am on the first Sunday
of November, DST mode will advance the time by one hour.
