Contents and Guides

When printing Polylactic Acid (PLA) a mild odor may be produced. For your
health, the printer should be operated in a well ventilated environment with
stable temperature.
Please allow the nozzle to cool down before folding the printer for storage
as the outer shell is plastic.
To prevent damage to the print bed that is made with strong magnetic-iron
material, do not put any metal cans or any liquids on or near it.
Precaution

miniOne 3D printer requires the power adapter provided by the original
manufacturer. Unqualified adapters may cause damage to the miniOne or
even fire. Please keep the power adapter away from water and extreme
temperatures.
Children must be monitored when near the miniOne when it is on.
During printing, do not touch the moving pieces
which include the nozzle, build bed, Z axis, etc., as
they are moving at high speeds.
During printing or right after printing, the tempera-
ture of the nozzle will reach 200℃, wait for the
nozzle to cool before touching with bare hands. Do
not touch it while it is hot.

Connect the power
and unfold
Connect the power cable and press the power switch to turn on the mini-
One. The power indicator light will turn on. The miniOne will unfold auto-
matically by itself in 10 seconds.
Press Power switch
Alternatively, unfold by connecting the miniOne with AladdinWare. When
connected, click “unfold” in AladdinWare to unfold the miniOne. This
step is based on the miniOne being folded.

Assemble the
filament holder
The filament spool made by two plastic parts and a beam
The filament spool fixed by screws and nuts, they are 4 places need to
be fixed.
They are two kinds of beam to hold different filament spools, the longer
one is for 1kg spool, and the shorter one is for 0.75kg spool.
Use different spool need to fix the screw and nuts in different point.

Cut the filament profile in flat way , push the filament go though the
filament guide

latest version of AladdinWare
Extract the WinRAR file and double click English Version ”setup”
Select installation path, default is Disk C and follow the pup up window

Load: Load a model to print
Delete: Delete the selected model (left click to select)
View: View the model in different angle
Move: Move the model to place in a properly situation of build bed
Rotate: Place the model by turn the model around X/Y/Z axis in different
positions
Scale: Make the model bigger or smaller
Connect/Disconnect: Connect / Disconnect the AladdinWare with mini-
One 3D printer
Configuration: Control printer X/Y/Z axis or motors movement
WiFi Setting: Connect Aladdinware with miniOne via WiFi
Print: Select printing parameter and start to print a model
Stop: Stop printing

When loaded properly, the model appears as purple. File format should be
STL Select installation path, default is Disk C and follow the pup up window
instruction to finish.
When loaded in a wrong position or out of the printing area, the model
appears as green and cannot be printed..

View
Move
View the model from different way so we can tell whether if the model need
to add support or not
They are 4 quick views and if you want see other views, Keep pressing the
right mouse button and move the mouse to view your model.
If the model is not landed correctly, right click on the model, then you will
see three options: “reset”, “land” and “remove”. choose “Land”
to position the model well on the ground.

For example：
The snowflake shown in the left picture
appears as green when it’s partially out of
the printing area. You need to select it and
move left. Then it will turn to be purple and
ready for printing.
One-click on any arrow, the
model moves 5mm along X/Y
axis.
Click “Midpoint”, the model
will move to the middle of X/Y
axis.

Select “Network mode”
Input your WiFi “network name” and “password”
Click “Connect”.
Next time, if the WiFi environment keeps the same, default setting can be
directly applied , if WiFi could not be started, you may need to press the
WiFi reset button（please refer to overview page)

Click “Scan printer”
Check the printer’s MAC address, select it and click “Connect”.
You will hear “Di~Di~Di……”, which indicates successful connection.
Sometimes you need to disconnect it before connection succeed.

In each direction, one-click will rotate the
model by 15°.
One-click will scale up/down
the model by 10%.
Click Reset to restore.

To unfold miniOne, click “Unfold”. The cantilever arm of miniOne will
stand up slowly till a position ready for printing, as shown in the figure
below.
Click”Lock”，the axis all locked and can’t move by hand, Click”Un-
lock”, the 3 axis could be move by hand, sometimes this operation may
need when you need to move one of axis by hand
Before feed or reverse PLA filament, please preheat the nozzle. After
printing, please remember cooling down the nozzle.
Before Click”Feed”or”Reverse”,always remember click”Preheat”
to make PLA filament temperature reach 200 °C
Nozzle’s movement:
Click “Horizontal” left/right arrow to move along X axis.
Click “Horizontal” up/down arrow to move along Y axis.
Click “Vertical” up/down arrow to move along Z axis.
Click “Home” to return to the original position. Then you can “fold”
miniOne (Do not forget to cool down the nozzle before fold).

Layer Height：The layer height can be either 0.1mm or 0.2mm.
Nozzle temperature：For printing with PLA filament, the nozzle tem-
perature should be set as 200C°.
Printing Speed： According to your need, the speed can be set as slow,
middle or fast mode.
Infill Rate：The model can be printed with different inner densities
according to your selected infill rate.
Support: Sometimes support structure is required to achieve a successful
printing.

with Aladdinware
Press the “Reset” button in the back
of the miniOne

Use the Ethernet cable to connect to the
computer and the miniOne 3D printer.

Click “Scan printer” in AladdinWare and choose the MAC address
from the drop down menue (as shown). Click “Connect,” once the
connection is successful you will see the image of connected links. This
allows you to use the miniOne printer without internet. If you want to use
internet to use the miniOne 3D printer, please see next page

Click”WiFi Setting” the do as followed
1: click ”connect”;
2: there would be a reminder pop up to
tell you reset the printer, press the reset
button about 10 seconds, then do step
3 again to let miniOne and aladdinware
connected;3: Choose network model
4: input your Wifi name and password.
5 :Click “setting ”
6: Reset the again
This way can let you use internet when
you use miniOne 3D printerl

Find your miniOne’s WiFi information
in the bottom of the computer’s inter-
face where show net service, click it and
input password “12345678”, the click
“Next” to finish connection.

Click “Scan printer“ in aladdinware, choose followed pop up mac
address, then click”connect” ,now the connection is succeed , this
way can let you use 3D printer without internet , if you want to use
network during use miniOne 3D printer, go on follow step 4.

Click”WiFi Setting” the do as

1: Click ”connect”, if not succeed,
reset the WiFi as introduced;
2:Input your Wifi name and password.
3 :Click “setting “ ,
if not succeed, try step 1-3 again.

Preheat and
extrusion test
Open the Configure window and click “Preheat,” wait for the temperature
to reach around 200°C.
Click “Feed” to allow the filament to discharge from the nozzle. Let it
extrude for a few minutes until the material comes out steadily and consis-
tently.
Note: If you want to unload/empty the filament, you will still need to preheat
